They have stopped flash on mobile phones I think who ever had flash player installed before adobe made the announcement that they are discontinuing flash player are still able to use it because now they are focusing on.HTML5.

That doesn't sound right. I know they stopped, but I think that just meant they aren't developing for future versions of Android. They still support the existing version of flash and even still provide updates to security.
I will uninstall and try to reinstall to see if I have a problem as well.

It should still work. They aren't discontinuing the flash player. They just stopped development on it... which means it reached a point where it's stable.
They ARE moving toward HTML5, but they aren't just tossing the towel at flash. It'll be around, even in ICS. They said they would still work on compatibility and support, but they just won't be developing new features for it.
If it says it isn't compatible, then that is a market issue I would assume. Try clearing your market cache from Settings>Applications.
If you've having that particular error, you need to uninstall any version of flash that you have currently installed (even if it is preloaded). Then, reboot your phone, and try the market again and it should work.
Oh I don't know because this is not the only person that's having the same issues that's why I seen alot of people tell me that they are having issues with flash player. I haven't had a problem with my flash player yet mine still works n very stable.

It is a protected app. That means if your rom fingerprint has not been approved by Google (i.e., official rom by carrier or manufacturer that is a member of the Open Handset Alliance) you cannot download it from the Android Market (will show as not compatible with your device). This is an issue with many apps if in the Dev Console on the Market they have checked the "Protected App" box. Change the rom description and fingerprint in the build.prop to the ones in the build.prop of the latest official rom for your device. If a G2X change these two lines and then you can download flash and install it.
Code:
ro.build.description=lge_star-user 2.3.3 GRI40 41fdc8a2 release-keys
ro.build.fingerprint=lge/lge_lge_star/p999:2.3.3/GRI40/lgp999-V21e.41fdc8a2:user/release-keys
Flash 11.1
I've downloaded Flash version 11.1.102.59 and it shows up in my Application information. But every time I've needed flash it says I need to download Flash and when I try it states the same as the OP "Device not Compatible" I haven't figured out how to fix the problem either. Any help will be greatly appreciated I assure you. Thanks,

If you're having this problem then you need to remove the preloaded flash player. The file for the preloaded Flash is /system/app/LibFlashPlayer.apk ... you can remove it manually or use titanium backup or similar to remove it. Then reboot and you should be able to install flash from the market.
EDIT:... somehow I feel like I'm repeating myself.

Im sure its been asked before.. but how come it wont play? Do i need a new flash update? Says it doesnt support my phone or some crap
I'm thinking the best place to ask that question would be in the ROM thread.
I'm using MikFroyo 4.4 and it was working fine. The initial fix was to the FlashPlayer.apk. There has been a recent update to FlashPlayer on the market, if you downloaded that update, that would probably cause it to not work anymore. Try uninstalling the update (if its even installed).
it was actually working just fine with the flash in 4.4 but they have since put out 1-2 new updates to Flash since then, and it broke my Hulu also. Uninstalling the updates made it work again!
Hulu blocks mobile devices. People have been getting around this by tricking the site into thinking it's a windows device by hex editing the .so file. I haven't been able to locate the most recent edited version of Flash but the previous version has been posted on XDA.
I just flashed MikFroyo today and the Hulu works on mine.... I havent updated the Flash that I know of..

Easiest way to watch Hulu is to use the app that Mik included with the rom. After you choose video you want to view, make sure you click the hourglass when the window appears.
If you are trying to use your browser to use hulu.com, you need to change your browser settings to NOT view as a mobile website, and it should work fine as well!
Also, I am pretty sure if you update Flash from the Market you will lose the hulu mod.
Hope this helps!
I just Odined back to the 2.1 froyo for Captivate to try and make it so that I could easily load CM7. However, I cannot get to recovery mode because rom manager does not exist in the market. I can't find it and any external links don't allow me to download it either.
also I can't get into download mode so im basically stuck with this crappy rom... any help?
Same issue here
Rom Manager is not in the Market. I just Odin 3'd back to stock and don't see it either. I've been able to adb recovery and install update.zip to get root, but now I can't get clockwork mod installed since this is not showing in the market for me. The Premium version is showing, but not the actual working version. I have a Captivate on ATT.

its there, are you using a rooted rom
I got it from the market just yesterday and see it still there too. I wonder if you aren't seeing it due to some filtering the market app does, like...maybe showing you only apps compatible with your device/OS version?
i like amon 2.3 better
I have noticed apps missing in the past due to Google axing them for various reasons, but I currently still see Rom Manager myself.
i install now rom manager by market, i love this app
Searched before asking, came up empty.
I tried upgrading to various ICS roms from on the forum. Every single one give me the same problems with market/play: Server error. I can not connect to the market. I never had a problem with honeycomb, and I've tried various roms and different versions of gapps. Also my cellphone (Huawei U8800) connects fine. I'm downloading the NVflash stock version now to try: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1524302
Any ideas on what may be the problem or what I can try to fix it?
The only possible thing I can think of is that because I'm in China it doesn't like the ICS versions of market/play, but that doesn't really make much sense.
Update: The NVFlash stock non-rooted version didn't work. Tried downloading and manually updating to the latest Google play, still got server error. Downgraded back to Honeycomb, didn't work. I ended up having to use a “Chinese Market" whose name I shouldn't mention. At least I can get adobe flash and the rest of the basics. Thanks Google. Even better was the "Chinese Market" updated Google play.

I had the same problem, full wipe, installed different ROMs didn't help.
If you have a VPN to US for once, the problem will resolve, after that the Market/Play will work even outside of US. The problem is on Google side.

Okay, so it starts like this. I rooted my phone using odin3 and it worked splendidly and everything worked such as gapps. Then I decided to try installing roms... I installed cyanogenmod 10.1 or just ten, not sure. Once I did that everything went down the toilet. I didn't know you had to flash apps so for whatever reason only my app installs I did pre rom installation worked, such as facebook, twitter, instagram. Google playstore didn't work, and neither did gmail. also my contacts wouldn't open either sometimes which was strange. Then like an idiot I installed an update, mentally I was thinking it was a stable update, little did I know it said experimental, It ridded my phone of everything... gapps are all gone, even the play store. The solution I found online was to install flashed gapps, so I did. When I click to open it, it says there is nothing to support it so it won't open. so basically I use the internet browser for everything, and it is very tedious.
What I want to happen and need helping doing:
Either-
Uninstalling cyanogenmod and putting a stock rom on there, which would be heavenly (which i've tried to do and odin always fails to fully download it)
or,
getting my gapps on my phone and having whatever mystery software to support these files on there.
PLEASE HELP ME, I'M AT THE BREAKING POINT, I CAN'T TAKE IT

Which model of Galaxy S3 do you have? Settings -->About Phone
I have a i9300, with Cyanogenmod 9.1 on it. Phone model will decide which ROMs are available.

re: Galaxy S3 help
Sent a message to you, chrisusotattd.
To anyone else with this problem, here is the long version of solving this issue. (I can not post links as I have not hit the 10-post minimum, so it is the long version.)
Okay, first step (important!) is to boot into recovery and wipe the Dalvik Cache. Second, wipe cache partition.
Third, wipe data/factory reset. (I did this on my phone.)
This could be part of your problem, as all the apps you installed prior to flashing Cyanogenmod are still there.
Go to the Cyanogenmod home page, hover over the 'get Cyanogenmod' link, and look under 'all devices' on the right. On the next page, select the manufacturer/vendor for your phone (Samsung). Find your Galaxy S3 version (mine is i9300) and click on the stable Cyanogenmod ROM button for your phone. (If there is not a stable version, a 'release candidate' will work too.)
Below the 'release candidate' button, you will find a link to instructions for installing Cyanogenmod. The page for this contains a link to a Clockworkmod (CWM) Recovery, which I'd recommend installing it before you flash the new ROM, if you do not already have it. (The page may be grumpy and not load. Hit refresh, it will work.)
I have a version of CWM, and it works far better than the stock recovery.
I used Odin to flash my S3 as well, so use that instead of Heimdall if you prefer. Once you flash Clockwork Recovery, you can flash the Cyanogenmod ROM thru the CWM recovery.
This is the stock US KitKat ROM for The Galaxy Tab 3 7" Tablet. Finally found it after a bunch of hassle online, and figured I'd post it here to make things easier for everyone.
When I Odin'd this ROM, it actually upgraded my tablet, and left all my items installed (not guaranteeing this will work the same for everyone else).
Afterwards, I just Odin'd TWRP to reroot using Chainfire's SuperSU (no other Superuser would work) and called it good.
Caution: if you are using a custom ROM, this may not work without reflashing stock 4.1.2 since the 4.4.2 ROM appears to be an update, rather than a full ROM.
Rooted devices and custom kernels that are otherwise stock should be fine.
The cache, and if possible dalvik-cache should be cleared before flashing. Some of those files can sometimes interfere with upgrades.
It might be necessary to pinpoint apps that are force closing, uninstall and reinstall them. Some apps, particularly paid apps, store their data differently on KitKat, and will automatically fail as a result.
If that fails, it might be necessary to factory reset the device.
The Stock 4.1.2 ROM for the T210R is available here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...-stock-sm-t210r-4-1-2-jellybean-odin-t2958676
The T210R...XAR file is for the 210R:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2iEgzRTFjrQTmI0ZjRBbWtOajQ&authuser=0
The ITV file is for the T210 (no R)
To download these ROMs, a torrent client is required (such as utorrent).
Anyone who wishes to contribute, please seed if you can after downloading ("Force Starting" the torrent will seed it indefinitely.)

I've seen both devices referenced together quite regularly, implying that they use the same ROM.
http://www.boeboer.com/samsung-galaxy-tab-3-7-sm-t210r-manual-guide-wifi/
And even use the same kernel from what I've read:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2439564
I would take standard precautions, such as having a odin image of your original software available and performing a backup of your current system (if able).
Perhaps someone else has some insight to this question?
edit: Looks like I had my information wrong. Found where I obtained the ROM from, it is for the T210R model, and was not intended for the T210.
There are custom ROMs that have been patched for use on both devices, which is where my confusion came from, but this is an official ROM.
I have gotten my hands on the T210(no R) ROM file, and have update the Links above.
I am not responsible for any failed attempts at flashing to either device.

First, thanks for this. I have the T210R. I tried using this and had the same result, it updated the tablet instead of loading a completely new version. I did however run into a problem...the tablet had many for closes and reboots to a point it was unusable and so I reverted back to my backup. Did you see this? Maybe I had a bad download?

I did not have this problem, but I didn't have much on my Tab either. (Some apps don't play well with KitKat upgrades.)
Torrents have multiple segmented hashchecks to make sure you get an uncorrupted download, but it might still be possible. I'm reasonably sure my file is OK since I've used it (can't speak for the non R file though).
Did you clear your cache, and if possible your dalvik cache? I've read that some of those files interfere with upgrades.
If you can pinpoint the apps that are force closing, uninstall and reinstall them. Some apps, particularly paid apps, store their data differently on KitKat, and will automatically fail as a result.
Other option would be to try a factory reset and see if that fixes it. (I understand not wanting to do that though.)
One more thing, if your ROM isn't stock, or stock rooted (custom kernel should be ok too), you may have to flash 4.2 before the 4.4 ROM will work on the device.
Right guys, here i go, just joined and first question!!!
i have not ever rooted a sm-t210 but it was rooted when i bought it second hand!
i have linux installed on my p.c. and was wondering if there is a way to upgrade to and official KITKAT!
as stated i am having problems because my SM-T210 wifi only! and want to update to kitkat official release!
but was hoping also that there is a way/method to root via LINX and not via windows!!
if that is not possible how do i go about it on windows!! as i can use a friends WINDOWS-P.C. if i must!
ah also my SM-T210 does not have the options to change the function of the USB-function,,,
i.e.
it used to have an option to,, use as a mass storege, media transfer or use with samsung keis,,, or some thing of the sort
but this option has dissapeared! may have been my fault!!!! as i uninstalled some system apps,
now it crashes and reboots whenever i try to turn of USB-DEBUGGING options in DEVELOPER-OPTIONS !!!!

Just to triple check, by the above quote you mean that if my tablet is currently rooted, I should still be fine to flash this update correct? [obviously it would become non-rooted once flashed and I'd have to re-root it as you mentioned you rooted after installing]
Also, how much space does this take up?
thanks

That is correct. I was rooted running the Werewolf custom OC kernel. I still had my tablet upgrade without wiping, and one other user has reported back saying the same. But I can not promise upgrade as opposed to overwrite.
The flash file once extracted, is about 1.4 GB, I don't know sizes beyond that. It does not repartition the tablet however.

Well this is awesome, system won't mount and I don't have a backup. For some (unknown) reason, Odin3 nor JOdin3 doesn't seem to work for flashing my Samsung Galaxy Tab3 device. For that reason I tried Heimdall-Frontend, but to make that work you need to extract the content of a stock ROM first.
Anyways, it still didn't lead to get my device into factory reset yet.
But that's another story on which I still have not yet found the answers needed to get the device successfully back into factory reset.
My guess is that the 'system.img' file, of Android 4.4.2, successfully has been loaded from Heimdall-Frontend, yet by going into reboot right away after Heimdall-Frontend releases the connected device, the download may be deleted.
I read that the cause of that may lie in the fact that Android 4.4.2 is only an update and no full ROM.
