Friend of mine is having trouble with his Sensation.
Apparently, the battery completely drained, and now it is just bootlooping.
Ideas?
Need some more information than that. What Rom, did he try to flash something? etc..

Is there anyone on the forum lucky enough to have the sensation xl and xe?
I tried out the xl in the store today, listened to some music using my beats headphones and I couldn't help but realise that there beats audio is simply better then ours.
I remember reading something about the beats on xe being just software where as the xl has some new hardware which helps its media
Anyone else have the phone to compare & share their results??

Hey guys...I work as a laptop engineer and it came in my mind...if its possible to take sensation 1gb ram and put it on XE...maybe its a silly question..but I want to know...

The OG sensation does not have 1gb of ram. It has the same 768 mb as the XE

If you are a laptop "engineer" you should have known that its impossible , not because OG has same amount of memory but because RAM is not attached to the motherboard socket in a traditional way, it is soldered by robots in the factory

Most parts, except for wire connectors to screen, are surface mount, including ram, rom, and the emmc. You'll destroy the device before you can melt rhv solder enough to remove the part.

My wife's sensation fell this morning and now the phone wont display anything unless is hit on the back, but it starts flickering and went black again I there's anything I can do???

Hi My HTC sensation XE is facing sever heat issues and a few days ago it faced an issue where battery went from 100-0 in 20 minutes and when I would plug the phone into charge while it was off the notification light would blink orange and green like police lights :'( any ideas on what this light pattern ment and how to fix it ? sorry for the bad english
Give more info....is your phone rooted..s-offf,unlocked bootloader,which Rom you are currently using with software version....

Do you have original charger if yes then did you ever change the battery if no then reset your phone....it will be fine after that..

Original charger, Original Battery, did the reset but few hours later same orange and green blinking LED but before that the camera was saying unable to start camera due to cold weather where in my location its barley 16 here is a screen shot of what it said when I was using Viper S5 and a couple of other screen shots regarding the battery

Its OCed to max 1.8 had give HTC a buzz it was an issue with the battery :/
