Port request for GingerReal or any stable Aosp-like Rom from i9000?

Was wondering if any of the infuse 4g developers be interested in porting over gingerreal rom or any aops-like rom from i9000...?

Get with dman or bigfau they have both do 2 different ports a piece in the past 2 weeks Dr rom Max q rom juwane rom and I simplicity rom I believe

Yea optimus....its like cm7 from that they are both built from source....but all AOSP i9000 roms wont work correctly on the infuse no matter what you do....but i will take a look at a few..

[Q] how do you port a rom

i know this is the uber development place, but i have searched and googled, basic question, i see the i9000 roms, how, in simple terms, do you have a bot "build" the source for the infuse 4G, are their any instructions or a site that i can read up on this?
