Welcome to Ava-Froyo Z3. I will have uploaded this screencast from shootme. It is in NO WAY an indication of the performance you will receive with this rom it is only to show you the visuals of this rom.

For beginners- Please go to the sticky threads and read how to ROOT your Evo and Flash a RECOVERY to your phone. If you download rom manager from the market you can easily install clockworkmod recovery but you must be ROOTED
What does this rom have?

Quick READ-ME
-HULU will have low voices stock, To ensure the best audio for all file types.
-If you would like to Use HULU just Flash the zip file FLASH_ME_FOR_HULU.zip that is on your sdcard after you flash the rom
-Removed applications will be in a folder called All Apps on your sd-card
-If you would like to use the gingerbread launch just go to settings/application/manage/ and clear defaults for HTC Sense
-You must have the two newest radios (Radio-2.15.00.11.19 and wimax-27167_R01) to use this rom.
-i will be adding more themes and a stock option to the third page soon
Before you scroll down please be sure you have the two newest radios flashed!
Ava-FroyoZ3 is has many many enhancements so i must insist that you do a full wipe, of course this is not a pre-requisite but it will provide the best most error free use of my rom.

No more SBC for Netarchy's 4.3.1. I find this kernel to be the most reliable and performance increasing. It is in beta but still is the most reliable.

If for you would like apps2sd please ENSURE YOU HAVE AN EXT PARTITION If you do not then it WILL CORRUPT YOUR SD CARD. just flash the attached file and you will enable apps2sd (Thanks darktremor)

Booted and running. First, it does not flash with clockwork. Second, some apps aren't in the market including tapatalk which I paid for. Boot animation kicks ass. And first boot wasn't really that long. Testing is needed. and I miss my close button on the HTC keyboard. But wow. Sense and froyo and working front cam. Nice!

Hmm it flashed just fine for me with clockwork this is great I just wish HTC would have revamped sense a little please don't forget about aosp froyo still like it better sense just isn't for me but im gonna run this all day today put it through its paces and ill report bag with any findingsg
O yea get a froyo version of HTC IME mod and turn off the smiley hack and yall have your close button back

I think it is the newest clockwork that gives me problems. Update script errors. Anyway quadrant score isn't great. I imagine that is due to sense. The Epson and ffolkes 4.2 kernels don't work. Either way I am happy to have froyo. Thanks ava!

Just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work( the whole 8 hours).
Result from 7 hours of playing with this.
some issue.
1) no voicemail apps( can easily fix by install sprint vm or use google voice)
2) no led notification.
3) EVDO takes a little long to show up after a reboot. ( above 3 minutes for me for some reason.)
4) think this is with froyo, have to manually setup Yahoo email account while setting up email.
5) still no camera but hey at least I can do front self portrait and video chat(yay).
great Rom over all. battery life is pretty good. 4 hours and I just go down 8% which if using normal HTC would drained me down to around 60%.

I haven question, I just flashed the Undervolted kernel v5.1.1 for use with 2.1 (Eclair) over fresh Rom and now I want to try this room, so what should I do next? Flash a stock kernel (where can I find it) before flashing this Rom or just flash this Rom over my current kernel? Thank you very much

Black Hole Slushy is themed from source and DARK.
Mixer is a mix of source that is unthemed. Source is the exact same save for theming. Push the settings button in Notification pulldown to check it out!

Does this rom have working bluetooth?
Yes!
How do I get to quicksettings?
Push settings button in notification pulldown to switch pages. Push and hold to go to settings...Oh, and click your heels together three times and buy a dog named toto.
Does this rom have gapps packaged in?
Yes
Is this CM based?
No
How do I skip setup on install/fullwipe?
Push the top option instead of bottom on first boot.
Why can't I install apps on market?
You installed dual pane zip which changed dpi. flash the rom without wipe, or change DPI and you will be able to install them.
Why am I getting weird glitches with camera?
It's an issue with ZBWU's camera hack on all DHD/INSPIRE ICS roms at the moment. Take landscape photos with flash, though I recommend installing LG Camera from market as a fix, or Pudding camera, whichever works best.
Will this rom get me laid?
Depends on how lubed you can get your phone comfortably without damage, or how good you are at lying to yourself and Photoshop.

Yes, however at the moment I'm focusing on improving the source.
Do I need to full wipe if coming from xxx other rom?
Yes! My base is very different than other DHD/Inpsire ICS roms out at the moment. You don't need to fullwipe coming from one of the BHS roms unless I say so in the changelog, or you run into issues.

Almost all the icons for the apps that are packaged are black and white. Quite a few of the apps packaged in are themed in black and white. Try 4.2 and see what you think! 1 zip only.

Gallery app doesn't work in LordClockan's B6, so I removed it in favor of Quickpic, which is pushed to Data, then removed in my current updater-script (a f*ckup on my part). I'm just now starting an upload of a new build which fixes many issues including improper permissions (basically fixing the updater-script, changing app locations, zipaligning, etc). DPI is set to 190 which LordClockan turned me onto, but I'll post an update zip to set it back to 240 when I edit the post for beta5
Is the audio tinny for you? In this kernel and build the files should make it so no changes are needed for Inspire or DHD. I have an inspire myself and don't seem to have an issue with audio quality. I'll PM you some test updates to see if they help audio or not.
I recommend waiting an hour for my new build and testing it out for me.
EDIT: Please test the new build and report how it works for you. I also uploaded in OP a zip to flash for stock dpi.

I'm at work, but ill try flashing it now. Also, none of the gapps were installed, and most say they aren't compatible with my phone in the market.
By the way, I'm starting to like the lower dpi. I'll flash that one.

Yeah, the incompatibility is due to DPI being set to something other than 240. Just flash the stock dpi zip to fix that. What gapps are you missing? Prior to beta 4.2 i believe, I didn't have gapps packaged with the rom (and it might have been broken in 4.2). I know in 5 and higher gapps are included. Quickpic is driving me mad. I thought I fixed it, but actually didn't, so it must be installed from the market.

As for the missing gapps, I was missing voice and g+ if that is supposed to be included. Don't see any others that I use..

Those are not included in gapps packages, however they can be installed via the market (gvoice doesn't even care about DPI). Next to the stock dpi zip in OP, I posted a zip for tinny audio. That will also change DPI to stock. Please flash and let me know if that fixes it for you.

Just flashed the tinny audio fix zip and even though it kinda sounds the same to me now, i think its fixed (It's loud at work, so I couldn't hear that well.) It defiantly was tinny with b4.2 though. Thank You so much!

Basically just the simple build.prop edit that people seem to have used on inspires for awhile, though I didn't think it was needed with the new kernel/audio libs...Though it might be that other files weren't needed, and only the prop edit was needed. I really am a little too drunk to remember properly, but i'm glad it worked!
I'm going overboard with the 30% transparency right now, and should have a new build in a few hours with way new theming, and my new MMS app (white on black, how I like it ). Sorry to make you guys flash so much! Now I have at least the main bugs worked out, and can work on my todo list.
Edit: The current GPU accel workaround makes app transparency result in graphical glitches.

false alarm, it's still tinny... I've tried flashing it 3 times and still tinny. Also, after I flash, when it boots it says Upgrading Android and Optimizing like 120 apps...

So, you want the latest and greatest? Now that things are more stable, I can really throw down & start adding features/mods. Here is where you will find what's cookin behind my computer screen. These builds could be epic or epic fails, but that's for you to decide!
The goal here is to get your input so I can potentially merge things included in these builds to the stable builds. Without user input, I will have to pretty much assume that what works for me, works for others & we all know this isn't always the case...
Consider these the "get 'em while it's hot" builds; There is no guarantee that these builds will stay posted. To make things easier, this is how it's gonna go down:
- Builds will be posted as Mac_Test_Build_#Date# & have a short and sweet changelog.
- I will list the date & time they go up and any updates will take on a new test build number.
WARNING: STABLE builds are listed in post #1/OP if you venture to this post it's up to you to have a NANDROID ready to go!

Awesome, lemme know how it goes, the more feedback the better.
Going through everything I found a couple minor things:
-Text color when entering wifi password.
-Unlocking with MIUI will cause a reboot if you use the "home" button, so if you come across that, just unlock with the phone icon instead. (A fix is in the works )

Haha ya; switching btwn the infuse and my GNex, I forget this is a gingerbread rom

I was only able to play for a bit before restoring my nandroid. I kept crashing when updating apps in the market. I did a full wipe, installed, and rebooted. Let it settle for at least 15 minutes. After connecting to my Google account, it started crashing like crazy. Specifically it said media card error, and I would lose the status bar until I rebooted. I continued to try but I had to get back to my stable ROM for the rest of the morning. Sorry I don't have more info now. I will try again later this afternoon. I did like what I saw though. I've never seen anything like it! Obviously a ridiculous amount of work went into theming every aspect. Good job.

Thanks for the feedback and this is why it is in beta lol. Really though, the hard part is out of the way themeing and tweaking everything, now I can sit back and debug/troubleshoot, it just sucks not being able to test all of it myself b/c of no sim. I should have time tomorrow to make a new build of everything and hopefully knock out some of the weird stuff.
If you do take another go at it, DL the logcat script from the OP, plug in your phone to your PC and run it while the crashes are going on so I have some direction for the issues, thanks again.

Does the camera flash, panorama, and 720 hd video work with this ROM?

This is actually GingerBread based UCLB3 ROM with ICS theme. So everything will work. But you have to wait as Mr. Tank as reported some crashes with this ROM and Mr. XIC-MACIx will be fixing the ROM.

Actually, my suggestion is give it a try and report back your findings. I was kind of rushed and didn't get to gather a logcat, or really ANY useful information. You gotta see how this ROM looks. It isn't your average everyday theme. This GB with ICS flavor looks better than the standard ICS ROMs out there!
Just do a full backup first, full wipe, then flash away. Give it awhile to settle, and take it for a test drive.

So what have we got here? Basically, this is a 2.3.6-based ROM with an ICS-inspired theme and some pretty cool features. Sounds good? Good.

KNOWN BUGS:
-If you wipe data after flashing, the statusbar will not show up until after you select Holo Launcher as the home launcher. This never reoccurs after the inital setup
-BatteryBar is a little bit glitchy. You might need to just go to the batterybar settings app to enable it at first, then rotate the screen or lock/unlock to get it to show up. Once you set it up it seems to work well even through reboots.
-If you manage to get maybe 7 or 8 different notifications, the notification icons will overlap with the centered clock
-Contacts FC if you press the menu button while viewing a contact. You can still long-press the contact's name to edit it
-This is not a bug but rather a limitation with the V6 SuperCharger. If you wipe /data AFTER flashing the ROM, you must flash the ROM again in order to reactive most of the V6 SuperCharger settings.
NOTES:
-Ad-blocking is enabled via the HOSTS file. This feature can be convenient, but many developers struggle to get find money but release their apps as free with ads because they're just awesome people. If you want to support those devs then you can find apps on the app store that will return your hosts file back to stock. I will upload a flashable zip that can do the same thing... sometime.
-Entitlement check is disabled, but that doesn't mean that AT&T/your carrier can't detect that you are tethering from your phone. I am not responsible for any extra charges you get for bypassing the entitlement check.

Overclock toned down considerably, now much more stable and less battery-sucking
Revamped init.d scripts... fixed a couple minor bugs, removed loopy smoothness tweak, more stable+powerful memory management, etc...
New init.d script that runs in the background... when you lock your A2, the script will underclock a little bit, set the max frequency at 8000 MHz, and tweak the governor settings for optimum battery performance (this does NOT impede any processes that might be running in the background like music streaming or large file downloading).
Touched up the overall theme, changed rotation icon in the quickpanel to be less misleading, and made lockscreen slightly more ICSish
Configurable battery bar! A thin bar at the top of the status bar that represents the current battery percentage. You can configure it with the "Battery Bar Settings" app
Themed just about all significant system apks... dialer, contacts, phone, calculator, etc

Sony Bravia Mod - Crisper, clearer display
Swapped out blur alarm clock and gallery with CM7 apps
Swapped out blur camera and keyboard with ICS camera/keyboard
MegaBass volume mod... clearer sound with a nice bass punch, but not as hip-hop as Beats
Included GTalk, GVoice, and DSP Manager (CM7) as uninstallable apps
Updated all apps that needed updating
Updated su/Superuser, now there isn't as much lag when requesting root permissions
Removed scrolling cache... garbage collector runs WAY too much when scrolling (on GB) and ends up lagging the scrolling considerably. So scrolling should be VERY smooth now
Volume Wake addon is now available
Bootup should be a bit faster now
Probably a little more stuff that I can't remember right now...
Note: Beta 2 will most likely be the last Lunar Eclipse released for GB. As soon as we get the soak I will begin to work on LE for ICS
Beta 2 Update 1 - 8/9
Tweaked overclock settings to be more stable, and tweaked screenstate_scaling script to be MUCH less aggressive which led to random lockups and reboots. It should be much stabler now, sorry for the issues.

Volume Wake Mod:
Wakes up the device when you press a volume button. Just flash in CWM (wiping cache/dalvik cache is recommended).

This is freakin sweet!!!!! Really fast and I like the font. Only thing I had to change, is the UC, for some reason mine doesn't like to be UC'd from 300, if I do, it wont go below slot 2. (This is on all the roms ....not just yours).

CWM keeps complaining it cant open the zip file.
Have downloaded the file 3 times with same result. Is the file corrupted ?

In my case, I was trying with chrome with no luck, then i installed FireFox and with that could download the ROM

that's weird because link would DL a 55mb or so file in Chrome and failed to install, but a 156mb or so file in Firefox and installed perfectly

-The lockscreen shortcuts are not customizable (well, they are, if you know what to edit..).
-By adding the reboot option, I lost the confirmation pop-up (where you say yes or no) for the Reboot and the Power off option - you press it, it goes..
-Anyone is more than welcome - encouraged, in fact - to dig into this thing and make it better/different/anything.. For the most part, it is straight AT&T official ICS (as far as signatures and resource ids in the apks and jars go..)

Heck yeah dude! Thanks for the ROM. I switched from the O.G Atrix to this ..not on purpose but because I needed a replacement and they sent me the atrix 2. And with the unlocked boot loader they had there was ROMs left and right lolz. Anyways thanks man!

liked the windows phone styled multitasking, and theres google now built in..
the walkman music player looks good, though i couldnt find a widget for it..
lockscreen is nice, but i do miss the shortcuts..
still exploring, havent found any bugs apart from the one's you mentioned.

Luvin it! One bug I found, if you scroll the toggles, mainly from the right back to the left, the notification bar slightly moves up to where you can see the homescreen. Not major but figured I'd point it out. Thanks again man! Great job!!! Quick question, is this camera the one from CM10? (motocam from Razr M?) Or the stock with CM10's camera icon? If it IS the one from CM10 does this mean the stock camera app doesnt work on here?

Right, no walkman widget yet, but it's integrated into the pull down shade and lockscreen.
Also, I have other lockscreens- this was the one I got infatuated with, modded a bunch of smali and xml to get, and settled on. I plan on digging up the other variants I had with app widgets (i'll need to re-supercharge the services.jar) and post as an add on.

Yea the shade might lift a little when scrolling (but mine don't lift as high as shown in your screenie, and only occasionally) - I plan on making some other shade/toggle zips too.
And the camera is from the Moto RAZR M, I think (I grabbed it a long time ago and forgot from where exactly) - but I think it's also in wanggjg's cm10. Stock should work, I just replaced it with this newer version.

Alright cool. Thanks man...your work always amazes me lol. As for the camera, I see the flash is actually in sync now. Cool, weird but awesome! CM's would not sync for the life of me. I wonder if this apk can help them on that project. Fantastic bro is all I can say. Will see if the stock one still works and everything and get back about it.
Edit: took a pic in pure darkness n quality came out not too pretty. Flash froze too as if a flashlight were on till I hit the preview of the pic. (Then it turnes off.) Deff guna see if stock is better or not n get back.

Get an error while installing BlurCamera.apk. My guess is cuz its and odex apk. Trying to figure out how to deodex it but having troubles lol. No worries though...I'll live.
