[Q] Build Number - Eee Pad Transformer Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all, i need your help. As Im currently using a custom firmware now, i need to know my build number of my device. However in settings, this does not shows my build number, instead it shows my custom firmware name. Is there anyway to check my build number of my device? Lots of thanks!

There is no build number for custom ROM.

[Q] HTC Desire build number

I've run into some problems with my HTC Desire, and i've chosen to start from scratch, so i want to completely remove my root, cyanogenmod7, clockworkmod etc etc.
I know i can flash my RUU file to achieve this, but i need both the baseband and build number for this. I can easily find the baseband number in the "About Phone" section, but the build number is no where to be found.
I've also made a post on the Cyanogenmod forums to ask for help with this issue, but no luck so far. (cant post the link since i'm new to these forums)
Could someone help me locate my build number, or even help me find the RUU file that belongs to my phone?
My baseband version is: 32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27
I've tried looking at shipped-roms.com to find it, but there are about 10 different ones with my baseband version, but different build numbers, so i'm not sure which one to take.

[Q]

Hey everyone,
New here... I have recently been trying out different ICS Roms, all very good and very well made. Although I am having trouble with my 3G... I have none where I used to have it all the time, or it does show but its greyed out and unable to connect to any internet connection.
Tried to google for answers but nothing really makes sense...
Phone Specs:
Model Number: Nexus S
Android Version: 4.0.3
Baseband Version: I9020XXkI1
Kernal Version: 3.0.17-ck1-cfs-g3580382 [email protected]#4
I hope the information supplied will help.
Thank you in advance,
Lee
Did you check your IMEI?
Check what about my IMEI number???
Do you have the correct IMEI? Sometimes the efs can get corrupted and you lose your IMEI (gets assigned a generic one). If that happens you lose connectivity.
Ah ok, not sure about all that, how do I check and also how do I resolve this issue if my IMEI number does not match.
My IMEI number on the back of the phone matches what is shown System Settings>>About Phone>>Status>>IMEI

Hi,
If you tell me what device you have I can try to point you in the right direction.
Thanks anyway, I flashed the stock ROM, and changed the phone number. Then I had to install all over the custom ROM because the twrp backups didn't work for the new phone number, even though the internet worked.

NRD90m test-keys

Hi all. Need some help with this. Updated from ( Mate 8 -rooted ) NXT L29 b200 build number to a build number that ended with 560 without thinking through. I lost root access and now the build number is NRD90M test keys. No alarm clock, no virtual keyboard at all so i can't text anybody, google talk is set to default and it can't be changed and i'm not recieving any sms or phone calls eventhough reception appears to be fine.
By the looks of things i'll have to downgrade but not sure to which build number. Still waiting for bootloader code from huawei so i thought i might ask. I did make a backup with titanium but not sure if the back up will include the build number i was using at the time?
Help?
