I have a HTC Desire HD and I would like to reset, like if it's newely bought.
I do not know how too, I have tried to search but I do not know what I should look for.
Some people are talking about RUU and I found this:

If that is the correct place to go, may I ask which of those files should I pick for my HTC Desire HD if I want it in Swedish?

is it safe to flash my dutch htc desire HD?
Your post wasn't very detailed, and I'm not very familiar with the ROM naming system. Will I be able to load this onto my DHD from T-Mobile? Also when you say "H3G" do you mean "3"? Thanks in advance for any replies.

I bought a Telekom GER branded HTC Sensation on the Internet but because I wanted an unbranded device I followed the guide to S-Off, set the Carrier ID to HTC__102, to have an "originally" unbranded device, installed the [RUU_Pyramid_HTC_Europe_1.35.401.1_Radio_10.43a.9007.00U_10.51.9007.27_M3_release_198179_signed.exe] and changed back to S-On. But because I didn't find a branded Stock ROM, I would like to know if I could send it to HTC without losing my warranty. It would be great if someone could tell me if HTC has a tool to find out.

I'd go through the CID steps again and put the original numerals back if it were mine...
No I really don't have a problem with my fantastic Sensation, but I was just wondering if they would recognize it.

I have a htc sensation but have just bought my wife a desire s.
On the sensation, we can install a super cid using adb http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1192300 so that any stock RUU can be used on the device.
Is this possible on the desire s ???
