[Q] How do i get % battery icon

how do i get 1% battery icon on rooted Nexus S 4G with sprint stock rom. thanxs

I use battery indicator, a free app from the market. I have not found a setting within the phone that does it natively. I imagine this has to do with the fact that the battery icon is now vertical, and the numbers would be too small to read. Seems like a silly step backward for Google to take with Gingerbread. Hopefully they fix that with Ice Cream Sandwich.

If you like I can post a flashable zip that will do this for you...

yes plz!!!!! that would be awesome!! my NS4G is just rooted i havent changed the rom or anything thanxs man! something in stock green would be sick like Smooth Circle or stock battery icon with % thanxs again.

ok thanxs again one more question if ive flashed other zips for battery i can flash this one with no prob right? i mean ive flashed 3 diff ones that i made so this one would work to right?

hey man this is awesome just one thing i noticed. At the lock screen, If you just pull the "unlock" bar or the "sound on/off" a little bit, there's like a white discoloration from the natural grey that the bars have. Is there anyway you can fix this because this battery indicator is just awesome.

It will be very hard. All sense apps depend on sense framework a full flyer port would be better tbh

You can't install/use Sense apps/launcher on a non Sense phone. End of. Unless you port the entire framework over, it isn't going to happen.
Someone else had already requested a port. Last I heard, he got some devs to help then we never heard anything again.

Hey,
Trust me porting sense to the galaxy tab is no easy thing, trust me I tried, but it can be done. Try looking around galaxy s forums they were able to port sense 2.1 over to their devices, and the galaxy tab is very similar.

you'll know whether it will work or no when i put my hands over the launcher ..

HTC Sense and Samsung TouchWIZ have varying frameworks. It is very hard to port one to the other.
Crisvillani above has already tried a request to port Sense (refer to this thread for some info).
And btw... Some people bark way more than they can chew.

i have had luck with icecoldsandwich 2.0.0 not been able to test it extremely thuroughly, but if ur interested in having a battery friendly ics rom, its higly reccomended :3 also the tiamat v2.0.0 for saga is on its way, so this should be a good combo

well it seems that htc=bad battery most of the time, so it goes down to your usage and the settings of your phone(OC or not, data enabled all night) but on cyanogen i can get 4 days with nothing but calls ( without 3g) but once you turn on the screen watch the battery meter go down
