This ROM is based off of the 1.73.401.4 RUU for the EURO Sensation XE. It is optimized for SPEED, mainly, and is also very STABLE. I'm very satisfied with it and want to share it with the community. I hope you enjoy

faux123 regarding dual-core support with his 0.2.5r kernel
"Overclocking is done via a GLOBAL table which means, the same setting is applied to both CPUs".
This means that whatever frequency you set for CPU0 will also affect CPU1, so the two CPUs will always have matching frequencies.

** With the new Enhanced XE ROM, I am using radio 10.56.9035.00P_10.14.9035.01_M (same from the TMOUS 1.45.531.1 RUU) with the matching libhtc_ril.so. The ROM + mobile data works flawlessly with this combination. If you want to flash the original radio from this RUU, you MUST flash the matching libhtc_ril.so to retain all-around speed!
** To modify the CPU frequencies, you MUST edit the 1cpu1online.sh script file in /system/etc/init.d. Where you see "echo 1512000", change that number to whichever applicable value for the CPU, then save the script and execute it.

MUST HAVE S-OFF
**I recommend radio 10.56.9035.00P_10.14.9035.01_M as this ROM comes with the matching RIL**
*I recommend 4EXT Recovery*
1) Format ALL partitions (except SD card)
2) Reboot to recovery
3) Install the ZIP package
4) When finished, reboot to recovery again
5) When recovery loads, reboot the phone normally
6) Let phone sit for 10-12 minutes while it loads; THIS IS CRUCIAL!! Phone will boot, lockscreen will appear, then screen will go off.
7) Go through First-time Setup
8) Do NOT sign into any social networking/email/etc.; this is done on 2nd boot
9) After Sense loads, wait for screen to go off again.
10) Reboot the phone and enjoy!

We do, but I find those ROMs to be TOO optimized to the point where it degrades performance, namely the Frankinstine ROM. I only applied simple tweaks to it in order to get it running as quickly and responsibly as possible. And since there aren't many TMOUS ROMs available, and for people who like stock, I decided to share it so they can get the most from their phones.
**I'm re-uploading the ZIP that should have been uploaded in the first place. A couple things were broken and I had to get them fixed. Will be up once I finish testing it

Seeing as how this is just a slightly tweaked stock ROM, based off of the latest TMOUS ROM... does that mean that there is no "small MMS" problem? And if there is no problem, did you have to do anything to fix it, or was it being a stock TMOUS ROM enough to keep it from being a problem?

I've test-driven this ROM for a couple of days after coming from ARHD. I like it and I'll tell you why.
1.) Though regular development is appreciated by all, whatever mike1986 (for example) has done to recent builds of his has brought tremendously short battery life and less stability. His and many other ROMS (such as Frankenstine) [EDIT: Unfairly singled out a few developers. All custom roms, even CM, are not perfect] should not be considered daily drivers, as the constant experimental upgrades leave many of us bewildered. Not a complaint, just the facts. This ROM does not suffer from that '-itis'.
2.) 2.3.4 and Sense 3.0 feel like superior builds to 2.3.5 and Sense 3.5. The personalize menu loads faster in 3.0 than it does in 3.5 and is not split into tabs. This may be preference, but I can't be the only one.
3.) EddyOS's Stock | Rooted ROM is good, however because it's a Euro ROM Google searches end up at Google.co.uk instead of Google.com. This may be easily fixable, but it is worth noting.
4.) Fast.
So, thanks for a great ROM, maff! Anyone looking for a T-MoUS based Sense ROM, this is your build.

MMS fix has been applied. And yes there was some very slight coding involved, but the tweak only works w/ a factory reset. So flashing this ROM will implement that.

I say it's a must for the 1.45.531.1 radio as the software version is 1.45.531.1, not the EU 1.45.401.2. Although it's been said the radios are exactly the same, I would still prefer to use TMOUS radio with TMOUS ROM and recommend it that way.
If you want, you could test the two radios and note any differences in performance, data speeds/stability, etc. and post them here or PM them to me and I can add them to the OP.
As far as I know, the only way to flash the 1.45.531.1 radio is thru the original RUU...
Perhaps I should add this to my to-do list! haha

You're welcome
It should work, although CID might play a factor in getting this ROM to boot on a Euro device.. This ROM has "T-MOB010" as the CID code.
Also the radio is "different". I'm pretty sure the EU radio is fully functional with this ROM but I don't know for sure.
Any way you can do an update file from your first release?

What can i use to control the cpu speed? And what is this clocked at?
Been using ARHD for a while now. Want to try this out. Have tmobile so hopefully this bad boy works out. I like ARHD but every once in a while ill get a random reboot and sometimes the home button takes screenshots by itself....just annoying things like that....oh and the navigation narrator has an english accent...lol.
so hopefully a tmobile base will fix a few nuances.
Forgot to ask a quick question....what is the purpose of disabling screenshots?
Does it cause some sort of issue or something?
And i assume i could just go into the build-prop file to enable it correct?

The default clock speed is 1188000 Hz. To change it, open up /system/etc/init.d/89tweaks and where it echos "1188000", change that to any value you want, save, and reboot. this is the only way to change clock speeds and keep the dual-core functionality.

To answer your questions, it is disabled so the power menu will pop up quicker. And yes you can enable it in the build.prop, forgot the value for a moment but just change "false" to "true" and you're golden.
I prefer drocap2 cuz the quality is better. The integrated screenshoot function is only fancy IMO.

will not reccomend using new radio until we get a fully functioning kernel which supports both 3d and the camera/multi-touch
sanpei is almost perfect and very fast but homerun battle 3d crashes and neo core runs like ****
Edit2: if anyone wants to customize the launcher press menu then adw settings - you can set the number of home screens
default screen - transparent or black backround etc etc

yes its what i use for my daily rom
like I said everything i have tested except multi-touch works in the NR port
the old radio port should have everything incl multi touch but it will be for the old radio

tell u the truth the old radio version is better for features
the new radio has no multi touch (old radio does)
but is just as fast if not faster

I didn't have that problem. The only problem I had was there was no email app or like anything related to google, and I couldn't flash anything else because the forum went down for maintenance lol. Will test later, had to nandroid because it was missing too much. I'll install it myself later. Other than that, I felt the difference between this and superD. But I wonder if missing a bunch of things had to do anything with it, i'll find out later!

ive used both and they should be identical except for the diff in multi touch
im currently using the new radio but will switch to old for the day to make sure everything is ok
I downloaded only the SF 1.2, apparnetly you have to flash 3.0.2 or 0.3 then SF1.2. So I'll do that later

its a very small and speedy rom
if u want any apps not there youll have int install them urself
for people getting sleep death... thats something on your part

Fast, stable (should be) ROM with the best from sense but without the cluttering.

It runing 245 - 1190 by default with interactive governor + scaling by screenstate.
If ppl will report about problems with that speed i'll revert it to defaults. But yet i found out that this specific kernel works flawless on such speed

as expected i'm stuck at the cyanogenmod bootanim
i did full wipe. i guess you need to include snq-'s bootfix so that the frequency doesn't jump to 1190MHz during boot. also you may wanna lower the default max frequency to 1152MHz or lower. just a suggestion.
Interesting, i checked on 4 Desire phones and had no problems.
Is it bootlooping? If it is can u post logcat?
If it doesn't than i think you should wait a little longer, it takes about 10minutes for the first boot.
Also i will change few things in upcoming version to make the first boot a little faster

it's not bootlooping. it just stuck there on the bootanim. i think i've waited for 8-9hours cause i fell asleep while waiting for it to boot up lol. and when i woke up it was still at the cyanogenmod bootanim.
why don't you mod LeeDroid 2.2e instead of using Psychosis? just curious.

here's the logcat. now it's bootlooping a few times on the cyanogen bootanimation, then it will reboot from splash screen. it keeps repeating in that pattern.
That is not kernel/cpu issue, the trouble is in my server which became DDoSed after i posted url for the rom here -.- Tried to DL it from my server and flash and got same error.

OK. I definitely understand keeping it stock. Believe me I appreciate it just as much. I'll test your ROM today and see what's up. I'll also test the locations pack and see if it causes any conflict. Its the least I can do to help bro. I like the features being put into it....ALOT lol. If locations work with no issues I'll PM you the zip and let you decide whether you want to implement it into the next update or leave it as an add on.

Unity V3 has worked great for me running Virtuous build. V4 should be better. I know it differs ROM to ROM but I suspect it'll do fine. Hows it running on your end so far?

Hey, Thanks for your enthusiasm so far! So far from what I see the rom runs better the longer I leave it on (Which is common for Android roms) so I guess it is a good choice for a main kernel! 25 more minutes for anyone who is waiting.

Kernel can be flashed after the Su zip but I think to be safe flash the add on after 1st boot
Oh yeah to get better performance delete cache and dalvik before flashing add on and kernel

File size is over 500mb, has the rom been optimised? (Deodexed, zip align etc.)
You mention some apps run on your rom that doesnt on other ics roms, can we have an example?
Innocent question- you make a fuss over dropbox being in the rom, did dropbox not work on ics before?
Also just to make double sure, you say to download a firmware from the other thread, I'm assuming you mean 3.24? Not 3.12? Its not made too clear in the thread (I have just woke up though so probably my bad)

Ok, still on first boot without Su zip installed (it errored, not sure why.) First impressions? I'm not a fan of circular battery mod, but it might grow on me. This Rom is BLISTERINGLY fast. I've come from SENSaY gingerbread Ron which is very good, but this Rom feels snappier straight out the box, on first boot! I haven't changed the kernal on this, so safe to say it seems good.
So far its stable, but I need more time to play with it, same as battery. I'll give better feedback later well done mate!

1.Yep rom is already optimized with zipalign for better performance
2. I didnt mean my apps doesnt run on ics lol its just that im saying some apps in the android market right now are not compatible with ICS, but all apps in my rom run 100 % includin browser and camera everything working

hehe yeah thanks man, yeah su bin zip need to be flashed also to give best performance on root permission if u dont like circular battery there are others in the thmese and apps section but ull lose your overscrolling glow effect well u can always get it back from HERE if u want glad its fast for you

I've come from SENSaY gingerbread Ron which is very good, but this Rom feels snappier straight out the box, on first boot! I haven't changed the kernal on this, so safe to say it seems good.
So far its stable, but I need more time to play with it, same as battery. I'll give better feedback later well done mate!

So far this is my favorite ics Rom. I'm incredibly impressed, facial lock works better than other older roms I've tried.
Browser is brilliant, response is brilliant, battery life so far seems ok (85% remaining, I flashed on battery too)
Circle is growing on me, I don't want to lose the overglow, its small and unobtrusive, but its nice!
My only issue is this - Su won't flash from clockwork recovery. It fails each time. I've downloaded it twice, took out the brackets, everything I can think of, so that kinda blows :'( but apart from that, best ics Rom ive used yet!

Okay, man try to go to recovery wipe cache + dalvik, file system check and fix permission. Then try flashing this http://downloads.androidsu.com/superuser/su-bin-3.0.3.2-efghi-signed.zip hope it works now man :/ tell me if it works .

Oh yeah! i just realised! ur using clockworkmod aye, im using 4ext recovery and no problem, here try using this recovery and hope it works remember to wipe dalvik and cache and fix permission before flashing this! good luck http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1377759

Known Issues:
People force closes after first use. Select "Hot Restart" from power menu and problem will disappear.
If you want to try a different kernel than the one included in first 2 versions or to change one in 3rd version try BD-Ace. I have tested this also and it runs well and has Overclock capabilities. It is made from the inspire based kernel 2.6.35.10 so may run a little smoother than the 2.6.35.14. It doesnt have as many features and doesnt allow a lower underclock like LordmodNCT. The difference in performance is so small its not even worth worrying about but here is link to thread--> BD-Ace Thread

Would you mind explaining how you rooted it? I read your explanation over the general forum but.....well, no idea what you said.
I also tried extracting the radio but couldn't find the file in the temp folder. This is just to give you an idea that I still have a long way to go.

I believe it does. But even if it didn't you could just download it from the market for free. Most all rooted roms include busybox.
I'm actually running this rom right now its stable and smooth. No complaints. Thanks OP. Also flashed the new radio along with it everything is great including GPS.

Not that I needed to try this, as the rom I had been very stable (CM7), but just like every other rom hopper, I can't resist something new, so decided to flash this along with the new radio. I found it to be nice, smooth and snappy. I might be keeping it for a while, well, until the next new rom comes along. lol
How's the GPS on this new stock rom from the deathstar? New dl link yet? thx
