hello
my phone's IMEI number, model i9003 has been missing.
Does not appear to me when I imei * # 06 #.
Stock kernel installation may resolve this issue said.
No software from the phone jvkd1 stock kernel. kernelimi with tar Can I get an extension?
Thanks in advance ...
You have lost efs partition of your phone which holds your imei no. Information.
If you have not backup of efs then go to service center they will fix this for you.
I think there one more method to return it back but that is from adb commands but I forget it.

dude....i've searched for like 1 week....i didn't find anything.....if someone can send me a NV2 file....it would be awesome
Do you even know what NV2 file is??
Nobody will give their nv file to you.. it has imei number, Bluetooth address and other important things.
Use this tool create a nv2 file with you imei number. You can find it under battery.
If this doesnt work.. go to LG service centre.

As rr0yy stated, no one is going to give you their NV2 file as it contains information specific to their device like IMEI number, WIFI mac address, bluetooth mac address, etc... If you are having IMEI issues and you don't have your own NV2 backup, I'm afraid the service center or purchasing another device are your only options. Unfortunately the service center won't do any good if the device is out of warranty and/or you don't have proof of purchase ( receipt ).
Need help with my Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114
Error: invalid IMEI
after a hard reset lost my IMEI nos and can't get dem back, *#*#3646633#*#* engineering mode or service mode isn't working as well what t0 d0....plz help guys...
Hi,
If you backed up your EFS partition some how, you can restore it.
If not, you can try flashing the stock rom. This thread should help with that...
>Android Development and HackingMiscellaneous >Android DevelopmentMicromax> Canvas 2.2 A114 Stock ROM OFFICIAL
If that doesn't restore it, I'm afraid sending it in for repair is your only option.
Good luck!

You can't just put them back. You can research about ways to try... But we steer clear of such discussions usually on XDA... Tampering with imei is not legal in most areas, and such methods are used for illegal activities usually.
Again, flashing stock may help. Or you may need a service center to repair it.
Your are welcome to try asking here if you wish....

Hello
I´m trying to kill an i9505 to send it to warranty (hide the knox counter).
I´m trying to dd all the partition back with zero filled files but there is no way to kill it, some partitions as boot, aboot, modem can´t not be written or I don´t know how to do it.
Any advice to kill it and make it no boot in any mode?
i9505 4.4.2 Rooted and with CWM to access adb in recovery
Thanks in advance and best regards
You shouldn't of rooted your device if you aren't ready for consequences that rooting brings.

Mod Edit
What you are asking is fraud.
This does not belong on XDA

You can try flashing your stock firmware. If that doesn't work, you'll have to manually rewrite your IMEI if you know what it is, its usually on a sticker behind the battery or its on the box that the device came in.
The tools used to rewrite your IMEI might depend on what device you have so do some Googling to find what you'll need to do it. I can't help you any further than that because the only discussions about IMEI that are allowed at XDA are discussions of restoring IMEI from an IMEI backup, you obviously don't have an IMEI backup so there's nothing else I can help you with.
I DO NOT PROVIDE HELP IN PM, KEEP IT IN THE THREADS FOR EVERYONE TO SHARE
nothing helpful

I told you, the only discussion allowed at XDA is using an IMEI backup to restore IMEI, you didn't make an IMEI backup so you have no backup to use, this means there is nothing anyone here can help you with because its against the rules plus its illegal to rewrite IMEI in a lot of places, its the kind of thing that phone thieves do. Sorry but you need to look somewhere else or on a different website.
