i have cook up a rom in kitchen and everything is working fine to my likes
but i have one problem
why do i get to drop town menu in Program, Setting ,etc instead of icon
is there a cab am i missing something or do I need to select something in
the Kitchen Package
i am using alex rom which is 3.03

so, let me just understand, you click Programs, or Settings and, instead of opening something, you get a drop-down menu?

actually, for some reason, there is a package called QuickMenu, and for some reason it gets included in the ROM even if you don't want it to, so just delete it from your Packages folder, then you should be good

quickmenu is one of the best (and simplest) applications around. It definitely makes my top ten.

i dont realy get it, you want to set this image as the wallpaper? is custsk.exe not really working?

no i mean i built a rom in kitchen and the wallpaper sucks
so i wanted to put this wallpaper in the rom itself so that when a flash the rom it automatic come on instad of the htc one

well, you could just load a different theme that has this background (like empex_diamond.tsk) or you could replace the htc background. if you wanted to venture down the second path, i forget what file youre looking for, so i can only help you out with the first method

Those are the stock icons you should already have in your HD2...

For those of you who don't know how to install it, Rename ATbootanimation.zip from the download link to bootanimation.zip and place in /data/local using rootexplorer, not stock explorer.

Not true
Boot sounds are made by renaming any mp3 file you want to played on startup to boot_audio.mp3 and placed in the same folder.
Also, sorry bout the necro response..

I tried this and it didnt work for me managed to get a bootanimation.zip working within data/local
Seen your post and thought, wow, that'd be cool.
Placed the audio clip mp3 into data/local as 'boot_audio.mp3' ~ no joy
Same as above, though 'bootaudio.mp3' ~ no joy
Do i need to zip the mp3 file first?

[Q] Tweaks.apk Question! :)

Please ping me or otherwise correct me if I'm mistaken, but I've searched for a very long time for the answer to my question :
I need help theming tweaks.apk, specifically the images shown in the sliders. I'm a n00b when it comes to theming, but I'm also not afraid of possible bricks and the like. If someone has any info, it would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

if you're trying to theme the sliders and thngs on the lockscreen then you don't have to theme the Tweaks.apk you have to look in the framework-res.apk as that is where all the lockscreen pics are in

Yep it's in /res/drawable-hdpi/ folder the sliders you are looking for are all the way at the bottom of that folder...good luck

for tweaks it was a good question but for themes there's a lot of guides and sources u can check for that on google man so try searching a bit too. eh!
but I'll answer it, to check what a theme changes just open up the file of the theme u flashed and check to see what files were changed and you'll know where to check.
