[Q] Need Help Regarding GamePlay in Galaxy 3

hi all,
i 've samsung galaxy 3..,with stock rom,froyo...and it is rooted...
can i play hd games like
gangsters west coast hustle,
asphalt5
hero of sparta
assassin's creed
with help of chainfire 3d and qualcomm plugin...
anybody confirm all the above games work without any lag
if i use stock rom...chainfire 3d...qualcomm plugin...
need help....

i haven't tried it with stock rom, but u definitely require overclocked phone to play these games...
so use a kernel like g3mod or fugumod

I play these games on my stock rom non overclock... it lag a bit but very playable..

The first thing you need to do is flash a OC kernel so you can play this games without any lagsI recommend fugumod ultra
Chainfire is designed for "high end devices" with a cpu that has a clock-speed of 1GHz or higher so only when your G3 is overclocked the effects of Chainfire will be useful
I don't play every game u listed but I can say that Asphalt is running smooth

There are many roms to choose from.
I prefer
"Kyrillos" ROM.
You can find it n other roms in development section of galaxy 3 forum.
regarding kernels there are two most popular one's
1. Fugumod Ultra
2. G3Mod
You will find required info on those threads....

I don't know such things but what i do know is that there is a modded version for the SE X8 because i saw a clip on YouTube with an X8 playing assassins creed

Fastest rom is Fitdroid or Razodroid .. !!

Fastest rom is tj_style's cm rc1

cm by tj style is the fastest but when playing 3d games it lags like raging thunder
so in my opinion razodroid or fitdroid are the best

And both are good it's upto you

Razodroid is nice. But try dark fantasy v2. Its good looking+good in performance,you will like it.

This is by far, "THE" best ROM I've ever used for gaming. Try ot man. I hope you'll like it.

Hello everyone, I've create this thread to let us report about 3d or hd games which is supported with CM10.1 (Android 4.2.2) by TheWhisp. Please post here if u found which games is support or which games is not support.. For the first, let me share first of my report..
Real Racing 3 (free download from play store) - supported but a bit laggy sometimes.
The Bard's Tales - run smoothly..
Street Fighter IV HD - not fully supported. Sometimes force close..
Can anyone share also info about which games support or not supported by CM10.1?

Yup.. as i knoe.. even u use stock rom, subway surfers always laggy when using data or internet..

Also... PES and JUSTICE LEAGUE... runs... smartly... except JL lags... BUT PES runs... smooth...

subway surfer dosent lag in my phone when net pack or wifi is on ..
never played that much because its a boring game but still i have played it and it never lags

no mods needed buddy to play mc 4 and nfs mw and dead trigger
they all work in stock rom as well as cm....

Visuals are not very nice in stock roms.. But yes they work pretty well on CM..
By mods I meant zram and overclocking which are included in CM..

graphics are same as that in stock rom !!!

I am a rookie of flashing custom Rom.
I currently flashed cm10.1.2. Android 4.2.2 on my Galaxy Ace Plus (S7500)
However, I cannot play some games like Candy Crush Saga and always crashed to open
Did someone know how to fix this problem?

there is no fix for some games !!
i guess thewhisp will fix this issue in next build if he is still developing for ace plus !!!

What do you mean by "still developing"? Not spamming but ...did he abandon anyhthing?

no he didn't abandon the nor he said like that but he pm me that every one is spamming only on the thread that's why he is not reading our thread frequently
i guess he will provide us the new kernel and bug fixes when he will get time for that

Someone must really do something about these spams on the Official CM10~10.1 thread . I fully understand thewhisp ,I used to spam too but at least I removed that bad habit . Vickyg PM me about this situation (if you have any ideas )

Six-Guns is free on Play Store. Runs without lag on CM but in stock rom this game is not suported.

1: Asphalt 8 is toooo laggy
2: The amazing spiderman is smooth (but in very low graphics)
3: virtua tennis challenge is smooth (but a very bit of lag in videos) or else while playing matches it is very smooth!!
4: Fifa 12 is very smooth
5: Splinter cell conviction is also very smooth!

[Q] Gameloft Games not working!!

I have Jelly bean stock ROM v1.11 on my Micromax A110, there is some problem with Gameloft games, crash during start up
Asphalt 7
MC4
Gangster Vegas
wild blood
Even I have rooted my ROM and Ram is 200+ free still crashing where as GTA 3, GTA vice City, Max Payne, Real racing 3, NFS Most wanted are working without any issue. Please !! any one has solution to this problem?

If you want to play HD Games i would recommend to try ICS ROM. In Jelly Bean , Raven ROM and XR 650 V9 ROM has good gaming performance

Hey buddy i too am suffering from dis sooo irritating problem....none of d gameloft games u mentioned works in my device too but nfs most wanted etc is working fine like u.
It is my request that if these works in anybody's fone den plz provide the download link from where u have downloaded.

Now all Gameloft games are working!! I don't know how but it happend after I reboot my mobile and a file named init asked for super user permission and I granted it after that all games are working but give data connection first time to these games and last root your jelly bean ROM if not rooted.

Unrooting won't help..I tried it but wild blood still crashes

But it works perfectly on MMX A110 ICS V2 stock rom....i think it doesn't work on Jelly Bean...as it takes more ram than ICS.
Frontline D-DAY i think have the same issue.

Was downloading ICS stock but then I saw this post so I installed this..rom

In developers option uncheck the option FORCE GPU RENDERING & TRY NOVA 3 on this rom and see if it works...

dude i have already tried v1.0.4 and it works only problem was i was getting full effects on and thats why gameplay was laggy now i will try v1.0.5 hope that works fine. stay tuned ADIOS

My gpu rendering is by default unchecked and NOVA 3 v1.0.5 not working great after few minutes i get low memory warning and the game closes but v1.0.4 was working good (except of the lag) i dont get any low memory warning on that

Screenshots attached....will also try gangstar vegas on stock ics & report...meanwhile Dead Trigger works on High settings in stock ics !!! How did u get ultra high option in dead trigger ??? it doesn't appear for me.....

For ultra high you have to root your device then using a root explorer do these steps
1.First of all, enable graphics details to high in setup/others.
2.Exit game.
3.Use root explorer like ES File Explorer.
4.Go to /data/data/com.madfingergames.deadtrigger/shared_prefs/ folder.
5.Edit com.madfingergames.deadtrigger.xml file.
6.Change <int name=”UnityGraphicsQuality” value=”1? /> to <int name=”UnityGraphicsQuality” value=”2? />.
7.Change <int name=”OptionsGraphicDetail” value=”2? /> to <int name=”OptionsGraphicDetail” value=”3? />.
8.Save it.
9.Modify permissions to remove all write permission on User, Group and Other.
10.Delete com.madfingergames.deadtrigger.xml.bak.
11.run the game

it also crashes in the stock JB version i think its a ram problem or build prop(it might require tweaking build. prop. of the phone)

Download it from andropalace...u will get a torrent link & use the modded apk & profile.bin from andropalace...it works on normal GFX only...its plays smooth no lags...if needed i can upload screenshots...
