Does anyone know a good subscription or a way to stream music from spotify, on the edge network. I live in a 4g area... but i work in edge area. Unfortunately T-Mobile has no 3g, but streaming on edge sucks always stopping pissing ne off ! Anyone know of a solution other than downloading songs to my phone or Pandora?

there are some apps that let you stream music, i stream some of my music from audiogalaxy http://www.audiogalaxy.com/, app https://market.android.com/details?id=com.audiogalaxy, you just make your home pc a music server. i have a media server that is on all the time np for me.

This company offers an app called TuneSync, they have a free and paid version... I've been using it for a couple weeks and really like it so far...

Grooveshark and Pandora
I want to listen to streaming air traffic control from http://m.liveatc.net/feeds/?icao=sfo but when I play a stream I can either play in vPlayer or Streaming Player, but both apps turn off the audio when I do anything else... kinda defeats the purpose if I can't stream in the background...
Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Have not had much experience with streaming from the web, but with the audio player they use it will not multitask. You need to find an external app that will handle the stream...
I'm gonna look into this more... I'm a Crash Crewman for the Marine Corps and am in constant contact with the Tower, so this would be a nifty app to find for myself as well.

Yeah supposedly LiveATC is going to have an Android app eventually but its be nice to have an app that can stream anything in the background.

You can share Audios/Videos/Pictures with the upnp protocol, HTC include "Connected Media" for this.
google music for music
I use PLEX. It have great interface and auto pull TV epsoide and movie info.
I can also access my media on 3g and different wifi location.

HTC included a media server option within their Gallery App. Just click on the drop down and select Media server.
Double Twist and Google Music for Me as well
Audiogalaxy > Google Music for me. I have 320g of music on a NAS and I'd hate to find out what Google would charge me to 'cloud' all of that.

It's not true streaming - the audio is copied to your device and you set how much space to use and whether the music is visible to the system music app. Traffic can be encrypted. Win/Linux/Mac. Android App available. Web interface. Can do video too.

tinyshark , is the best one in my opinion
Indeed it seems the best, however track lenght's not shown neither scroll bar.. Did i miss a setting!?

So ive been using google music since day one love the service but lately I've found the app to be a lil buggy which arose the question are there any music player apps that allow you to link Google music account i think this would be a great feature if any android media player apps support this please let me know
