So, I know this has gone on in other forums, but I figured Id start it here. Ill post the app of the day(Or someone else if they get to it first).

Anyone else surprised it was the real Pac Man and not some cheap ripoff?

I put sooooo many quarters in that machine when I was a kid. I wonder how much more money my folks coulda retired on if they had invested all that coin instead of letting me throw it away lol

I'm not sure I'd trust myself playing that. I used to almost rip the joystick out of those machines when needing to change directions quickly.

What would make you think it would be a cheap rip off? Other apps of the day have never been as such:
Real angry birds
Real fruit ninja
Real plants vs zombies

+100000! I miss tabletop Pac Man too (and Ms. Pac Man.)

Actually it wasn't because of Amazon releasing Pac Man that made me ask that but rather the crazy number of Pac Man ripoffs that are out there on every system since Atari days. Hah and yeah I know, I have like 60 apps from Amazon now, some of them being $5-10 apps. They haven't been cheap in any way to us.

I've had my eye on this for a while. Check the forum, the devs are taking user input for the game. Shaping up to be a fine example of the genre and will probably be out soon than a honeycomb optimised version of order & chaos.

Supposed to be out Q4 this year I think. Can't wait. I've given up hope on gameloft. What they do doesnt even make sense.

Yep. I still play once a week or so. Population is pretty skimpy unless its Germany's prime time. I miss that game's heyday :\. I doubt we'll ever see a game that can compete with that games PvP. Oh well.

Ever heard of battlefield 3? It's more realistic than most everything on mw3 (and when they make new games, they actually implement new things).

++1. I agree

Some people prefer to play a game that takes more skill than spraying with your p90 and building killstreaks, a game where aim is important ... not all games are meant to be realistic. Halo is a much stronger and balanced competitive game than cod will ever be.

You obviously haven't played the game online at all. There are no "aliens" almost at all unless the player chooses, which almost none choose

New awesome game on.the market and runs great on our Atrix 2. Little difficult controlling the horse but has some creepy demon vampires and witches and outlaws. Awesome game and free. I Rate it 4.5/5

just make sure you turn off push notifications in the game options or you might get woken up at 1am when your phone vibrates telling you about getting more ammo for the game... happened to me...

Angry Birds Space
Osmos
Words with Friends
World of Goo
Not a big gamer (not now at least, it comes in phases) but osmos and world of goo are highly recommended (i lucked out and got them for the 49 cent promo thing with the Play Store roll-out).. usually just some angry birds to pass time, and WWF for playing with some words with friends...

official Temple Run for Android very recently released! Is awesome but still buggy so 4/5.

Yeah. The official version was released two days ago (if I'm not wrong) for the Android.
Can't understand myself why the game is so popular and getting a lot of attention after testing it for a few (hey, it's free) .

My phone has 2.5 gb full of games. I guess that's what happens when you get a free app a day from Amazon app store and the play store always has sales.

When will people learn that ANY developer making anything on Android is a pain in the ass for them. Yes iOS gets more updates but that's because they are developing for a very small number of phones. Anyone got a count of the total number of Android phones, me thinks it might be a f'in lot!

I can deal with them releasing the games waaaay latter than iOS even if its dumb... but a quick glance at their facebook page, they have deals on games, majority of the time almost newly released, whereas nothing for android.

Yeah...bought and refunded...Didn't seem worth the $0.25 for the size and gameplay.

I got stuck with the purchase, didn't play it with enough time to see how not worth the 25cents it was.
Maybe when playing it on a tablet it'll be better. But it feels so cluttered too Mich on screen, camera right behind batman.

More than worth it!
Excellent graphics, sound, voice acting and controls. High resolution textures take up a lot of space but definitely worth it. Would like to see more variety in combat. $0.25 is a must buy, even to just show off the graphics.

Use the six axis app and create a touch profile. I use it for almost all my games on my galaxy tab.
