firstly thanks for sharing.. however on a vodaphone euro version... here in australia this app doesn't seem to work.. had to restore with titanium backup
edit: tried a couple more times... connected and works great

old market came with the stock rom and no way to uninstall so I'm a bit confussed...

it goes over the stock market and for me it crashed a couple of times so i uninstalled the update no problem just go to settings>applications>manage applications click the app and uninstall

Wow new market looks awesome. Android is just getting better and better.

I like it. Now let's theme it lol

Well you can see whats in update, simple let it download the update but dont continue update process , than go to root of SD card and find that zip and view whats changed.

That one is the old one Update one more time
ON [email protected] I think it was the twitter update, but why didn't they just update over the market?

Twitter update...
When I saw update available I hoped it was 2.3.5, but no, Twitter crap.

I got the new market, since these fota, but it comes after install update automaticly!

anyone noticed no more graphic glitches / FCs in Unity-based games (i.e. Samurai Venganace) after this update or it's just me?

Thanks for the apk link since the app says it's not supported on the Motorola Photon yet on the marketplace. I chatted with Tivo and they are escalating the issue for the Photon. I've been using the Tivo commander for the longest time which has been a great app.

I thought there would be more interest in this for sure...

I think there might be a newer version avaialble from the market. Can someone please post the apk file as I'm in the UK and can't get it.
I'm hoping this new one will work with UK TiVos after VirginMedia applied the latest update which prevents these apps from connecting.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately it doesn't connect to my TiVo. I'll have to stick with the iPad for now which recently got the fix to work with the latest virginmedia update. Hopefully they'll be a fix for the Android app soon.

As nice as this app is.....I still find myself using the m.tivo.com mobile site much more regularly to schedule my tivo.
I haven't had a whole lot of luck with the official app keeping a connection to my tivo.

Jelly Defence Not Compatible On HTC Desire S?

Just gone onto the google play app to download this game and it says it's not compatible with my htc desire s yet it says it's compatible with the original HTC Desire!!! Any idea why?

The Play Store tells me Jelly Defence is compatible with my DS. Any reason given why the store thinks it's imcompatible?

It doesnt even come up on the listings when I go on the play store on my phone. If I go on the website on my pc it says its compatible with SOME of my divices meaning my old htc desire which I no longer have.

He is using a custom rom, i guess you're on stock/original rom then, with no flash/root.
Try clearing play`market data then signing in again on ur phone. It is a purchase app, if u did purchase it just email the developers and inform them.
Happened to me after flashing a custom rom once, but waited for an hour or so then i was able to download without any issue. But i dun think our case is similar.
Using ICS as well with no "device is not compatible" message.

Tried that and still doesn't work. I haven't paid for the game before but just saw it in a review and was puzzled my it would work on a older htc device.

It is confirm, not working on DS stock rom. Just tested on another DS that is not rooted, doesn't appear in market on phone n on the the website "this item is not compatible with ur device". If you wan further query just email the developers.

Emailed them and they said the phone needs the following specs to run/appear in the android market :
* Android OS 2.0.0 or higher
* Cortex A8 processor or better
* OpenGL ES 2.0 or higher

Any idea if the desire s meets these specs?

I think the only official RUU was the 1st and 2nd ROM. The later 1.63.531.2 was only released as an update, not a full RUU.

I needed this like 3 days ago :/

I for one still didn't know ruu were ever available for ds... So thanks!

If they're standard RUU, then you'd still need to root them after you apply. That's not a very difficult task.

Could these be used to downgrade the HBOOT so I can run revolutionary to gain S OFF?

Possibly, but chances are you would need superCID which I believe you need security flags removed for this anyway. Maybe try to make a goldcard?
But really the wire trick isn't hard and true radio s-off is much nicer than a patched bootloader like rev
