Class 6 is the minimum speed preferred for 1080P video recording.

I ended up buying this PNY card.
Write speed was 11.2 MB/s according to AnTuTu. Or 6.2 MB/s faster than my Class 4 Sandisk. I'm pretty happy with it so far. I hope it lasts a long time.

Im wondering where to get one and what kind of 16gb sd card I should get as after looking on ebay its a bit hard to tell what is fake and what isnt and I dont know any other stores that sell them..

And this is the one thing that I wouldn't trust ebay with because there are so many fakes.

I had the same problem with the sporadically unmounts (sometimes several times a day) so I decided to buy a different card. I bought a class 4 Kingston 16GB sdhc on eBay. I paid in Germany about 29 Euro for it.
Now there are no more problems with the storage. I hope I could help you.

I'm using a Kingston 16GB class 4 card bought from Amazon, in my honest opinion I think that class 10 is much of a muchness and the price difference can be vast.
I would not buy from Ebay, chances of getting a fake is much higher here, rather use Amazon or some other reputable seller.
What is the cluster size did you format.
I got a few off ebay. They start low, around 1$ and go up, i got one for 11$ before.
i SO need to get me a bigger sd card!
Prolly just want to keep 16gb as 32gb is still too expensive. Can anyone recommend one?

I'd say as long as the card is quality, the Class # doesn't mean much. My 16GB card is a Class 2 but the slowest I've seen it run is 5MB/s.

I bought the Patriot class 10 one a few months back. Many reviewers said that the card had a lot of file corruptions problem with their Android phones, and that didn't happen in the first month. Mine has been working fine for 3 months, and then a lot of file corruption started to happen. I am in the process of RMA-ing, but I guess I will just sell it and get one from another brand. Seeing how many people are having problem with the Patriot card, I don't want to carry another time bomb in my phone.

No, I mean the card that OP is referring to. Not just any ADATA card or any micro SDHC.
ADATA is one of the more reliable MicroSDHC 32GB cards if you go by the reviews on Newegg

Isn't the read/write speed on these phones capped, so would it even really make a difference if I got the Class 4 vs the Class 10. No point in spending another $11 if I don't have to.
I've got my eye on a Patriot and a PNY 32gb for about the same price, just caught up in which brand has a better reputation.

I've bought memory sticks from both and haven't had any of them die. Both are great.

Are these cards coming down in price finally. I looked a while back and they were 100 or more. Also are these the true 32 gig cards(been burned a few times from ebay, even a local seller). I want to find one of these to go along with my extended battery(take that Iphone.)

I have as well, and both make reliable devices. I'm leaning towards the Patriot because all my Patriot USB drives are blazing fast, whereas my PNY drives are just eh on speed.

If there's a speed difference on the laptop that makes backing up your SD way less painfully long.

If speed nor 32gb is a concern, I just bought a 16gb class 4 at the price of $USD 2.99. The price went up a bit. But for $2.99, it was worth upgrading from my 2gb stock sd card! However, there is no micro to sd card adapter included. That wasn't an issue for me because I already own three of them.
