Dont worry. Just relax bro. Its common issue. First totally format ur sd card. Then just flash back xxkpe firmware twice as per instructions. Then flash xxkpq twice. It will 100% solve ur problem
Try to wipe data & cache everytime u flash a fw! It's some glitch due to files not flashed properly I guess is yr fw dled properly? :screwy:

Our phone has internal & external memory. External memory is sd card which we insert in phone. I am telling u to format that external sd card with help of card reader. Card reader is instrument in which u have to insert ur memory card. Then connect ur card reader to pc & then it will detect ur sd card. Then just format it. Thats it bro. Are u using a mobile 1st time?

hi brother
show me that link to the post
OP, do not make multiple threads for the same thing. That is a big no-no. I understand your frustration and situation, but that's not going to help. If it happens again I will be forced to infract you.
Hope you find your answer

It very simple to solve your problems just download kb3 and flash phone via Odin with available files. Then simply flash with your desired gingerbread rom.

There is a tool for partitioning called minitool for partition, else u can try the method of partition using advanced option in cwm!
Before that, make sure u have a custom kernel that has ext3 or 4 partition support
For more info goto Galaxy y development thread:thumbup:

zip wont work after i connect to a pc with "usb mass storage"
i downloaded your zip on a win7 pc. flashed it and it was working fine, very fine. thanks dude :good: phone memory became 16GB and sdcard became 1.5GB
But when i was going to copy some files onto my phone, i used a xp pc and it was recommended to switch to 'usb mass storage' and so i did. after i copied the files and removed my phone from the pc, i checked the system settings and phone memory got back to 1.5GB and sdcard to 16GB. i tried restoring backups and flashing the zip several times and eventually resorted to factory data reset. theres no use flashing the zip cause it wont make a change anymore. is there a way to fix it? thanks in advance

I have a problem in my galaxy s i9003xxkpu
keeps popping up a message saying that the internal SD Card was unexpectedly removed. I know it does not have have to repair or replace the chip's internal sd card.
I would like to know if you have to install the external rom in sd or you have a rom with the option to choose where to install.
I look forward to and thank you

Is it getting detected in your PC (Using a card reader or adapter) Is it getting detected in a Digital camera? Just go ahead and Check to be absolutely sure. If it's not, then, my thoughts are, the card is corrupted. But as a last effort, delete any partitions that you made (use minitool partition wizard) and format the entire card (use minitool or use a digital camera) or do a low level format with any low level formatting tool, if required.

AND my sd card work 100% when its inside my phone(FROYO,GB,ICS)
I installed stock JB 4.1.1 via CWM by paplu3. After flashing it I am facing a very unusual problem. My external card and internal storage card keep on unmounting atleast once in a day. I tried to find a pattern but the unmounting times are totally random. I have to restart the phone in order to bring them back as I can't mount them back from Settings.
Has anyone faced a problem like this? Please help me to solve this. Thanks.
