Huawei U7510 Andy - what to do with it?

recently I bought wonderful phone - Huawei U7510 Andy - which looks like HTC Touch
I only know how to do instal new ROM on phone with Windows Mobile, so could you tell me what I can do with this stuff

Hello guys, I just bought the Ascend Mate 7 but EMUI makes it lag a lot, i don't like that, I was thinking of installing a new optimized rom, i saw that there is only one on xda for my LT09 model but i do not know how to start, can anybody help me??? I am new at this, i wish to know every step, thank you.
