Here u go !!!!
I dont think this app is avaliable in the market.
What i would advice u is to do a clean instal.
Please note that all widgets need to be stored on the phone memory only, else they will not run. Besides that, any program that stores information (eg 3rd party mail clients) should be on the phone memory.
This is the most simple and effect program i have come across

If you do manage to root your device, you could use my app to see if you can free up some memory.

thanks for the help but we all know that there is no way to root wildfires with hboot 1.01 yet. excluding the xtc clip method though. i'm just looking for a way to free up spaces on my internal memory.
ok bro i c your problem but u cant free up much space unless u root..
well the least thing u can do is
1. uninstall apps from your sd card..
2. use app2sd to move moveable apps to sd card
3. go to sd card.. find any folders with the name of softwares that u deleted and delete those folders..
thats all u can do bro..
GOOD DAY
OK you wont be able to free up a lot of space but its better than nothing.
1. uninstall any apps that you use rarely
2. delete the cashes of the apps you want to keep.
3. delete you message history.
4. delete your call logs and history.
5. move any media e.g music videos photos to your SD card.
6. when you do install new apps make sure to move them to SD card.
this should clear some space possibly enough to stop the message appearing stating that phone memory is low.
this is a common and well known problem with the HTC Wildfire
If this helps please press thanks

[Q] where has my phone memory gone?

I have rooted my phone and I have tried to move as many apps to the SD card via Titanium as possible, and I still cannot get more room on my phone's memory to download any new apps. I cannot even update any of the apps that I already have on my phone!! Even when I take an app off, it still does not give me anymore room!! Does anybody have any advice for me? Thank you.

i think you should reflash your rom.. and if you want more space for your phone.. try partitioning your sdcard via CWM recovery.. and use the app S2E from the market to move them.. i think titanium is not suitable to move apps.. but its perfect for backing up your phone's data..
How do you reflash your rom, and partition you sdcard via CWM recovery??? Thanks.

It is possible that it is not complaning about the app storage, but the cache folder the market uses as temporary space when downloading apps or updating apps ( which is downloading the new app and overwriting the last one).
If you are rooted, you could give my app a try SD Maid, especially the system cleaner, it might fix the error for you as it empties the cache directory.

Android running out of internal device memory

Hello!
I have a memory problem with my Android device:
- Samsung Galaxy Tab, GT-P1000 (Europe)
- Firmware 2.2
- Kernel 2.6.32.9
- Build: Froyo
- Not rooted, no custom ROM
The device worked fine for a very long time. However, recently I got a warning that my internal device memory is low. Even though I did not install any new apps and the setup worked fine before.
I checked Android's storage menu and it stated:
- External SD card: 15/15 GB free
- Internal memory: 9/13 GB free
- Internal device memory: 0,00 B available
Afterwards, I uninstalled a couple of apps to free up the internal device memory. Now I have about 130 MB of free space, but the warning message is still shown. Even after reboot, it is still there. I cannot download new apps from the market nor reinstall old ones. Android always tells me that I'm out of storage.
So to me it seems like something is blocking my device. There is enough free space, but the system does not notice. I tried to clear the cache, but it did not help. Is there any way to fix that problem WITHOUT doing a factory reset?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Froyo supports App to SD. Try going to the application manager and moving some apps to external memory. Most things without a widget will work OK. That will free up some more space.

I have tried that already. The built-in App2SD feature always tells me that the app cannot be moved (even though the button is not grayed-out).
I consider this to be a bug in Android's memory management somewhere. None of the "normal features" to free up space could solve the problem so far. But I'm pretty sure, that some of the tech experts here know a solution. :good:
Come on, no one else got this problem before?
I can provide further information, if that helps.
But I don't want to factory reset (if that helps at all....).
Please help!
Normally cleaning out your SMS inbox and all is the simple fix to this issue. SMS and cache do take up a good amount of space on your internal memory.
i've also experience this problem on my phone (LG C660)
what i did was to root my phone and uninstalled some bloatware applications that i think i might not needed them. then install Link2SD and move other application to the SD Card.
Try clearing the cache of all your apps. I done that earlier, even though I didn't really need to, and xda app alone had 634mb.

What it seems like is the system memory is a bit low.(maybe)
try apps which let you explore the root folders(root explorer and the likes) and just go on a deleting spree with apps you dont need in the sytem folder.
hope this helps
try to move the apps to usb storage
go to menu :
setting - apps - manage application
Hello everyone and thanks for your replies.

My inbox is almost empty (<10 messages), so that should not be a problem. Its just some characters.

I don't want to root my SGT yet. And I cannot install any new apps, so all app-based rooting techniques will not work anyway. But I'll put rooting + Link2SD on my todo list and try that when my tablet is up running again.

My apps are not using any cache. I checked them all and also did a reboot. This is not the problem's cause.

What "root folders" are you talking about? I have AndroZip installed, but it seems like most folders on system level are empty. And unfortunately, I cannot install any other apps to explore the file system. Android market won't let me install anything right now (as I said above).

Does not work either, I always get a warning that the app could not be moved (for whatever reason...).
As I said before: It seems like something is blocked internally. I have 136 MB of internal device memory free, so this should be enough to work with. But Android does not agree. And everything worked fine before, when I had less free memory. So what's wrong with my device!? I read about a loopback lagfix, but I'm not sure what it is. Has somebody heard about that?
Have you tried a factory restore
and jus download your apps agen
But rooting the device is better and you get more control over it
but up to you

Is there any other option without rooting your device?
If you do not wish to root your device then your only option will be to start deleting stuff to make more room.

I have this very same problem but it's nothing I have installed. I get the 'No free space on storage, click here to free some room' and then it shows me whats taking so much space, its only apps in this list, and that is ~80MB out of 3.9GB.
I used a rootexplorer to look around in the phone for some weird cache but found nothing. Nothing.
Please help, it even tells me I cannot receive any text messages.
Oh and..
Rooting is not an option since it's not my phone (borrowing it for.. probably a while..).
Wiping is not an option either.. :/
Any good apps for searching for weird stuff like this?
Thanks in advance.

*** iF YOU HAVE ROOT ROM YOU CAN TRY LINK2SD APK TO MOVE YOUR APP TO SD CARD PARTITIONED *****
I have the very same problem. I could not find any solution that does not require root access. And I can't root the device since it is not mine. :/ Can anyone help out? I tried many different cleaning programs and I also tried this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/general/how-to-solve-memory-leak-problem-xperia-t2488573 but none of this works.
