They are part of the frame work of ICS so unless youre running ISC I dount theyll work
you can always download an ICS Rom and extract the goodies for yourself
and see if they work
Why is stock samsung gallery app and quickpic forcing me to crop wallpapers even though my selection is 1024x600? Is this still the stoopid samsung/ics glitch that us using ics roms are facing on android phones?
