S-memo: sync to Google Docs - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Themes and Apps

Sync with Google Docs is a powerful feature of the s-memo app. It suffers from multiple shortcomings but promises a lot as it is a solid step towards taking your notes to the cloud.
Benefits:
1. Both title and notes text are searchable on Google Docs
2. Drawings and notes made in .doc on any platform in Google Docs sync back to s-memo (just remember to put them in the s-memo folder)
Shortcomings:
1. Sync is manual
2. The dates are compromised. Both google and s-memo rewrite notes date to the date of sync.
What is the solution to these shortcomings? Any really good alternate apps? (with widgets, tap to invoke and sync)

Any of these able to sync with outlook ?
I'm using Evernote and this little tool : http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/sync-evernote-with-gmail-for-backup/
But as far as I've tried you can only export notes from Outlook to Evernote, with the "Evernote clip" (icon on the top right corner) but not the opposite

Windows Mobile Notes --> Android

Hello,
I am trying to draw notes on my android, like Windows Mobile did <with the stylus, finger, *and the ability to scroll down the page*.
So far I've tried:
-Note Everything
-Evernote
-Whiteboard Pro
These let you draw (i don't think evernote did), but not scroll down the page. ie: you get one screen only to write everything down. Not exactly great for a shopping list, or if you dont write small.
I also use Companionlink (and Dejaoffice, the android component of Companionlink), to sync my outlook Notes, Calender, Contacts, to my android. Companionlink's Notes component syncs all notes, but doesnt allow you to read/edit/create, drawn notes.
I don't want to use any cloud services for notes that Google might offer w/ its docs.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, thats nice and neat looking.
Still no scrolling though, or multiple notes.

Evernote to Samsung Notes

I've used Evernote for the longest time and have amassed a pretty big collection of notes. Now that I have the Note 20, I would really like to take advantage of the stylus in making notes. Now my problem is how to migrate from Evernote to Samsung Notes. Is there a way to copy or transfer the notes in Evernote to Samsung Notes en masse?

Samsung notes and One Note sync

I just used the beta of this and it seems like a one way sync from Samsung Notes to One Note. What I would hopefully like is a two way sync. Is that possible?
I have only been able to get the Samsung Notes showing up on the outlook feed online. Do ou see your Samsung Notes on the onenote Android app?
