[Q] ICS Rom

hello
I have installed the ICS rom on my mobile i have some problems
1- i can't connect to wireless network , i can't find any wifi network after turning on wifi the screen keep displaying Turning Wi-Fi on
2- trying to disable the cell broadcast but after restarting the phone it's enabled automatically.
3- arabic is supported but im looking for keyboard
plz i need help asap my device is useless now

Hi, i am new to root and flash, i flashed my phone with ST25a and whenever i try to connect to any WiFi network it says Saved,Secured with WPA/WPA2 but never connects, so then i flashed with ST25i from France and tried, but the same problem occured.... while flashing i had 'Excluded Baseband' - Please Help,

[Q] Karbonn S5 WiFi issue

Hello there,
I'm not able to connect my Android phone to WiFi
It only says "Connecting" & then "Saved,secured with WPA"
Request your help to get my phone connected to WiFi.
My phone details are-
Karbonn S5 Titanium
Android 4.1.2
Kernel: 3.4.0-perf-g8ca40f4
Build: TBW593315_8764_V006012

Even I have the exact same issue. I am using a BSNL Huawei/Quidway WA-1003A router.
It says connecting and then says Saved & secured with WEP
I noticed that S2 has 4.1.2 and my other phones (Samsung Note 1 & Micromax A110) with 4.1.1 are connecting to the same router perfectly fine.
Any pointers? I read somewhere that 4.1.2 doesn't support some 802.xx standards and a patch needs to be done on old routers or one needs to go for a new router. Is that correct?

I have the same issue with my Karbonn S5 handset, it is not able to connect to my WIFI router, the other phones are connecting properly. Please let me know if there is any fix for this issue.

I've installed Connectify HotSpot on my Laptop. I connect my Laptop to my WiFi router, then I connect my S5 to Connectify.
This is a workaround as there is issue with the WiFi router image & which can;t be upgraded further since it is a old one with no support.

The problem is with the DHCP Configuration.....To solve this access your router and go to Set Up>DHCP Configuration and select Server On....Than go to the Advanced Tab on top and go to Wireless Settings.....Once there Save all & Restart Access Point at the bottom of the window and you will be done

[Sony M2 Aqua][WiFi Problem]

Hey guys,
I have Sony M2 Aqua 3 monts ago when update comes i have problem with my wifi when i am near to the routers i have network but when i am far from him network always going down, in wifi settings i have my network SFRJ but not connected, "secure with wpa..." and can't connect to my wifi,always getting "Obtaining to ip adress" and nothing happens tried to restart my phone still same.. Whats the problem with my wifi? Do i need to update my android to 5.1 Lollipop?

Yes try Updating to 18.6.A.0.182 firmware.

Hello guys, I have flashed Hyper-Rom v8 in my Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-19000) And the wifi doesn't work! I can receive text messages and I have cellular-network. My only problem is my wifi connection. When I'm trying to connect to my wifi router, my phone only saves the info of my router but it doesn't connect. I've tried long press on my wifi name to forget it and then try to connect it again but it doesn't solve the problem. I also re-flash the custom rom but nothing happened, it's the same again. Can anyone help me please?

The best way to get help about a custom ROM is to post your questions in their thread where other users, or the rom developer, can help you.
