[Q] need help for install Baseband & GB Rom (noob) - LG Optimus 3D

Hi
i have a rooted O3D with CWR and ThiaiZ froyo rom (based on v10k official rom)..
i heard i can't install Official GB rom ..is it right? any way?
i read this thread but i didn't completely realized what should i do!
which .bin file i must use? (my country isn't in that list!)
when & where i must use the Baseband File? (.fls file)
after this work, what will happen? i must install a gb rom?
how can i install a custom rom?
like froyo custom roms, i must install the zip file from CWR menu?
how can i install a Official rom?
after installing GB rom, my phone will become unrooted or not?
another Question.. how can i root an O3D with gb rom? i heard Super one click app doesn't work in GB..
can anyone explain these for me simply?
what is the simplest way for me: install Official GB rom, install baseband & custom GB rom?
Please answer all of my questions..

install v21a firmware using http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=18082599&postcount=1

isn't it dangerous? isn't there "hard break" danger? i heard if CWR users install official roms, it causes hard break!

Can't Downgrade from Gingerbread to Froyo Samsung GT-S5570

Hi,
I tried several times to downgrade my firmware Gingerbread to stock Froyo rom but the process end up with a black screen. What is the exact procedure to Downgrade?
My current firmware version is Gingerbread S5570XXKPJ and want to go back to stock firmware.. can anyone recommend me a froyo stock firmware. I tried a one pac installation firmware name S5570DDKC1 and did not workout.
Help me plz
Ive seen with several phones you're unable to downgrade from certain roms and are advised to keep your backups before you go to GB because the only way to go back from a GB rom to a froyo rom is to restore your backup.

try like this: download S5570XXKB1, flash it in Odin...if it doesn't work you can try to use ClockWorkMod to format /system and then it should work...
Thanks a million for the reply guyz... i did figured out by my self.. Actually downgrade does not support flashing one package installer. It requires multiple files flash like, Modem,CSC, Code and all those flash components.
am now using froyo successfully
how did u do it I have the same issue

[Q] stock rom v21a

Hi all.
Please help.
i have v21a baseband with custom rom (thiaiz03D). I want to flash the stock rom v21a. Is it possible to find stock rom in zip format. I think is more easy to flash it via cwm.
Only if someone made a nandroid backup before they installed or flashed anything if not then kdz flash method will get you to stock

[Q] Help with installing roms from stock

Hey guys,
I'm relatively new to playing with Android roms, and currently have a HTC Sensation.
I've worked out the kernel that I want to use (SebastianFM Overclocked kernal), the rom that I want to use (AndroidRevolta - slimmed down Virtuous Inquisition) but I wondering about the firmware. My phone is current unrooted, running stock ICS. Do I need to upgrade the firmware before I can flash this rom?
Thanks
to install another rom firstly you have to be rooted
secondly if you want to flash a firmware manually you have to be S-OFF
now about the rom you want to use i think as far as i know requires the latest firmware

Yeah, I know that it needs to be rooted first.
I've just seen things that say you need the latest firmware to run ICS, and I wasn't sure if that came with the offical ICS update.

Yes. Firmware is updated with latest ICS update.
If you have latest ICS update then you dont need to flash firmware again.

Is the firmware flash only for phones that don't have an offical ICS update?
So I can just root, install CWM and flash kernal and rom?

[Q] Can I flash any ROM with Goldcard

I've searched everywhere but I cannot get the answer to whether or not I can flash any ROM on a Windows Phone with a Goldcard. I recently installed a custom ROM using one. But that was just for downgrading the SPL. Later I installed a ROM from RUU.
I want to know if I can simply use any nbh file to flash a ROM?

no you cant. The rom you used for downgrading is an Stock or signed rom NODO?! Thats the reason why it has downgraded your bootloader.
You must find for your device a device specific ROM, and you must have HSPL to flash custom ROMs.

No, it was a stock ROM.
So basically the Gold card method is only for stock ROMs?

yes, goldcard is only for stock ROMs because the *.nbh files are signed and stock.
