Hello,
i use Lotus Notes traveller for Business but this APP use a own Calender on my device.
For Private i use Outlook. Now i would be nice both Calenders to sychnronize. But it works not. This is bad; earlier with Winmobile 6.5 i can use both calender as one (create new schedule and then replicated to both: notes&Outlook).
anyone usefull Idea to solve this?
Thanks!
Frank
Any solution
Hi Frank
Did you find a solution to your calendar problem with Traveler?
I use IBM Traveler on my Android to access Lotus Notes. My problem is also that as Traveler installs its own Calendar on my Android and doesn't appear to be able to by synced to the Android Calendar; I cannot use any third party Apps like Pocket Informant HD as those Apps sync to the Android App.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Regards Neale

Hi all,
Does anyone know of an alternative to Activesync that allows the direction of sync'ing to be specified.
Our users are struggling with Activesync as deleting a contact from their device also results in the contact being deleted from their Outlook account next time they sync.
I'm looking for something that will sync everything to the device, but not delete from Outlook should any changes be made on the mobile device.
Phone in question is a Wizard.
Thanks.
Nick.
Does the lack of response mean that nothing is available like this?
Have you looked at Intellisync or PocketMirror for WinMobile? I'm certain both have that ability.
http://www.sync.com/is_desktop_main.html <-- Intellisync
http://www.chapura.com/pmp_wm.php <-- Pocket Mirror
exactly what i was looking for
Pocket Mirror is way better.
and also found exactly what i needed LivePIM to sync PalmOS to PPC, and vice versa
A free alternative to activesync if you just want to keep your calendar synchronised is to use Google Calendar in the middle.
Google calendar can be set up to synchronise with Outlook using the Google Calendar Sync software. I then use the freeware version of OggSync to synchronise Google Calendar with my Windows Smartphone.
It works for me!
Hello everybody,
I have a big probleme and i don't find any solution.
First of all,
This is my problem on picture :

As you can see I have my personnal calendar,( the defaut gray) and 2 iCal calendar (green and pink).

On my PC , outlook succes to synchronize all the calendar, but when i synchronize it with activesync and my HTC Cruise I only see the default calendar.
Is it possible without using Google Calendar, or without merging the calendar to have the 3 calendar on my PDA?
If you know a software or if someone has develop a programme I'll be very happy.
Thanks Flo.
You could try Pocket Mirror it might work.
Thanks i'll try this as soon as possible cause i'm at work until 16.20
edit: If it's not possible have you got a simple software for looking iCal directly on PDA without sync via active sync
Hello!
I've been struggling in order to get some effective way of synchronizing my calendar and tasks between palmtop, laptop and computer. I don't use outlook at all so Microsoft Exchange was rejected at the very beginning.
Later on I thought about Google Calendar but it does not include tasks.
Finally I decided to create an account on server which would host my calendar. It is in the iCalendar format -> *.ics. I can easily synchronize with it on my laptop and PC as the calendar is modified directly online from Mozilla Sunbird (both computers have always access to the Internet). I like this idea.
Now the time came to get my palmtop (HTC Touch Cruise) synchronize with this server. The problem is that I will not be able to keep it online all the time so I would like to have some really intelligent option enabling me to synchronize my calendar and tasks. Any suggestions highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Theriel
Hello all,
I'm looking for a PIM Software (mainly calendar, contacts) under WM6 that runs completely separate from the integrated office mobile. So it should have sort of an own entry in activesync to tell what exactly to sync to that software independently.
I allready had a look to Agenda One and Pocket Informant, but all of these share the exisiting databases of WM's internal office mobile.
When looking at sync tools from chapura or intellisync, they offer advance sync possibilites, but dont support other applications on the ppc than office mobile !?
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance,
Joe
Maybe look into old software of wm2003 era. im sure theres some primitive simple solution.
What about 4.0 student or the dog ate it... i know they are student planners but maybe just maybe independent.

Have you considered tying google calendar into pocket outlook via oggsync and for contacts I do all my adds/removes via the dashwire app from a pc.
Hi All,
Does anyone know a totally free program that could sync the calendar of my Lotus notes to the Mobile Calendar
Was searching as well for a free application.
But in the end I used mNotes from common time whic is not free...
After a while I convinced my company to use the Lotus Notes Traveller which ist the best solution. Go after it.
If you google it long enough, you will find a way to get it..
Some of the programs that should do the job fine...u can test them out and see which one you prefer
1) Doublelook - Sync Lotus Notes Calendar to Outlook (vice versa)
2) XTNDConnect - Sync Lotus Notes Calendar to D2
hi,
maybe you could try Lotus Traveler form IBM, which is part of the 8.5 Domino server (and free). it syncs not only the calendar but the contacts and the mail too...
Hi
I'm using Lotus Traveler and it works almost perfect in auto sync mode everyting is ok but I discovered that in manual sync mode I have to run synchronization twice because first runing doesn't work
