Hi to all
At present I have "Like-S4-v1.0.2" on my I9003. I'm very impressed: it works like a charm. The only drawback is battery consumption on 3G.
Now, I would like to install the latest version of this fantastic firmware (2.0.2) but I don't know whether to follow instructions related to "Already CM10.1 base" or "On CM10 Alpha 3 and all other basic Froyo, Gingerbread, ICS, JB". Can someone help me? Thanks a lot
Already CM10.1 base
- Wipe data factory reset
- Mounts and Storage > Format /System
- Flash Like S4
- Wip Cache and Dalvik Cache
On CM10 Alpha 3 and all other basic Froyo, Gingerbread, ICS, JB
- drivers samsung.rar - 5.58 MB
- Open Odin 1.85 only !!!
- KPE FULL (do not forget the PIT) (Froyo only ! no forget bootloader) reset odin then remove cable and battery after samsung logo
- LF2 (PDA only with Odin) reset odin then remove cable and battery after second samsung logo
- CF Root LF2 (PDA only with Odin) reset odin then remove cable and battery after samsung logo
- Wipe data/factory reset
- Mounts and Storage > Format /System
- Like S4 in recovery
- Wip Cache and Dalvik Cache
The second instructions.

Like s4 1.0.2 is a 4.1.2 jb ROM, hence it is not a cm 10.1 base, you are on a cm 10 base, you need to follow the second set of installation instructions with the help of Odin. Gl! I have installed the like s4 2.0.2.. And got rid of sod's it is a very smooth ROM with some minor nigels, especially battery life, and the swipe action in default android keyboard doesn't seem to work.
Switch from cm10 to cm10.1 base not necesary to go back to gb cuz they have the same partitions. If you are in cm10 base flash cm10.1 alpha8 by dhiru first and then flash like s4 2.0.2 for sure you dont have any problem.
In other way, doing a clean flash (full ddlf2 with pit/cm10.1) always is better to prevent possible issues.
I did both ways and can say clean flash is better but you are free to try your way.
Good luck!!!

Hi everyone. i have flashed custom rom on my galaxy tab 2 p5100 but it stacks on boot animation.
i have tried 5 different rom but there is same
i have looked threat on forum and there was tip to wipe catche and dalvik but it didn't worked
what can i do now?
i dont have stock firmware file to flash with odin
I think you are using outdated recovery
Please i will like to know how i can do a Clean Wiped and install a fresh STOCK ROM on my Samsung galaxy s5, should i make use of the Nand Erase All option in Odin or not, thanks.
You could flash a custom recovery on your device, such as TWRP, and from there go to the wipe button, swipe the bar at the bottom and then install the fresh stock rom

Go to Sammobile .com or samsung-updates .com and use your model number to find your stock firmware for your region/country then flash it with the newest version of Odin with default settings, just place the firmware file in AP slot, leave the options alone and click start, wait for it to flash and reboot.
If it bootloops, pull the battery and put it back in then boot to stock recovery and factory reset/wipe data and wipe cache and reboot, you should be fully clean on a fresh stock ROM.

Wait for 30 to 40 mins. If it will really not boot then go back to stock ROM, install TWRP, root then reflash Nemesis ROM.
