Is it possible to port Windows Embedded 7 (CE7) on Windows phone 7 and even Windows mobile 6 devices?
If Windows phone 7 core is based on ce7 so the BSPs should be usable for CE 7.

You can run 95 in bochs
I guess that it's possible to install earlier version of WM ... may be Win CE 3.1 or something like this but before You have to rebuild it for under the hardware of Vox ...
Anyway if you wish something you can find a solution ... !!!

I'm looking for some tutorial or complete project, how can I run native app from Windows Mobile to Windows Phone 7.
I know, it's bad question, but why not.
In theory, you can make it happen. Cuz Windows Phone 7 is based on Windows CE 6.0/7.0 But actually MS has already removed some unneeded features of CE or WM. Although they use the same kernel,but you can't run it from WM to WP7 directly.
So I have been getting into all the hype of Windows 10 and people have been showing off their windows phones to me. I'm curious that since Windows offers 8.1 free to screens smaller than 7 inches and regarding this post, is it possible to install windows 8.1 on my android (specifically the HTC butterfly) to try out windows phone?
I have saw window 7 on android before on youtube , but it was laggy .
Window 8.1 on android haven seen before.
I'm trying to install windows 8.1 or embedded edition on an SP3 BUT it came with windows 10, and the MS tool only has a windows 10 link.
It's really buggy despite resetting it and I think 8.1 was better or at least windows 10 LTSB if I'm stuck with 10.
Any advice?
