Hello I am using these settings with-25 undervolting from 500-800 mhz. powersave bias of 200 and up threshold of 80.
profiles
Incall 600-83 priority ondemand 100
temp>38 400-83 powersave 99
Screen Off 600-83 Ondemand 98
08am to 11:55 pm 800-83 lagfree 97
this is the time when you use the phone most and want a fast response
1am-6am 83-83 powersave 96
Charging AC 700-83 conservative priority 89.
using it both in Kyrillos and Kyorarom...testing both of them...seems Kyorarom has the edge due to Kyoraapp app perhaps.
Please feel free to give you comments about this...i find this profile as a fast way when you using phone and battery save when screen off...only thing that is bothering me is the lag that comes when someone calls me on the phone and the screen is off...the problem is less in kyrillos.

Can anyone share his SetCPU Profile settings.
Sometimes my CPU goes above 40°C(104°F), even 44°C(111°F). I'm not sure which is the recommendet temperature and what is the max temperature I can keep my CPU but I think it's above normal.

Mine is also the same (1GHz at 60 vsel). however i used a different temperature setting. i play very safe. the moment phone temp is above 40 degrees, i leave it at 500 max 250 min.

Just what the title says.
Why the heck is my Music app using so much power? Is it Voodoo Sound tweaks? The phone shouldn't be spiking CPU-wise while the screen is off; I'm using the smartass governor which is not supposed to let the CPU spike when the screen is off.
More detail:
Why is smartass not allowing spiking?
Also music app was running 1/3 of the time reporting data to the cloud. Looks alright especially since you got no other huge battery hogs.

Because smartass governor has a screen off profile built in that sets the maximum clockspeed low.
Anyway this is ridiculous. My previous phone could play music for two hours without dropping below 70% battery. The NS4G isn't that much more powerful than the HTC Glacier...

I wont tell you tips like turn down brightness etc. This is seriously working method._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
You can overclock your monster to any frequency you want.Apps like set cpu have a profiles option.
For battery follow steps below-
Set up a screen off profile
You can make the apps underclock the phone when screen turns off.
NOBODY NEEDS A RAGING CPU WHEN SCREEN IS OFF
Also set up a low battery profile. It really helps.
My settings for my p350 go as follows-
Normal Frequencies- 245-787mhz Governor-SmartassV2
Screen off- 122-245mhz Governor-Powersave
Battery less than 25% 245-480 mhz Governor-Conservative
Using above setings i get minimum -1.5 days battery backup with normal use.
Hit thanks if i helped.
I'm developing a small utility which can automatically slow down charging when the battery overheats.(I know android does it automatically but I want to set the limit even lower.)
Currently, I turn off charging by `echo 0 > /sys/class/power_supply/battery/chargin_enabled` and then start charging again when battery cools down to a certain temperature.
- **Q.** Is there any way to control charging speed as well? (I can't write directly to `/sys/class/power_supply/battery/current_now`)
I know android automatically controls charging speed.
- **Q.** Is there any api to control charging speed?

In android kernel source, I find `qcom,batt-warm-decidegc` interesting but couldn't find how to use it.
- **Q.** Can I somehow use `qcom,batt-warm-decidegc` in this case?
