The New Yorker app apk for Kindle Fire

Anyone have (or willing to download the free) The New Yorker app apk for Kindle Fire from Amazon App Store? The app only shows up on Kindle Fire devices and I returned mine for a Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and forgot to backup the latest New Yorker apk. Would be so grateful if someone could download the latest and post the apk (it works fine on the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, I just don't have the apk). Thanks in advance, JG
P.S. Next Issue has an edition of The New Yorker for the GT 7.0 Plus however when I enter my print subscription info it only allows downloading of last three issues, whereas the Kindle Fire edition allows download of all issue from the date the app was first made available (Oct 2010).

EDIT: it's not showing up on mine either, I can browse to it from the new yorker website, but says it is not compatible with my kindle fire...

Try adding it from the amazon website first and then seeing if it shows up on device. I would also really appreciate it if someone uploaded the new yorker apk.

Happen to have the newer version of the apk floating around and able to post? It appears on Amazon App Store as The New Yorker 2.2.0.11.37111. (I'm running earlier version you oh-so-helpfully posted a while back...)

By the way, discovered that my problem logging in had to do with a login counter that tracks the number of devices you can use with your print subscription account. Well, I'd plugged in my print subscription info on a number of Kindles, including two of my own (one replacing the other I returned for display flaw) and one for a friend and two Android devices I managed to copy the apk to to run the app. On all of my own devices I'd done factory restores before remembering to logout of the New Yorker app, so apparently their subscription server believes I'm still logged in on those devices, which explains why I couldn't/still can't login on a new device. Fortunately my roommate offered up his subscription info and I can login with that - and I'm now aware that I need to logout if I wipe any given Android device on which I'm running the app.
I emailed New Yorker customer support and Amazon as well with no luck getting them to reset the "device count" as described on their help FAQ. They ask me to call and I haven't wanted to be bothered doing so but probably will at some point...

Hey guys,
I wanted to ask if anyone had the APK file for RomNet Plus+? [link]
I reset my phone when unlocking the bootloader (SXS), only to find out I lost the app since it got deleted off Google Play.
The interwebs have turned up APK-less.
Gah, if only I had backed up ALL my apps before resetting.

Owkay you guys just want to inform you guys who don't know that there is a android app for all dragon city lovers
It's available on the play store

for those of you facing country restrictions then follow these steps.
1.download hideninja vpn or any vpn app from Google store
2.connect to a Spain vpn (because it's primarily available in Spain)
3.go to settings>applications in your phone and select Google store. Select "force stop" and then "clear cache"
4.then go to Google play store with the above link through your phone or do a search(after accepting terms and conditions of course the message pops up as soon as you open play store after clearing cache)
5.download and enjoy!
Follow the above steps to the letter and then ask questions please only if it still doesn't work and I will try to give you a possible solution.
Ps-do NOT simply copy and paste this at your own leasure. You are free to share it but please give me some credit when you do.
[EDIT2] Canadian vpn works too! Tried and tested!

This file is currently set to private.
When a file is set to private by its owner only the owner of the file can access it. If you are the owner of the file please log into your account to access this file.

Yea doesn't work, I paid for the VPN app as well to use Spain but nothing different at all, did everything you said.
And also your Download APK Link is Private.

I already tried it, but no luck
And I think it would be great if you upload the apk.

Oh well you have logged in to your Facebook account right? If so you just have to update the app and again login to your Facebook to have the game saved just the way it was ...

There is a new update out as of the 25th. I have tried several vpn apps and none seem to work. Do you have a copy of the newest apk?

Yep that would be nice!! Tried it too with multiple vpns but it seems that it wont work.. May its possible that u keep the app update? already searched the web but theres zeroo.. damn i want my new breed dragons

Don't use it, it's a real s***, but I haven't tried yet, in fact, i'm having troubles installing apk from market or from pc.
EDIT: Anyway, i have cm10.1.5 with HALO and in the playstore doesn't appear. And when I searched it in the play store in a browser it appears, but sais that BBM is not compatible with my device. SO I don't know about installing directly form a download apk, but I'm leaving now, maybe tomorrow will try.

huhh..,I use it cause my friends use it,. I just need BBM not Blackberry device...

Hey i think bbm is not working on ARMv6 cos i tried it on an AOKP Jb rom and it kept on saying "sorry bbm has stopped working"or something like that as soon as i opened it.I have Galaxy Gio

hopefully a good dev ll port bbm for our device...,if that's possible

So it don't work here. I don't know about any senior member or developer.

BBM is god awful in places...
Especially their convoluted pin system to find & connect new friends.
And very limited set of emoticons and that also very small.
I dont know why I/we waited for BBM with so much expections and so litle to show.
I would prefer Whatsapp anyday..

Very new to this, so appologies if I haven't 'replied' correctly etc.
I have the new blackphone-4.4.2-1449161691 OS (downloaded 4th Jan 2016), currently trying to port to my old HTC One M7.
Getting the Status 7 error and then after removing the 'assert' lines I get the Status 0 error.
Any ideas and happy to share this file.

Status 0 is where there is a problem with your update- binary. Replace the one you had with one from a different 4.4.2 ROM that you know works.
By the way, do you mind uploading the original ota as well as yours? let's see if we can get Silent OS on other devices too

As an update, got through process of using flashboot and sideload for the fist time which I am thinking of uploading a YouTube video on this which may explain a few things which has taken me a long time figure out by myself - or it could be just me???
I did get to a stage where I was stuck on the HTC logo and was still able to get into the recovery boot screen etc. I found out that I had at somestage while trying clockwork mod or cynogen, had deleted / formatted the system (sorry for the laymans terms). Anyway, managed to install an old stable cynogen mod rom on to the mobile which was fun for awhile until I wanted to update and the path / directories for the update weren't valid, giving me a status 6 error.
I thought it was a bit strange as the updater script was the same.
So I went back and reformatted the mobile through cynogen, wiping the cache / data etc and then used the ADB sideload to install the latest 2016 nightly cynogen mod which works. I will also say that it is a very good and basic version without all the Google rubbish.

That's only for their apps by the way. Silent OS and PrivatOS are both closed source sadly

I have the Blackphone BP1 model handset from silent circle,it's powerfull it's good for privacy privatos isn't bad for the anti privacy features side,but the lack of google services has driven me crazy,I'm an end user I try to contribute if I find any mods along my path to modding things and have placed some tutorials online in the past,xda forums included,but I have a bit of a dilema I'm no developer and I just cut my contract sim off I have a freedompop sim to my horror it uses google services to enable the app to use it this is not present in privatos can anyone instate google services for third party apps please or develop a moded rom to make it google so I can use my contract sim.

Basically the best way is probably modding a blackphone 2 firmware which has google play services to work with the blackphone bp1 device surely it can be done??? Yes, it would be the best base. Blackphone may have put other proprietary feautures within PrivatOS that are incompatible with other phones (like in the kernel). Don't get your hopes up good luck though
