So i have designed an app for Android phone on Photoshop, and i don't have the skills and talent to build it......its a free social network app and i was wondering if i can team up with somebody who can build it for me?

I guess I just need something with smart select, crop etc. I can use Photoshop (desktop) but I'm after something on my phone
