Installing
Since I don't see it anywhere, I've uploaded I9305XXBLL5_JKay_Deluxe_Stock_v14_7_3 to Hotfile. I've tested this on my deoxeded DBTXXBLL5 and it works nicely.
I can't speak for the odexed version, but since this thread already contains a pre-deodexed ROM, might as well link it. No guarantees, so always do a nandroid. All I did was modify the updater script for matching partitions.
This will NOT work on any version other then PDA XXBLL5, but the branding shouldn't matter.

Thanks for the new version. Just finished installing and first impressions are it's just as quick as 1.3. This really is a snappy rom
Also mate, you need to update your list of removed apps. Contacts/calender sync!
Also for the next version, can you remove "movies & tv", "myfiles", "s planner and widget" and "youtube"?

removed_apps.1.4.txt ..is updated...
"movies & tv"... seems to be on your preload partition... bloatware from your provider...

Ok thanks lamahgra.
I just randomly went to Software Update on my Galaxy S4 I9500 which I HAD flashed with SER Russia ROM and changed CSC to SER. When I clicked update it began to download an update that is just over 100mb, not seeing it on SamMobile but it is available via OTA, will upload screenshots just now, it upgraded Knox to 2.0 BTW, it gave me the warning that Knox will be updated.

Is it me or is there extra features in the Gallery app that have only first appeared in this build. There's a collage feature now in the menu as well as a hide items (works in a similar way to privacy on S5, but with no security) Swear I never noticed these before??

Nice find, I've never seen it before.
Also check Accessibility in Settings, they seem to have added a few new things including screen Colour Adjustment, never seen that before.

I still didn't get the Kitkat update - i have a rooted phone but couldn't even get it from Kies as well and it says i have the latest firmware and updates.
I tried to find the version on http://samsung-updates.com but i couldn't find one with my PDA and CSC version.
From where i can download original KitKat for my phone and if the knox void on my phone is 0x1 will i have any problem applying the Original kitkat rom you will suggest on my phone?

You're not going to get any updates when you're A, rooted or B, 0x1.
Your only option is to manually flash them through ODIN. I can't find your specific version, but you should be able to flash any newer version of DBT without issue. (Downgrading, however, is bloody difficult.)
