Hulu Working with stock browser!

This is not my work, all thanks goes to: bigrushdog for getting this working.
I have been searching the forums for a way to get Hulu to work when i found an interesting post by bigrushdog in the Motorola Xoom forums, He has found a way to modd Adobe Flash 10.3 to work with the Hulu website! I can Confirm that it does work on the Inspire 4G and i dont see anny reason why it wont work on the DHD or other devices so give it a try and tell me how it goes.

Directions to install and get it working:
1: Uninstall old flash versions.
2: download modded flash.
3: Sideload apk, I used android central's "Sideload Wonder Machine" just cause its newb friendly. website for SWM download: http://forum.androidcentral.com/android-sideload-wonder-machine/76171-android-central-sideload-wonder-machine-v-1-2-a.html
4: set up the stock android browzer to "desktop mode"
5: ignore any messages from hulu website saying it wont work (it should work anyways.)
6: enjoy

Hmm can't get picture, just sound. I'm using ultimate Droid rom. WiFi, tried all the user agents to no avail. Might just be me? Good lookin out sir, thanks.

This is old. Problem is flash apk is modded so Netflix may not work.
Also for users me like Flash 10.3 does not work,. Only a sepecific version of flash 10.2 works. .
But this is great for others.

Imm using the Kingdom rom 1.0. Its a gingerbread sence 3.0 based Rom. Imm thinking problem is rom specific. Ill try a froyo rom tomorrow.

type about:debug in address bar. And then you will find UA String.

Doesn't work with CM7.0.3

It works great with kingdom rom and rcmix on crappy gsm towers at 480p without any lag. Theres gotta b other roms out there that can handle hulu as well.

No, I don't want netflix to stop working.

I tried watching Family Guy, I get the Fox - So Bold intro then it crashes. I'm running LeeDrOiD v3.1.2. I'll try it again after I update to the latest version of the ROM.

it FC's sometimes on kingdom rom.
i usually get around it by overclocking or clearing the cache settings.
overclock works best

Cracked Flash Player 10.1 for ARMv6 Devices

Just saw this, and thought of you guys. It looks like it would work on a Hero.

Run Flash 10.1 on a Hero, if it works on a Hero.

i think this will work i installed flashliteplugin.apk then the flash player 10 from op rebooted then when to the market an in stalled TV Flash if you dont have flash player in stalled it will tell you need to install it with both it works. still testing it though.
edit if i go to fox tv it loads the player i can double tap and zoom in. im getting video unavailable but the player dose load.

I can confirm this works with zte v9. Tab running cm7.1.it plays any video any game the same as my sgs running 10.3

YouTube loads what "looks" like the built in player, but when I click on the play button, a new black screen shows up that says "loading" and then right after it says "Sorry, this video cannot be played."
Dunno how motivated I am to try any other sites.

hey you guys should try the old build.prop hack to spoof openGL 2.0, maybe the sites or apps you are accessing want that too? It's the line "ro.opengles.version=xxxx" the version should be 131072 ... worth a shot?

Can confirm that it is working on my Optimus V. Watching Strongbad emails and playing games on kongregate web site.
Its a little buggy but it works none the less. Occasionally the browser will close on its own, but it is working.

HeroC not Optimus, etc
HeroC owners, have you gotten this to work in the default browser? And if not do you see a performance difference when using dolphin HD?
Also, this thread is the same files as this thread, here, but located in the general apps and themes section; so rather than post in the HeroC section could any non-HeroC owners post in the general thread. Thanks.

OK, so at first I thought this was a joke but there is some limited function here. I have been running one of the original Wild builds that I have been tweaking for a good month now. I do get simple flash (still image window rotation) to show up in the stock browser after loading this. All heavy Flash based websites just seem to crash the browser. With the HTC framework we should be able to get Flash Lite to work with some trial and replacement of libs. My question for the above user is did you use the attached Flash Lite app as well as the Adobe app?

i tried to instal chainfire 3d, but when i installed the driver, gapps forced closed, and after the phone restarted i got stuck at the bootloader. I had to reinstal the room. I use jellytime r6.1

Chainfire 3D is not even stable on Ics yet,, and most Devices Running around with Jb ,Especially Cm10 have problems ,only some devices are reported to work , like ainol flame tablet ,
Chainfire also recomendend not to use chainfire 3d on Jb ,

Android Market Games won't download!

Hey Guys. Iam using sabsa prime 10.0 rom. I can't download (big games on my phone). After i dowload the apk and run the game. it says you're device is not compatible or connection. It happend on those games : nova 2, nova 3, 9mm, asphalt 7, spiderman, batman dark knight, etc. I was pissed of and than pirated the games. But still having same problem. I've never had this problem until i rooted my ds.
I hope someone can help me

these games are genrally made for the tegra core and don't run very well on a desire s anyway your not missing out on that much

I've got all of these games and they all run just fine on my ds [email protected], maybe it's an issue with the rom itself

I'm using pacman, but haven't had an issue with any of the roms I've tried try pacman. Do you use TiB to back them up? Might help

Modded amd Offline Games problem

i got a problem on playing games download outside playstore, for example a nba 2k14 modded as shohoku vs knb install apk and pasting obb, when i run games it suddenly back to home. any one clear my mind and tell me what should i do? im on pure nexus rom, when im on stock rom the problem the same.

Probably no one can help you here, it is a problem with the downloaded files or the game because it's modded. You should contact the one who modded the game to get some support.

how about unmodded games? spmetime games coming from offline download doesnt run too.

Maybe it is a incompatibility issue with the ROM you are running? Have you tried to run those games you have problems with on different ROMs? You could try to take a backup of your current setup and just try an another ROM just to test if those games will run on another Kernel and ROMs combinations. That's the only tip I have for you...
