Just checking my sim card and realized that I have no swap partition defined... Will I gain a performance boost if I wipe and add one? Also, if this is the case, should that partition be formatted ext4?

Problem is this is second phone and 3rd sdcard and phone wont recognolize sdcard. It does for awhile with 32gb card, but not with.new 64gb card. Is this bad luck with phones or am I overlooking something?

Is there a problem with clean rub not recognizing an extfat format?

Try reformatting the 64gb sd card to fat32. You'll need to do this from a computer.

Hello friends,
I tried roms like razodroid,creeds,chocobread... which has darktremor a2sd.i tried partitioning my sd card using both minitool and CWM but a2sd not recognising my sd-ext.

the second partition of your sd card needs to be mounted before you can use it
when you flash the roms make sure you mount /sdext from recovery/ mounts and storage

okay , what did you partition it to
ext 2,3 or 4 ?
Sent from my GT-S5670 using xda premium
i made an ext4 partition using mintool.
just try ext2 because ext2 is supported by all kernels
also instead of apps2sd try link2sd I find it more user friendly and it has more features too
