[Q] [Help] Flashing back to Stock Froyo 2.2.1

Greetings XDA Community !
I flashed my Samsung Galaxy S 4G about a week ago to Stock Gingerbread 2.3.3 Deodexed KF2 + Root . And I'm not putting and blame to it. I just want to flash back to my Stock FROYO 2.2.1. VUVKB5. But I've searched many sites and looked for answers, but so far none have prevailed. So I started looking here today trying to find a way to get back to my stock rom, just as if I got it out of the box. When I got the phone it was All Stock Froyo 2.2.1 I think. VUVKB5 Rom, if i'm not mistaken. and Then me being adventurous wanted to Flash my phone to a new Rom to try it out. But I really want to just go back to my Stock Froyo and wait for the official Gingerbread update to come out for the SGS4G. If anyone can help me out here I know I'm a noob at this. But anyone's advice or help would be greatly appreciated. I just really want to get back to my Out of the Box FROYO Rom.

Go to the bible thread in the development section. Scroll to guides and find the noobs guide to odin. Follow that and you should be ok.

[Q] Need Root for 2.3.5

So i flashed with Odin 2.3.5 KI3 i belive...onto my SGS4G and now i cant get root access!! What gives!? Can anyone offer any advice?! I have looked HIGH and low for info regarding root...and really cant find anything specific to the gs4g. I was at 2.3.4, rooted and running well...of course i just HAAAAD to go and move up to 2.3.5... Help me please!

T499 is different from galaxy mini in some aspects. we still do not have official gingerbread. If you are looking for custom roms please see here. We have cm7 based roms available.

[Q] getting back gingerbread from other rom on galaxy y

i had bought galaxy y with the following features
android version:2.3.6
baseband version:s5360ddle1
kernel version:2.6.35.7
[email protected]#1
build number:GINGERBREAD.DDLC3
CSC:S5360ODDLA2
last month i had changed the gingerbread to creeds version and now i want to go back to gingerbread please help i doing this
i will be thankful

If you made a nandroid backup (which you ALWAYS should) you can. Otherwise you need to find a stock gingerbread ROM and flash it.

please am Glory Churchill from Ghana and i bought this phone Samsung infuse 4g model number SGH-I997 everything is working perfectly except for tethering WiFi. when i try tethering it tells me to go to at&t to create an account before i get to tether but at at&t site i will have to pay. please kindly direct me on how to do this successfully and also i would like to b assisted on upgrading my phone from fro-yo 2.2.1 to ginger bread 2.3.6 but i am really having difficulties in downloading the stock ROM for my phone because the sites are all directing me to hot-file.com making it impossible to download due to a apparent close down. please i would be very grateful for your time and assistance. thanks for reading.

Hello Glory,
here is a guide for how to flash a new firmware to your device.
In this Q&A section of your device you can post your question about the wifi tethering issue.
Maybe it will be fixed by flashing a new firmware automatically.
General information:
For wifi tethering your phone needs to be connected with the internet via your mobile carrier ... so your mobile contract must cover this mobile data option.

Kernel: CF-Auto-Rooted stock G900FXXU1ANE2
Recovery: PhilZ-touch
