Check this link. This is wait you have to install to get ADB (android debugging bridge) running on your computer. If this doesn't help try a Google search or Wikipedia.

Hey Guys! Do you like Android and want to do your experiments but you don't want to download full SDK and then downlaod ADB? No problem! If you only want to download ADB then there is a tool on XDA that will help you, with the ADB it will also install Fastboot (very usefull tool). You just need to download only 2 MB of setup of these tools and wow! you installed ADB.
I tried my self and found best and tried by many people and everyone said it is working. Installing it is not complex, it is too easy that even a Noob can do this! just have to press "Next" and "Next"! Okay, lets see what is ADB and Fastboot-
This tool will also helpful for s-on users.
Direct Link to Download, unzip and enjoy!
Click Thanks also okay!

Wrong thread dude.
You'll find your answers here in Q6.
No need to download the complete SDK.
You need the original motorola drivers only to flash sparsechunk partition.
Here they are.
Edit: Motorola fastboot attached to this post.
Hey, all. I have never had issues like this that I couldn't figure out with help from the forums or just making sure I had the latest drivers installed. I am very comfortable with ADB and terminal and all of the commands therein. I am running Windows 7 32-bit and I am trying to follow the guide to unlock the bootloader and root. I have downloaded every iteration/version/mutation of the drivers that have been suggested but still I get no ADB devices recognized nor do I get any fastboot devices recognized?!?!!
EDIT:
Use the download links below and install both of these drivers AFTER uninstalling ANY/ALL previous drivers. Reboot and profit and stop pulling your hair out.
