Jawbone icon disconnects when call waiting activates

I've just got a jawbone icon, and twice already I've been on the phone, and someone else calls (call waiting), immediately the headset disconnects and eventually reconnects. Not sure if this problem lies with htc or jawbone.. does anyone have a jawbone or infact any bt headset to see if this can be reproduced?

I'm quite worried to hear this. I've ordered a plantronics bluetooth headset which should be arriving on monday. I'll definitely update you once I've had a play.
Sort of ironic that the only reason I wanted to get the headset was because the loudspeaker is so bad... And now we see that BT doesn't work too well either.

Im using a Sony ericsson MW600, works flawlessy with my earlier phone but its behaving really weird on my Desire HD.
Listening to media in all it forms often works without hassle, but as soon as the phone function is being called - it randomly disconnects, reconnect, and by then the phone has already switched the sound back to the phone.
Also seeing alot of problems with switching the sound between different modes during a call, the option is there, but nothing happens.
And sometimes I cant even call people trough my BT headset, I connect it, doesnt use it for anything else before - and call someone, and still it doesnt get the sound right
So, some problems alright - longing for customs ROMs

Me too .. workaround whilst in the phone call is to switch to speaker or 'desire hd' and then back to bt headset this works every time for me

The BT problem also exists in connection to several carkits.

Feel free to correct me, but I think this problem belongs to the Jawbone.. it just happened on my other phone aswell (not android) so hopefully it's not a desire hd thing also..

I Will bump this One.
I have a mw600 and am experiencing some annoying problems.
First of all I cannot use it for calls at all. Cant even record anything from the headsets mic.
Second i have noticed that the sound quality is bad compared to when i connect the device to an itouch.
I really hope this is a software issue so I dont have to send the phone in for reparations.
Anyone else noticed the same issues with sound quality?
Were u able to fix it?

Using MW600 myself - works fine (for calls and music)
did not try recording - don't think it's supposed to work.
- remember that you need to pick up the phone using the answer button on MW600 if somebody calls you, or else it defaults to internal speaker, (and you can choose MW600) then. (move sound).
The only problem I've seen is, that sometimes MW600 cannot be used for calls anymore, it helps then to restart the hansfree, and it works again. - this did not happen on HD2.

Have the same exact problem with Icon HD. This is the Jawbone, not the phone / BT error...

Jawbone ERA - the best of the best!!!

[Q] Phone goes to silent after receiving calls

Hi guys,
i hope someone can answer this problem for me, I have an htc sensation, stock rom, not rooted. whenever someone calls me the phone automatically switches to silent mode. Has anyone had this problem too? Can anyone help me solve it please?

Mine does that too. It's a setting somewhere like flip to speaker setting.

Correct me if i'm wrong. i'm a junior too. If not mistaken, there's a setting called Quiet ring on pickup. means the phone will reduce ring volume when u moved or picking up the phone as well. u may found the setting at Setting -> Sound.

Sound gone

My girlfriends sgsi9003 Since yesterday sounds is gone,,the phone speaker works well..i can talk and understand ppl, i can listen to music if i use my earphones , but the backside speaker of the phone isnt working anymore..any1 else had this problem? how to solve..im sure it's not a hW problem..pretty sure it's the software..i tryed to flash a few but didnt work..does any1 know the stock rom? of sgs i9003 in holland? I saw on another forum some1 had the same problem resolved by using the orginal firmware..

Mate try to do battery calibration that solved my problem of sound problem .
I think it reset some data and it may restore the original software files.

My sound problem was when i used to get call the ringtone volume was low .
All other volume was perfectly alright.
Just try it if it works

HTC ONE MINI, No sound in speakers, no network after flashed cyanogenmod 12

HI, I installed recently cyanogenmod 12 on my Htc One mini, and now i dont hear a sound when i listen a mp3, and also, i dont have signal on my network, phone cant see my Sim card. Whats wrong, pls tell me what to do next?

I installed today, m4 stock Rom and I now have network signal,my phone can see the SIM card,but still no sound, during call there is,I can speak on phone,but when is to listen a song,watch a movie,zero sound.When I connect the headphones I can hear but the sound is very slow. Can someone help me? Is the speaker broken or what?

Speaker stops working /headset are working fine One Plus One

Hey all , this is my first post on XDA , I have heard a lot about XDA. I am using One Plus One and it is out of warranty . Yesterday my speaker stops working , but sound is coming on headset/earphone also Ringtone /Alarm tone sound is coming from speaker. When i make a call If it is on speakermode/handsfree then audio coming fine but no sounds comes on normal mode. So i am facing following issues on my One plus one out of warranty phone:
1. No sound coming when play songs( sound is coming fine on earphones.)
2. No sound coming on normal call/ but came while i use Loudspeaker/Handsfree during call
Please suggest what to do. I can root my phone if there is any feasibility to overcome and can install any other rom also.
