Google just introduced 'Android Design' for helping developers create Ice Cream Sandwich like applications.
Its good news for the users because more applications will look more like ICS.

Although ICS is a step in the right the direction and Android Design is an excellent way to help developpers the new dock icons are not. Here's why:
- too big on smaller devices
- spacing between icons is way too small on every device
- colors shading is uneven (white, different shades of blue, green)
A big step backwards for a part of the interface that is visible on every screen!
This is gonna be great but I have a feeling it will only really effect AOSP style roms as OEM roms will cover it up as they always do.
How do I go about making a widget like this that changes based on the weather? See, I'm more of a designer and I have no idea how to bring this design to life. (the gray background is just a background, not part of the design) Any help is appreciated!:
Okay, so here is the deal. I am looking for a Layers theme, that actually works on this phone with OrionOS, that uses pastel colors and a unique statusbar iconset. For those on CM13, a good comparison would be something akin to GentleUI. Alas, all of the nice candidates that I have found are either A) outside of my price range (being free) or B) don't work on my phone, or lastly C) Have weird inconsistencies that cause text readability issues. As such, any suggestions are now welcome.
This is the one I use.
I'd considered that but it is missing the most important part, unique status bar icons

The idea for LayerMask came in while developing MatCon icon maker, to fulfill the need of adding layers into our Icons. But finally I thought of adding a simple photo editor in it to add awesomeness to each of the layers, which I plan to update in near future.
Why the pricing?
Well that's quite obvious, LayerMask as well as all the other Android apps from E-Soft has been developed single handed by a single developer and the pricing is just to support the development.
Trust me there might be flaws, but I plan to keep looking into your issues with my best as much as possible and too expect the same patience from your end.
