Please help me

I have a htc desire s and i waz branded in t mobile germani. i make it s off with revolutionary and i put RUU_Saga_HTC_Europe_1.47.401.4_Radio_20.28I.30.085AU_3805.06.02.03_M_release_199410_signed. Now i whant to update to 2.3.5 and sense 3.0. I waz changed revolutionary hboot whit apha rev x hboot and i run the RUU_Saga_S_HTC_Europe_2.10.401.8_Radio_20.4801.30.0822U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_225161_signed but it waz stoped instaled and gave me code 131. When i checked he change my h boot to 2.00.0002. I unloked the hboot with htcdev and now when i tri to instal RUU_Saga_S_HTC_Europe_2.10.401.8_Radio_20.4801.30.0822U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_225161_signed He gave this error 155. Please help me to update to 2.3.5 and sense 3.0. I m sorry if is a post like this but i don't find it. Thankyou so much

On HBOOT 2.00.0002 the bootloader must be in a LOCKED/RELOCKED state to apply a RUU. So you need to go into FASTBOOT USB mode and then enter the following command:
fastboot oem lock

N00b question on how to Root/flash a Sensation

So i am completly new here and i tried to root and flash a custom rom accordng to the guide here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1192300 and here (in german: http://www.pocketpc.ch/htc-sensatio...s-off-flashen-custom-rom-fuers-sensation.html)
however i did not work properly...
My Phone: HTC Sensation with Branded Android 2.3.4 (Provider Swisscom; Switzerland)
here is what i did:
1.) I unlocked the Bootloader with the official HTCDev tool (http://htcdev.com/)
2.) i S-OFF'ed my phone accordng to:
Step 1. To S-OFF your Sensation - (You do not need to do this if you have S-off already or done this before) - WORKING NOW for TMOUS users

however, the CMD showed me a "Failure, Live gave you lemons"
i think it was only concening the installation of the clockwork... (???)
3.) i did the CID stuff "fastboot oem writecid 11111111" (afterwards getcid gave me "fastboot getvar cid" 11111111
4.) the i flashed the firmwareupdate from here

(this one : "Firmware from 3.12.401.2/102 RUU" since i had id 111111111)
5.) the i tried flashing Adroid Revolution HD 6.x (after superwipe) from here

but after rebooting, the phone froze in the white HTC screen for about 20 min or so
6.) superwipe again, and then i flashed Revolution HD 4.1.7 which is working now
my phone sais now: Android Version 2.3.5
HTC Sense: Version 3.5
Software number: Android Revolution HD 4.1.7 by mike1986
and if i enter recovery mode on statup it sais:
*****unlocked*****
Pyramid PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-1.20.0000
RADIO-11.15.3504.16_M
eMMc-boot
and if i enter recovery, this 4ext touch recovery tool (1.0.0.3 Beta 7) starts
i dont know if i have done it correctly or if i made a complete mess!
i really would like to install the Android Revolution HD 6.0.3 rom but as i said, the phone gets stuck at startup (or do i have to wait longer than 30 min on the HTC screen?!)
can annyone of you pro's see where the mistake was done? or what i have to change, to make the new rom working?

You flashed the wrong firmware for the 6.0.x rom you need to have the 1.23 hboot. Look in the ARHD thread and download the correct firmware for 6.0.3.

download again the firmware, check MD5 sum and try to flash firmware again. also update your 4ext beta 8

there are two ways. Either you can flash 6.03 again, then you should have beta 8, or find in market "4ext uploader"

Hmm pickle indeed, whats your hboot is it still the same? or does it say something different after flashing new firmware?
if it says 1.20/1.23 you should be able to boot any gingerbread rom and older ICS Leaks,
if you want to boot 6.1.x or insertcoins 4.4.x or any variant of those roms that use the newset ICS leak your gonna need to flash latest firmware which has hboot 1.27

I would download the rom again, I had a few bad downloads before that made my phone not boot up. Oh and his roms take a while to boot just be patient

SO...i tried it again with USB DEBUGGING activated...
i downloadede the radio ( 11.68.3504.00U_11.21.3504.13_2 ) from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=14192842&postcount=4
but when i start this adb tool and try to install the radio it starts the phone in recovery/fastboot (as it shoud) but when i continue with "fastboot flash radio radio.img" it says:
sending "radio" .....OKAY
writing raidio....FAILED (remote: not allowed)
what is wrong?

[Q] unlocking bootloader on chacha

Guys i followed all the steps mentioned in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1432199 but for chacha, i created the 3 files in c:\android, i opened run but when i enter this code : fastboot oem get_identifier_token, i obtain an error :
(bootloader) [ERR] Command error !!!
OKAY [ 0.244s]
finished. total time: 0.245s
any idea how to solve the issue ?

this is a solution. I did it and then I didnt have problem like your anymore

I downloaded the RUU for my country but it gave me :
ERROR [191]: ROM IS NOT SUPPORTED
My current software version is : 1.20.720.1
It says it needs version 1.57.720.1 for HBOOT update.
I haven't got any OTA update ( I also checked manually) to update to 1.57 version.
I couldn't unlock bootloader because of this and I still don't have root.
Any help will be appreciated.

Same problem here with my HTC Chacha......it says I need to upgrade to version 1.57.720.1 for HBOOT update....
Later edit: Never mind!!!! I did it, after 2 days of torment the phone is UNLOCKED!
SOLUTION: I created a gold card then installed the RUU_Chacha_HTC_Europe_1.54.401.2_Radio_47.23.35.3033H_7.51.35.19_release_223981_signed and after that installed the PH0611000_Chacha_hboot_1.10.0000_1.57.412.5 - the one for the Europe since my rom is now Europe in order to update the HBOOT and get my token from fastboot.
And the rest you know the operation!

I have rooted last year I think I used superoneclick and now I want to S-off to get update rom so far I have:
downloaded revolutionary=Device not supported,
HTC\dev gone through webside instructions a few times flashed the unlock code they sent cmd says succesfull but it did nothing to phone which just stayed in fastboot. (tried a few times on xp and win7)
tried running the ruu from htc but that fails saying wrong version error 155 (tried a few times for some reason it wont start on my xp but runs ok on win7)
now I am stuck, could anyone please help?

First:
In order to use revolutionary s-off, you'd need to lower your software version number(misc_version)
1. Lock your bootloader- fastboot oem lock
2, then flash correct RUU -matching your CID
3.use revolutionary....
Second:
As you state in your bootloader screen info,
, htcdev unlock worked indeed- your bootloader is UNLOCKED-as you've said yourself-
, that's what it does...
Third:
If you wish to update-as you said-then update to what?
a) official RUU saga 4.0.4:
1.and foremost- you must lock your bootloader again in order to flash a RUU
2.if your device is branded by any mobile carrier- must create gold card
, in order to flash WWE version of the RUU
3. Certainly you flash that in fastboot
b) custom ics rom:
1. There are many to chose from- much more sofisticated than the official RUU 4.0.4 release
2. Not need to s-off realy in order to flash most of them
3. You only have to flash boot.img from the rom you're flashing,, via fastboot (again)

Last but not least:
Keep unlock_token from htc- in a safe place because
, if you decide to upgrade by the official RUU
, you must unlock bootloader again in order to flash any custom rom
, and you do it by that same key (unlock_token)....
When there are any troubles with connection < pc- phone > check your windows drivers

I was trying to flash official ics but I will go for a custom instead.
I see now where I was going wrong thanks I thought I had to unlock the Hboot by making it s-off to flash official rom of ics, thats why it was failing because its unlocked.

Some guys said that I need to install RUU exe file through computer. I did it but received error 130 (need other version of RUU, I think).
So can you recommend something?

What exactly do you mean by "On this device isn't OS".Do you mean you haven't install some custom OS on your device or it has no OS at all.If you have erase the OS the bootloop is something natural.
I did a google search for your radio version and according to this I found answers only on some german forums.So your cid (as long as you are s-on) should be possibly a German or a European one.
You can download the latest Europe version from here and give it a try.
You can find your cid number using fastboot.Just get into fastboot mode of your hboot and give the command fastboot getvar cid.
If your bootloader is HTCDEV unlocked give the commands:
Code:
fastboot oem lock
fastboot reboot-bootloader
After that your hboot should say Relocked instead of Unlocked.Then install the RUU.
You could also give it S-OFF using this guide (Does not require HTCDEV unlock method):
[GUIDE] Juopunutbear S-OFF NO HTCDEV UNLOCK | ROOT (1.2x HBOOTS)

If you are S-ON you can use a RUU only with hboot 1.18 in your case

Why exactly he should use an RUU with hboot 1.18?!
I know that the version of hboot can be upgraded normally but cannot be downgraded as long as you are S-ON.If you are S-OFF you can downgrade everything.Also if you want to install an older RUU and you are S-ON you have to use a gold card and you patch the version of the misc partition to an equal or lower one for the RUU you are going to use.
