Yes, it is, if you happen to own a Samsung or a Lg device. Just follow the thread in the forums for interop-unlock.

Of course there is always the official route to developer unlock your device, (like paying to become a developer), but I assume you're asking about the unofficial methods.
Check the Omnia 7 forum here on XDA to see if pre-nodo ROMs are available for your device and how to flash them. (here's a hint, there are)
Only the LG phone can dev unlock while on 7390.
But there is an alternate official method coming down the pike, for $9 there will be a devolper unlock that doesn't allow for app submissions.

well the first your os needs to be pre-nodo versions 7004 or 7008 ..if so u can google your question and easily find a tutorial with links to needed files...

Hi Jake, first you will have to Chevron unlock it, it's only $9. And they you have to interop unlock which is fairly easy. Let me know after you Chevron unlock it and I can help.

ZTE released awesome phone and I have bought it, unfortunately I didn't realized that the bootloader is not unlockable . I didn't know in first place that some vendors does not allow unlocking unless the community create a way to unlock it. If there is chance to unlock it please help.
