I heard HTC didn't update some devices to WM 6.5 (from 6.1) so where can I get a WM6.5 ROM for my HTC Touch Diamond? What is the more stable and faster?

My friend bought a HTC Touch ripoff (possible skyphone). I'm assuming the windows its running is guinie (been able to install cabs etc.) anyway I was wondering if there is an upgrade to 6.5 for it.

didn't see a post about htc relasing an official 6.5 rom - so I thought I would post the link. Can't actually access the rom as I have an att Fuze.
But it certainlt seems to be proof that a 6.5 rom could be released, if the company wanted to.
That's for the Touch Pro2 (Rhodium) not the Touch Pro (Raphael)...

Which would you suggest? or not suggest if better
I currently have a HTC Touch 3G, which I love even more since I installed winMo 6.5 on it (PDAViet V28)...
I know N97 and Omnia HD are Symbian, not WinMo.
What do you suggest.?
