Before i say anything, This thread is not to decide which rom is the best or the worst. I just want to gather a thread with people achieving the best battery life. + Respect for all devs
Back onto the topic before i get posts saying you'll get flamed , What guys are you mixed together to achieve best battery life? Im a really moderate user and am achieving 8 hours max. I have tried pretty much everything. I usually play 1-2 hours games, feed my facebook addiction in total for 1 hour, check xda for 15 minuets and check my time every 30 minuets on average. Some people achieve mad battery life, like 2 days with 40% left . Havent seen that since the golden i9000 days.
SO guys, Post the following
Radio
ROM (Neccesary, but wont determine the best rom in any way shape or form)
Kernel (Same about ROM)
Usage
and screenshot of battery use for proof.
Cheers guys and i am sure people are looking for good battery life other than me.
UPDATE: Ok, so I flashed android revolution HD and I was looking at the better battery life thread. It was in the desire HD forum soo... yea. Anyway, a normal drain for them is 3-8mA whilst the lowest drain I have got is 110mA. We have a dual core phone but shouldn't that only increase twice or 3x? Not 10x? That is weird. If you leave sense and move onto cm7 you get even a bigger drain. Right now this phone battery life is doomed until we get a bugless aosp rom.
I want to find this out too
Using latest Revolution and latest faux123 and battery dies 8 hours on with 3 hours active?!!
See my signature
Moderate user (IM's Texts, minimal phone calls and an hour of streaming di.fm)
I will post a screenshot of battery later because I am using my stock battery atm testing something.
Stock battery ~ 12 Hrs
Anker Battery ~ 32 - 36 hours (Worth the 10 bucks off ebay)

Been covered before, A LOT.
Due to personal circumstances, such as location, reception strength, network type, being inside/outside the building, different use of wifi, different perception of heavy/moderate/light use by an individual, it is not possible to come to an agreement what bundle is best for EVERYONE.
I know it doesn't help, but that's the truth.
This is a really good idea and I hope it takes off and does good. Just to inform the webstar1 some ROMs will get better our worse battery life depending on if it is a Sense ROM or a Non Sense ROM And it will depend on other factors too such as what services are left in to run in the background and things of that nature. Plus the kernel has a big roll in battery life so making note of them will be very important. The individual user will have a lot to do with battery life too. I say this not because of how much someone talks on the phone or uses their phone. But because using things like task managers regular, not using Bluetooth, not using GPS, and turning WiFi off when you are not in near a WiFi location will help conserve battery greatly too.
Now for my contributio. To the thread I am still using the stock ROM for my daily driver. The battery life on it is like speratic as hell. When I first got my Sensation the battery life was fairly good, but now it can last up to 6 or 7 hours with normal to heavy usage. Or it can only last as short as 3 hours with normal to heavy usage. The worst I have had so far was one day I took it off charge at full charge and all I did was make a 5 minute phone call and stay on XDA for like 30 minutes and 2 hours and 40 minutes later my battery was on 16%. I don't have any screen shots to post but I will try to take some to add here later

I disagree with you. Finding out how people achieve those 2 days will gove us not the same but similar results. So yes, it can potentially be the best for EVERYONE since some people only get 3 to 4 hours with moderate use. And i havent seen a single thread which focuses what combination results in the best battery life for your sensation

Loved your **** on the G2x by the way, but I was in the same category as you, I turned on gsm radio only, mobile data always on off, and use no cpu app and now I get about 12 hours with rcmix and faux latest....

Moderate usage - 12h+.
Low usage - 24h.
I find this to be more than acceptable, but it's only so because I use Chichitec batteries.
On stock battery it was 7-8h with moderate usage, but I did basically kill that battery with all the testing I did for the touchscreen fix :\
Anyway, that’s on ARHD 3.6 and Bricked kernel, with Sense mostly removed and JuiceDefender for mobile data.
And I do recommend Anker/Chichitec batteries. They are so cheap that it doesn’t matter if they make a difference in battery life or not. The point is you have a spare in your pocket

i am using Anker Battery.
It runs much cooler than stock battery
Using EddyOS stock rooted ROM v4...
Its 2.3.5 with sense 3.5
Radio is latest 10.58
Its stock kernel with no tweaks,no underclockings and no task killers..
You can check everything about ROM here..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1281040
More Details in usage:
On battery: 15 hrs 27 mins
Display on time : 5 hrs 43 mins ( 90% time it was on lowest brightness)
Voice calls: 39 mins
Wifi: 4 hrs 32 mins (90% time i did Web browsing)
No video streaming, no games, no data, no GPS
In picture you can see my signals cut out frequently..3% time it was No signals. Remaining you can see i get low signals.(2-3 bars) 50% of the time. if i had good reception, i could have got a much better battery life..
For me i would say i got atleast 30% improvement than stock battery...
Fair enough. What I'm saying is that threads like this have been created before with not much result. Good luck to making it work, but I'm sceptic about it.

Come on guys share your secrets!
ROM: HyperSensation
Kernel:Bricked Sense Kernel (Yes Sense!)
Underclocked to 1.2 ghz.
Radio: Untouched
Not much done. Accidently opened roboto and closed it. Played one level of burn the city and plants vs zombies. Pretty rubbish. Must get a anker battery i suppose :/

Anker battery about a month and half old now, various ROMs but between trip's MIUI and the formal MIUI as i prefer over sense.
Exchange service on push, gmail service on hourly, so heavy email, reasonable texting (10-15 a day), no games, wifi if i am in the office or home and some web browsing/maps and ym usually also. Full day (24 hours) easily, sometimes a little more or if i have flashed anything and done the obligatory benchmark maybe just under 24hrs before i see it hit 10%.
I like to use Cpu tuner and modify the screen off to drop cpu way low, extreme powersave to use 2G (though its not always successful at setting it) only and thats about it. Also careful with the auto brightness settings..as screen is always the biggest drain especially if its over bright.
24hrs with some small charge left is my benchmark before i will use it as a daily.
How do you guys get goods battery timings with trips Miui or the Miui ROM in development section here?
Whenever i install that ROM my phone starts to warm up like hell... Its with fresh flashing without any applications installed...

Yes i think the 2.3.4 sense are very very good performance wise now. 2.3.5 probably just a bit under. But i dont have any warming issues on the MIUI Roms and Trip's with Bricked 1.5 has been solid the last 2 versions - quite excellent i think. I'm back on Scott's today to give it a go but its looking like i will be at about 20hours max (stock kernel) with very little email today..but both are well workable for me.
On Sense ROMs (either 3.0 or 3.5) I used to manage 20 hours (max), switched to CTDroid's Reverted AOSP V1.1.0 ROM with Bricked Kernel v1.4 (192 - 1536 OnDemand), I've just recorded 1 Day 3hrs
Thinking about getting Anker Battery and seeing how that performs?
(Still got to change my sig!!!!)
On Hypersensation I could get about 15-18 hours on moderate usage, with my 1900MAh battery, but I switched back to Android Revolution HD today with Bricked kernel 1.5, because I love sense
Will post screenshot of my battery stats later on.
was looking for a bigger battery, this battery is bigger and cheaper than anker battery, has anyone used this?
I'm on Bulletproof 1.4 with Bricked kernel set at 1.5 with on demand and I'm extremely pleased with battery life and performance

Im trying to convince myself to get the Inspire and sell my atrix.
The last thing that is making me reluctant is the battery. I consitantly get between 30 and 40 hours between charges on my atrix with 3 to 4 hours of screen time. I know i wont get that with an Inspire, but im wondering what kind of stats people are seeing who are running custom ROMs. With my capitvate i saw a nearly DOUBLE battery life effect between stock and a custom rom. im hoping there are similar results on the inspire.
for those on custom roms, im looking to see how many hours you get between charges. ideally, how many hours between charges, with how many hours of screen time, wifi, blue tooth, etc. and im also interested in seeing the battery life of those who are OC/UV.
Someones gotta have info for me!

Inspire battery usage....sucks!
If your main concern is BATTERY USAGE, then DO NOT get an Inspire.
No matter what ROM or other MODS made to an Ispire, it is accepted by all that have one, that the Inspire has very low battery uptime, especially when compared to other platforms.
Stay with your ATRIX for long battery usage and uptime. - Glenn
I just swapped my Atrix for the Inspire this past Sunday, and i can tell you first hand you're not gonna get the same battery results you did with the Atrix. Personally, I don't need to get 20-40 hours of battery life from a phone. Don't get me wrong, it is nice, but I don't need it. I just want to get at least 8 hours (while I'm at work) from a battery and I'm fine. However, I do have my charger with me just in case and i also have a car charger.
I rooted my Inspire Sunday night and flashed the stock rooted rom and couldn't be happier. I got about 13 hours out of the battery yesterday while I was at work and I used it under normal circumstances..calling, texts and lots of fb checking etc. Oh, and I didn't have any overclocking, underclocking, themes or nothing...just the rooted the stock rom.
The inspire is a lot more smooth also when compared to the Atrix. I was all for the Atrix last week. But after actually having the Inspire....its the Inspire FTW!
Its not my main concern. Just the Las thing I'm considering. A lot if other things about the inspire are appealing. Just looking for round about numbers.
Can I get 12 hours out of itwith 2 to 3 hours of screen time? That might be enough for me........If can get more than that, then I would def be sold.
Of course all this would be expected only when all aetttings on phone for Max bat life applied

Speak for yourself. My Inspire lasts me the day with a ton of juice left over. I'm not a super heavy user, but I will have sometimes 60-70% battery life when I go to bed on light use days. On heavier use days I'm still at 30-40% when I go to bed. Unless you are watching youtube videos or something for hours on end, battery life is fine I think.
To extend battery life I adjusted my screen brightness back to 30% with no auto adjust, seemed to help battery life quite a bit and did not make much difference in how the screen looked. Today I am trying auto brightness, but using power saver to switch to lower screen brightness when the battery hits 40%--I'm at 7 hours and the battery is still at 70%. Honestly, I don't think a person could even watch a movie on a flight, for example, the screen draw on the battery is that bad. If I keep the phone, I will have to get another battery.
I get 22-24 hours with light average use, about 14 hours of moderate use. CM7, nothing special done or flashed.

My results are based on percentage of time versus overall time, based on an average 8h work day.
Stock rom:
at the end of 8h I had an average of 55% left
Revolution HD 4 Beta 2:
at the end of 8h I had an average of 35% left
Stock rom rooted and bloat removed, HSPDA enabled:
only have one data point and it looks good so far. I had 75% left with the same average use as the other roms above. Why this one is so much better I don't know.
Also the stock rom came with the stock Radio 06.04.06_M but with the root downgrade and then custom rom to Rev HD4 B2 I had to upgrade the Radio to one that was suggested, which is 06.03.24_M2.
Also, one thing that I noted which was also seen on my Nexus One is that when I use the GPS my car charger is not able to keep up and I will loose battery % as I drive.
All in all I am very happy with this move from the Captivate. Many see it as a lateral move, but if you ever where in the need for the GPS this is definatey an upgrade since the GPS on the Inspire is spot on.
^^^^^^
thats the kind of info i was looking for. appreciate it.
my first run with the inspire resulted in 14 hours since last charge (down to 15%) with nearly 3 hours of screen on time.
granted i adjusted every possible thing to be less battery consuming, and one hour of that screen time was laying in bed in the dark with the screen on the lowest brightness setting.
i think i may be able to work with this.

the battery does suck. but everything else on the phone is so great, that i still am happy i got it
I am a pretty hardcore user and I never have any issues with battery at all. I believe a lot of these battery issues that people have are due to flashing with a low battery, which causes the battery's "memory" to get messed up. If people flashed with a full battery, or did the battery reset procedure after flashing and charging, we would stop hearing about all the horrible battery issues. User error, not an issue with the phone. If it was a phone issue, I would absolutely be experiencing the problem as well.
There are also bigger, better, higher capacity batteries up to 3500 ma/h if you REALLY need more battery time.
Sent from my Desire HD using XDA App
alright so i had a lot of issues with getting great battery life out of the phone. i'm only writing this to help people that are having similar issues. obvious, relative to teh atrix (with a ridiculously larger battery), the life is NOT that great. BUT i've gotten 24+ hours on teh phone with certain tweaks.
first off, rooting is a pain in the ass, but a necessity for any power user. My HSUPA speeds are often higher then the HSDPA speeds...and I can tether too! Anyways most important part of tihs is underclocking. I have my screen set to underclock to 3xx Mhz with screen off. I can't even tell the difference between when it is underclocked or not. I don't OC since for whatever reason I don't see the option to and don't care to force it.
I also set my brightness to 20% or less when i'm indoors, which is usually where i am. I also turn off the radios when i'm not using them, or wifi when i'm in range (i think its better than hspa), and sometimes autosync too (there are widgets for this). i also disabled facebook live feed syncing and set it to update when i open the app, and to sync contacts and htc sync and other useless stuff to once a day.
if you want something to turn off your radios when your screen is off, check otu juice defender. if you want to track your battery over time, try juice plotter. with the way i ahve it setup now, if i leave the screen off for 10 minutes. the battery drops 1% or less PER HOUR. One night, it finished charging at midnight so i took it off, and didn't put it back on a charger 1 am the next night with 10-15% left.
anyways, i hope this helps at least some new inspire owners. good luck with rooting if you haven't yet, it took me 4 hours, but itw as COMPLETELY worth it

Got another data point for the stock rom.
This time after the 8h my battery was at 55%, however I spend considerable time in a clean room were I have no signal at all. My other phones would usually drain much quicker in there and I believe it's because it's seeking a cell signal all the time.
So far I am very happy with the rooted stock rom, only wished it had some of the Gingerbread features.
I have consistently gotten about 9 hours usage, with 1.5 - 2 hours screen time, and left work with 40 - 60% battery. I make no effort to reduce usage, as nothing even comes close to the screens usage, except I do leave off gps when not in use. This is a general average, and I have noticed little difference between stock and 2 different versions of Android revolution, with different flashed radios. (roms always flashed at full battery) and overclocked to 1.2 with ondemand set. Overall I can say this battery is not great, but the rest of the phone is well worth it. I had the atrix for 2 weeks, and although the atrix got better benchmark scores, it was way less smooth, and a lot of market apps don't work on it, like flashlights, live wallpapers that don't support the screen, etc.
I am very glad my atrix's touchscreen failed, because if it didn't, I probably would have never tried the inspire, and I am much happier with the inspire.

Hi there,
I am currently running on HTC stock rom with 2.3.4 but currently considering applying a custom ROM to get better battery mileage (i.e. more hours).
I see that all custom roms mention that one should get better battery usage because they have applied some optimizations. But is this real?
What I have understand so far is that battery life varies for every user because everybody uses the phone different with different applications (probably there aren't 2 phones with the same configuration) so any benchmarks are meaningless...
But... If you have used the stock rom and moved to a custom rom , what is your experience did battery life improve? I am assuming that you continued to use the phone in a similar way...
Currently I get between 12-16h hours on my stock rom, what should I expect if I move to custom ROM?
Currently considering moving to Android Revolution HD 3.6.3 XE.
Before being flamed, I looked and searched for the answer to this question but could not get any answer...
Thanks
for me the experience has been reverse... when on stock rom, i get better battery life but when i use custom roms I get worst battery...
Currently running Sense 3.5 and it has something really annoying with battery.. sometimes it would stick at 100% for one hour and then when i start using it for 10 mins it would come down by 20% in no time...
With ARHD 3.6.3 my battery would take too long to charge but with sense 3.5 it takes half the time to charge...
So using custom Roms you will never figure out how ur battery works..

This is misleading as this might be your experience but not everyone's.
I get excellent battery life with Sense 3.5 and I don't get any bad battery readings either.

My battery life improved noticeably with a custom rom. However, when you get a custom rom, you usually also pair it with an overclocked kernel which ups the speed but also reduces battery life a bit.
I'm running ARHD 4.1.3 with faux's kernel running at 1.5ghz and am still getting better battery life then stock. I can use my phone for a full day, not charge it at night, and then still be able to last to about just after lunch time the next day. With the stock kernel, battery life was even better but the phone was also slower.
There are a lot of settings that you can tweak to try and conserve battery life. I keep bluetooth and gps off, and I think that using the GSM antenna only instead of both GSM/CDMA helps, stuff like that.

really? I never got anywhere near close to that. Best was about 6 hours if I used the phone for anything other than talking.
I am currently on the revolution 3.6.3 XE rom and I can't stop smiling. +1 on that. My battery life was horrible on CM7. I tried everything to fix from other kernels, radios and every battery calibration tip, tool and app. I just went back to stock. I was dropping 6-7% battery life while my phone was in standby. If the phone was in airplane mode it was fine. I also tried turning off wi-fi but that didn't help.
I get better battery life using the latest IC Rom. Not a heavy user, a few calls, few texts, 10 +/- emails, decent amount of web and twitter use though, little gaming. Take it off charger at 7am, and when I put it back at 11pm, I usually have 30%-40% of my battery still left.
I am using CM7 alpha9, which is very far from being release-quality. I had thought it was doing very well - 6 hours and still at 80%. But then I had a phone call drop using WiFi Calling, and I had to reboot to regain the use of the dialer. I was at 20% after reboot...
I noticed a huge difference with Revolution HD (no-sense script) compared to the stock ROM.
Very happy with the switch.
Best I got with ARHD and a stock 1.2 Ghz kernel was 1 day, 5 hours, and the best Ive had with ARHD and Faux kernel was about 12 hours.
Typically I was seeing about 8-10 hours with ARHD and Faux kernels. I just decided to try bricked last night so I cant really report too much, although today looks really good so far. I'm already at 10 hours 20 mins as I type this with 30% left. Typically I would be plugging my phone in after work getting in the car on the way home with the Faux kernel. I just flashed this kernel last night so it hasnt even "settled in" yet. Both non-stock kernels are running OC at 1.5 Ghz.
~T.J.
A lot of times people forget when flashing roms and such is to clear the battery stats, this will increase battery by a surprising amount.
When people flash New roms they don't wipe battery stats and that's why there battery life sucks. And yeah sometimes it is the Rom and or the way they use there phone.

So... what led you to use ARHD? if you are not getting better battery life, what led you to ARHD? Better performance? Is that really noticeable? If yes, can you please give some examples?
Thanks!

Perfomance is better, but the main reason is Sense 3.5. I cant say it effected battery life badly.
CM7 has excellent battery savings.
hi all,
i know the battery life of the sensation isn't that great but I make 5 hours with about 1 hour of spotify (music streaming) some browsing and email checks. Also installed couple of apps but that's it.
(3g on when wifi not availible)
This just does not seem normal to me? Would like to hear your opinions.
running on:
stock battary
android revolution HD, feux kernel.
Wow, just 5 hours and your phone dies? That is AWFUL. Something is going on there, have you tried another rom?
maybe your rom is not very compatible with your radio? I am on InsertCoin (always latest) and I changed the energy mode from "maximum performance" to the middle option (don't know the name right now) and reactivated auto-sync and I can use the phone for 1.5 days on normal use. (so on gameplaying or benchmarking all the time) =)
Call HTC and have them to send you a new battery. You get one free replacement.just let them know that you're only 5 hours of life out of it.
Thanks for the replies all,
@KAwAtA,
i've only had stock and my current both ware equally ****ty.
@brandi,
I did flashed the radio that was mentioned with the android revolution ROM, do you have any suggestions?
@dunbar28205
Mabey your right, I'm starting to believe this isn't normal I did already purchase a mugen power 1950mah battery though. Will keep this updated with my findings on that one.
Is your governer on "performance"? Or is your second core somehow forced on?
battery works great for me im at 12 hours of run time and im around 50% left. check your rom and basic settings that kill battery. I also have an anker battery so that helps but really i think its the kernel and rom thats making all the difference

God, that's awful...and sounds oh-so familiar...
Try checking out my post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1351430
Maybe it helps... Sadly, one would think you get a functional device bought from the store, but all this technology is still a bit new and shiny, so it takes a lot of tinkering to get the most out of your device... It's what I've been doing with my phone for the last month, and it's a work in progress, but so far I've made some improvements
No solution works for everyone, as everyone uses their phone differently in a different environment... So all I can say is read my thread, keep reading XDA and the best of luck on your quest
P.S. That new battery will also help... I bought 2x Chichitec 1930mAh Evo 3D batteries and stuck them in my Sensation, although they are really just 1730mAh (false advertising, meh...or I just got a bad set of batteries?) I've seen a slight improvement over the stock battery
Damn man that sucks. I was having the same issue except I was average 10 hours with pandora usage, and moderate emails/txt/mms etc ....
I flashed the latest ARHD 3.6.7 XE. I followed the proper batter calebration thread on this forum (don't have the link) and after a full charge the next day, I average roughly 19 to 23 hours on a full charge. I'm still at a very moderate usage with pandora/streaming/mms/txt/blah blah blah you know the deal. I am extremely impressed. I'm on stock battery btw. I'm probably going to hook up that aweseom 1900mha battery from anker. I should be pulling over 24 hours no problem after that.
What I do also is when I initially set up ARHD I turn off fastboot in the power menu, I turn off "quiet ring on pick up", "pocket mode", and "flip for speaker" in the sound menu, and I ESPECIALLY turn off the automatic boot up of the task manager as task managers are useless from android 2.2+ and can cause conflicts that drain more battery. You can turn off boot up of task manager in the applications menu. That's pretty much it I don't know what else to say other than I'm doing awesome on stock battery atm.
Try a different kernel. I'm using bricked 1.5. First charge got me 14 hours so far at 31 percent. After the first charge run it to 5 percent and charge full. Rinse and repeat a total of three times and also don't forget to go into recovery and wipe battery stats.

I don't know about you guys, but there's so many threads on EVERYTHING, it's pretty damn hard to find some information on here
Oh well, now I'm just rambling... Enjoy
5 hours is really awful. Got 2 days with moderate use with the energy ROM. I would try to calibrate and maybe buy a anker 1900 mAh
What version of ARHD are you running on? 3.6.5 and 4.1.6 had battery issues..
Buy another battery, or ask for replacement. I had 5-8 hour battery life with my original stock battery on stock ROM, bought Anker battery on amazon, I get 40-50 hours now.

Thanks a ton! I checked it out but isn't it correct that when you flash a rom the battery is auto calibrated? Battery monitor widget Pro says my voltage is:
min 3386 max 4209. Does that give reason to calibrate the battery?
thanks again everyone for all the help
I used to suffer from this issue too. After doing some research I found out that the kernel is the problem.
Try Bricker 1.5 as Galaxa12 suggested and you should notice a massive improvement in terms of battery life.
Also do some digging in Daemon Controller (tip as others suggested: Governor).
Ofc battery calibration is important, but you won't archive better battery lifetime after calibration.
I have the Anker 1900 mah battery in my Sensation from T-Mobile and I'm currently using Android Revolution HD 6.2.1. I would like to know what rom is giving the best battery life for you guys with the same battery under your heaviest usage.
Sometimes I'm getting 10-12 hours under my normal everyday usage. I use my phone alot though so I would consider it heavy usage.
Please let me know your results!

I am using the same rom (1.5 Kernel) with you under T-Mobile.
Make sure that you are on top of your screen brightness.
Display is the most critical part in the device regarding to battery.
Even it comes before what rom you are using.
Hope it helps
Well if you are looking for something that has great battery life and is a ice cream sandwich rom, then I suggest you try the Virtuous Inquisition 3.0.0 rom. The moment you flash this rom, you will not be disappointed with any fc's or any weird bugs that could occur in other roms. Now keep in mind, this rom has been stripped from sense and only the camera and other small applications are remaining. And last but not least, I consider the battery really amazing. Why? Because it gets me through the day on medium usage. My medium usage is: 1 hour reading book, 5-10 calls, 20 texts, 35 minutes internet and some 25 minutes of music. Remember nobody can tell you the actual battery life that you will get because we all use our phones in different ways.
Have a good day.
Are there any guides on maximising the sensation battery life? I have an Anker, a generic 1700mAh and the stock Sensation battery (Not XE) but none of them seem to last more than 8 hours at the moment.
How can I best manage my display usage? I have it on automatic at the moment, but I'm sure I must be doing something wrong. I'm using Android Revolution HD 6.2.1.

Adjust it manually, i.e. make it as dark as you can while still being able to see it well enough.
Personally, I just leave Auto-Brightness on and my battery lasts enough to get me through a day.
Quite a comprehensive guide here: http://smartphonegears.com/2011/04/how-to-improve-htc-sensation-battery-life/
I'm running the unoffical CM9 build running SebastianFM's kernel. I got 9 hours yesterday til it dropped to 30%. A little music, some gaming, texting, and about 5 calls around couple minutes each call.
I'm running CM9 rom with stock kernel, battery life isn't great. I tryied virtious but got fc + boot loop

What do you mean you got boot loop? Did you flash the correct firmware? The correct one is 3.24. Also did you remember to superwipe before you flash the rom in order to make sure that you have wiped everything?
Try those options and see the magic within the virtuous inquisition rom :]
Have a good day.

Yes I did, on both occasions the ROM worked for about 30 mionutes, then FC'd, rebooted, got to the V splash screen, then rebooted again and got stuck on white htc screen. This was after flashing ShnizlonSettings_VI.zip, whether that had something to do with it I don't know.
Using Virtuous Quattro a3, I get through the day with heavy use, music, emails, browsing, irc, calls, few SMS and tinkering/tweaking.
Today it has been idling apart from a few SMS, and was on 81% at 9pm, off charge at 7am.
varies I guess
I have the stock T-Mobile battery and just checked its got about 7.5 hrs and 60% on the batt.
probably about 2-3 hrs of music and 10-15 mins of calls, plus maybe 20 mins of games so far...
I've got the Elegancia ICS on it, plus a buncha apps
Here you go buddy did a screenshot for you. Using Darkforest Rom 5.2.0 with true AOSP experience on sense by shnizlon. I'm playing zenonia 4 quite addicted at it, brightness is at 50, wifi never turned off. Hope this helps.
Im really sorry forgot it was anker battery question. Im using the stock battery of sensation xe. sorry bud.
Well guys I switched to Virtuous Inquisition 3.5.0 and it's provided better battery life for sure! I think just the bloat of Sense sometimes brings down battery life depending on the rom. Virtuous is also a little bit snappier and overall more responsive.
Just the other day I sent over 500 text messages and received just as many before I hit 60%. I never seen anything like that before. I had Wifi on and my screen at full brightness.
So far on my HTC Glacier (MyTouch 4G) any Sense rom seams to kill batteries is there a solution to this problem Kernels anything would love to hear from some DEVS out there.

I don't really know what you are talking about, my phone gets about 2 days battery life average on the DARKSIDE sense...try using setCPU to have it underclock when the screen is off. It works really well for me.
From my experience, battery life seems to vary slightly from device to device. I've read accounts of people getting a couple days from their battery and I wondered how they did that. I also read from somewhere that if you can get 3-4 hours with the display on, you've got the right configuration.
The most recent Sense 3.5 ROM I was running was MikRunny 1.01 (Odex version). I believe the kernel is flashed alongside the ROM. Anyways, battery life was pretty good with that. With maybe 45-60 minutes of screen on time, half a dozen texts on average, a little bit of data usage, 30-45 minutes of bluetooth audio streaming, I was only down to around 70% battery life left after 10-12 hours unplugged from charger. Also, I don't recall having used WiFi either so it was on data all the time.
Sense 3 and 3.5 ROMs are great on battery life. I can push 2 days without much use, and hold for a whole day with quite serious use (2 hours tethering, 1 hour gaming, calls/sms/Emails/etc).
Using mikrunny with the latest rcmix kernel and average 18hrs most days-check the thread, posted screen shots, 4hrs screen on time, a few calls, texting, 3 gmail accounts...really all depends on how/what you use your phone for...experiment with the different settings and try to find what works...also this thread helps
