would be better if devs implemented this feature directly into the rom. seems like a nice option to have for caller id.
Wrong section. Belongs in Apps and Themes...

Which rom can sync facebook picture

Beside cyanogen, is there a rom that can sync facebook contact list with their picture?
I know for a fact GPA 17/18 do.

And I guess every Miui based rom will have the same issue?
NSCollab, it's a combination of Cyanogen Mod and Stock

You can do this for any ROM by modifying res/values/unrestricted_packages.xml within ContactsProvider.apk and adding:

com.facebook.katana

as one of the strings.
That's a better answer

Sorry if that wasn't constructive in finding a solution for you
I guess I was pointing out that it wasn't something exclusive to CM. If you need help making this work for you, let me know which ROM version you need this for and the method(s) for transferring files on your phone that you're familiar with (ADB/CWM/etc). I'll try to get something up if somebody else doesn't beat me to it in the meantime.

There is no "values" folder in the res folder. Or maybe I just don't know how to make this work.

LG Optimus G PRO email stock app sucks! Can HTC one be fitted?

Hi guys, I'm newbie here, and I'm writing from Spain, so at first sorry for my english.
Well, I've just bought a LG Optimus G PRO yesterday, and noticed that the email stock app is more bad than expected.
i was wondering if it's possible to install the stock mail app from HTC ONE (M7) with the sense 5.0 skin.
If yes, I would be glad if someone know how to do and I can pay with paypal for this job.
Firstly remove the stock if u have rooted the device.
Then download the one u need move to system/app

You really need to start searching and reading (as per the forum rules) rather than just expecting every answer to be spoon-fed to you.
Also, the chances of just sticking the HTC e-mail app onto a different phone are slim as the manufacturer apps normally rely on the ROM framework, which you can't just copy across.

Yeah, and I know that, for this reason as I not have enough time to start learn of this, I'm open to pay an amount with paypal if anyone do that instead of me.
