Thanks. That's the app I'm looking for. I'm puzzled why it runs on InsertCoin 3.4.0 and LeeDroid Sensational 4.0.0 but not on ARHD 4.1.7. I'm wondering if there are any dependencies for the app to get it to install as it's not included in ARHD 4.1.7.
I doubt that a theme will include the Notes but thanks for the suggestion.
THIS should work, just flash in recovery but as always do a backup first.

Do both the notes widget and the task widget work with ARHD 4.1.7? I have flashed three different zip files, tried copy & paste and regular installation, but can't get the notes widget. Both apps work fine and get the task widget, just no notes widget. Does the task widget override the notes widget?
Working HTC Notes with Widgets (for all Sense 3.5/Android 2.3.5 ROMs). Tested on ARHD 4.1.7.
P.S. But Nandoid first before flashing via recovery.
I tried again, with a superwipe included, but no luck. Thank again for the help.

After you have installed Note you also have to refresh your Sense cache(It will reset your home panel too).The only way that I know to clear sense cache for now is to install this 4x1 widget from this thread [Widget] 4x1 HTC Flip Clock Widget [Fully working][Sense 3.5].After you install this widget and restart you will also get Note widget too.
The installer in the 4x1 widget has a command to clear the Sense cache.
The installer in the HTC Notes which comes from my restore package section but provided by Zehlek doesn't clear the cache.
To manually clear the cache do the following:
Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> All Applications -> HTC Sense -> delete data

The notes widget does not display correctly. The buttons are missing the dark gray background. Anyone else have this problem with Notes on a 2.3.5 Sense 3.5 ROM?

I downloaded LeeDroid but the HTC Sense 3.0 lockscreen doesnt appear, and I see there is a download link to a Zip but I do not know how to flash just a file like that, that isnt an actual rom.
I would have posted that in his thread but I do not have permission

Boot into recovery and flash the zip. (Should be the 3.0 Kingdom one I believe)
Click install from SD card, then select the zip. Then find the zip.
I don't like that lock screen, its not customizable.
Actually, the full Kingdom zip from the Leedroid OP is the full sense 3.0 one, fully customizable.

I couldn't change the Icons and the player didn't show up... Then again I haven't added it since last week or so. When I reflashed the last one I didn't install it...

If you go to personalize there should be a section dedicated to the lock screen, it lets you change any of the 4 apps that display on the lock screen.

Doubt I'll reinstall it. I use Widget locker instead.
So where is HTC Sense 3.0 from LeeDroid. I just flashed my ROM to use it. I got LeeDriod working with update to GB 2.3.4 but Sense is still 2.1. is there another DL I am missing?

Ok. I did this. Seems to work fine, but I have some duplicate widgets....like 3 HTC clock widgets, two HTC weather widgets. Looks like I have old versions along with new ones.
I ran a full reboot before flashing the add-ons. Works great

I ended up scratching the LeeDroid rom. It just didn't work right for me. Maybe try it again later. I am using Android Revolution now. Working great!
I always reboot after I flash a fresh room before I flash any mods. It's always worked for me

you have to go setting>application>manage applications>htc sense>clean data
So i really like the honeycomb look and thanks to a few apps and roms out there, i was finally able to make it look like honeycomb. I thought that some of you would like to know how to make it so im gonna make a guide on it.
FIRST STEP
Youre gonna want to make sure that you are rooted and have s-off. If you do, the next step you would to do is flash the no sense rom of Pyramid 3D by CdTdroid
SECOND STEP
The launcher that you are going to want to use is VTL launcher
Set up the homescreen to 5 rows and 4 columns. The UI settings should be all the docks off except for the bottom one, with it set to max size and gravity set to left. To get the honeycomb icons, you'll want to download the honeycomb adw theme from the market
THIRD STEP
The desktop configuration i have is used by following this guide

If youre wondering how i got the search bar to look like how it is, i used desktop visualizer as well with an image of the honeycomb themed one
FOURTH STEP
Lock screen i used was ripple lock with some configurations to it. The clock i used on it was advanced clock widget with the honeycomb font. I used the same thing to on the second screen.
The rom im telling you about does not need to be used, its just the one that i used. You may use any other rom, just apply a honeycomb theme that would work with it
VTL launcher may be laggy as you switch from screen to screen, so i switched to golauncher honeycomb theme and my dockbar looks like the one in the link i provided above.
Feel free to pm or post any questions if you are stuck or have any problems
The steps will be updated so that it will be easy to follow sometime soon, as i am busy with homework right now hehehe

Search the three forum and you'll fund the theme. The launcher will work fine. It doesn't need to be a tablet to function properly

Could anyone possibly port the gallery from Sense 3.5 to be used with Sense 3.0? I want to be able to exclude folders from appearing in my gallery.

Solved: Thanks supraman89 - I was trying to do it while in the wallpaper selector, not while in the actual gallery .
maybe you can use .nomedia just google it.
I believe you can do that with the sense 3.0 gallery as well
While in Gallery where you can see your folders... press menu and click on view, show or something similar. You should then be able to uncheck folders you don't want to see. I've done this in Sense 3.0.

It worked but made the contacts.apk force close. Fix permissions didn't work. I'm using CoreDroid. So I'm just gonna reflash it instead. Didn't feel like a nandroid because the CoreDroid nandroid takes forever.
