Verizon has an outage called verizon store to confirm I have had no data 3g or 4g since 3pm in Nebraska. Been having to use wifi lame.

been down since 2 here in SD but it came back on around 9
12 f*ckin hours here in LA area, lost it around 2pm and didn't show up again till now at 2am wtf verizon wheres my bill credit and/or free phone upgrade

Ok so my 4G speeds are horrendous they went from 8mbs to 12kbs yet I have an unlimited plan! Any help?
