I've been running my cappy (froyo) on Fasty II V2.5 for almost 6-8 months, can anyone help me with step-by-step instructions on flashing Fasty III ROM? What kernel goes with that ROM? Would I need GB Bootloaders? I am new at this

Hi everyboy! I want to install AOKP ROM on my sgs, which has an official gingerbread rom, so, because of in the past I had some problems upgrading from GB to ICS, I ask if someone can help me.
As the title suggests I have a Galaxy s2 with Andy X rom 9.0 ICS, I'm currently using siyah but a coworker recommended this kernel to save battery life, he also has a Galaxy s2 but he's using a different rom for ICS...
So wondering if I can use the fluxi kernel with this rom?

hi all! i need to use my galaxy 3 again as my primary phone had gone for a swimming ( epic accident)
so i need the best ginger rom to flash the phone.. which of whole roms has the less bugs,is lighter,faster and works without problems?
i haven't read the forum since the g3 became my secondary phone so i have missed many things about the phone

If you want clean ROM then CM7
If you want tweaked one then Kyrillos 10 or Pranja's ROM

I never use a custom ROM. i am looking for a Kitkat 4.4.4 Stable ROM for AT&T Samsung Galaxy SII Skyrocket.
there are so many of custom ROM. can anybody suggest me in a very easy way about it please.

Go with Sultanxda's unofficial CM11.
