So far I've bought 34 apps.
Lol yea most apps were pretty lame. I already had the good ones (Fruit Ninja, SwiftKey, ADW EX)
Ended up buying some games. Got Flick Golf, which is awesome. Also got Sleepy Jack, Paper Camera, Camera Zoom and Field Runners. I love Sleepy Jack and the camera apps but I'm not really into Field Runners.

I put sooooo many quarters in that machine when I was a kid. I wonder how much more money my folks coulda retired on if they had invested all that coin instead of letting me throw it away lol

What would make you think it would be a cheap rip off? Other apps of the day have never been as such:
Real angry birds
Real fruit ninja
Real plants vs zombies

+100000! I miss tabletop Pac Man too (and Ms. Pac Man.)
Actually it wasn't because of Amazon releasing Pac Man that made me ask that but rather the crazy number of Pac Man ripoffs that are out there on every system since Atari days. Hah and yeah I know, I have like 60 apps from Amazon now, some of them being $5-10 apps. They haven't been cheap in any way to us.

I haven't played it yet but I think the game "shadowgun" has the best visuals of a game out right now. Its not free though.
Shadow gun is dope and looks like gears of war game play is very similar to it also check it out its pretty cool:thumbup:

I bought shadow gun and its fun to show off and awesome on the tablet especially but I'm not more than five minutes in. Just doesn't pull me. I don't game much on mobile these days tbh. I'd most want to play an RTS but there arent many.

You guys should try this thing called "onlive". It streams current Gen games to your phone. You can use it on your pc to but I was using it on my captivate. Barely any lag. It matters on your net speed, not processor. It blew my mind. Nice to show off to friends.

ok...a quick review of games that i have tried on so far...
shadowgun--absolutely worth the 5 bucks that we pay, and also awesome graphics
spirit--fun and looks gud on big screen
Asphalt was good too
shine runner--nice graphics, but the game gets monotonous after a while
Flick Soccer--really good if u r a soccer fan, an absolute time killer
Shadowgun, Dead Space and GTA3 are beasts. Worth the $$. I am a sucker for World of Goo though. So good

Yeah, it is only per day. I'm guessing 10 days of 10 apps at 10p.
I got minecraft, its just the creative mode. TBH i can't imagine playing it ever but 10p seemed such a good deal.

You might yet get it, some of the apps are repeating, for example soundhound was available a few days ago and is available again today.

The market is doing ten days of deals. Top premium apps. And 10p per app. And minecraft and Asphalt 6 adreneline. But I think tomorror it more and better ones. Keep an eye on them. And it is a full buy. Updates will be for you in the future

I do believe this is in alpha phase and should one day resemble the full game. So yeah, 10c/p should be a good investment.

I don't actually know mincraft much. In fact I.don't understand the game at all. I mainly did this thread for the deals there doing. It's amazing. Celebrating 10 billion apps sold on market. And it's a chance for people who don't want to pay full price because money is tight.

Good question. I too am looking for a game to see if my S3 can handle the awesomeness. Currently, the only game fun enough to play is Jetpack Joyride.. Haha. Good luck. Ill check back to see if anyone else has any other opinions.
I just picked up Gears & Guts today and i have to say, it is pretty damn entertaining. Definitely a fun take on the zombie genre.

Gta3 using sixaxis ps3 remote just kills it when showcasing what a bad mofo phone u got.... Batman, nova3,mass effectis has some nice gfx, specially the cut scenes... Enjoy

I am loving Sega's Virtua Tennis. It looks great and is really fun to play. If anyone has the game or plans on buying it, make sure to go into the settings and change the default controls to arcade. Makes the game much better to play with the on screen buttons and joystick then the swiping and touch controls.
Dead trigger is awesome, played street fighter 4hd, once threw onlive those games are awesome.shadowgun is also ok.

Dead Trigger with the Tegra graphics enabled is pretty hard to beat for visual quality, imho.

I've been meaning to purchase NOVA 3 for the last month but there are bad reviews for it by GSIII users. It always seems like Gameloft games receive quite a few negative ratings for our phones.
