MIUI wont boot on xt720!

hi guys ive been having a problem, ive downloaded the miui rom for xt720 in this fourm, but every time i flash/reboot, it just stays stuck on the M logo, ive whiped all data/cache before flashing every time, i really want a fix (i switched back to cyanogenmod 7 for now until i can find this miui rom fixed) thanks to anyone who can help me!

hi, thanks for the quick reply, so how do i apply the bootfix?

Grab the update.zip, copy to sdcard/openrecovvery/updates & apply.

did your sms stop working as soon as you flashed over the rom? or did it stop working a while after the fact? did you try isolating if its a rom problem by seeing if your sms works when your on a stock rom?

Hey I think it stopped straight away.its weird.I flashed the same Rom and kernel on my dads phone as I did on mine but yet his sms doesn't work and mine does?the only difference I have noticed is the base band numbers?

try going back to stock and reflashing? I don't know why the baseband numbers are different to be honest

Your baseband is also called your 'radio'. That's what you'll need to flash to change it, not the ROM itself.
I'd recommend the above user's steps (return to complete stock, try again). That should fix your issue completely

Help with a rom

Hi guys I need a little help I have been looking and I can't find a rom that has the camera with the silly faces option working , I even thought about going back to stock ,
Does anybody knows a room that is completely working? I have the us wifi only, I tried cm9 I try eos3 maybe I'm doing something wrong, if anybody can help me I appreciated.

[Q] [Help!] HDMI-out+sixaxxis+(3d(not a must)

Hi, i was wondering (dont kill me for this question). I need/want/really want a rom that supports both hdmi aswell as the six axis bluetooth protocol and 3d if thats possible but not nessecary.
Tryed cm7. This rom doesnt support hdmi out:crying: it did support six axis but i dont like the rom very buggy
Thiaizo3d. This rom doesnt support six axis (as i read did not try the rom)
Now i want to try jellybam 4.1.0 dont now about hdmi out as well as the six axis if they work.
Is it so hard just to make a bluetooth protocol for six axis put it in a zippy and flash it over a stock rom.
Im really stuck on this one.
Sorry if this a dumb question and really sorry for my english.

I have bricked my phone installing jellybam 4.1.0 yesterday... but thanx for the info anyway. The insurance company took my phone today. I did get a made in bangladesh by children phone replacement (its android) i hope they will get me a phone with stock rom haha i know i voided my warrenty but do they know could always try.. As soon as i get it back ill try soemthing else hopefully without bricking it

You can repair the bricks by yourself, hete are many tutorials in forum.

FM Radio App

Hey all together,
i´m looking for a radio app for my rooted one mini.
At this time i use the magio rom where is no fm radio included.
Is it possible to get an app for my device?

yeah scratch that. Tried it myself, didn't work. Think the fm chips maybe different or these apk are from another android build.
you could try spiritFM app or try ripping the apk needed from the RUU bouncing around (may not work though, depending on what version os your using, and it's at&t build). Or beg someone with the same build as you to rip it from their stick phone or nandroid backup.
I think it's going to be a long shot getting this working again for you.
maybe the htc one has the same fm chips and maybe there is a htc one fm apk bouncing around on Google, seeing as that phone has a lot more dev support at the mo. Maybe..

Try to push the apk from previous build for the One Mini.. i mean like 4.2.2 beacause i got same issue with the flash light and then i take it from 4.2.2 to push it on 4.3 S 5.5

Okay i understand but i don´t know how to do.
How can i push the apk from the rom?
It´s not so important to geht a fm radio but perhaps sometimes it´s nice to have.

I believe trigger has the extra apps zip that you can flash on recovery to get the calculator and the flash light. Not sure if there are anything else thats included. The file is in his 4.3 stock rooted rom.
