Hey I been running the ics launcher from the market and well the phones soft key lights staying on is kinda annoying.
Is there a way or app that can disable the lights but keep the keys functional?

It works but once I shut the screen off it goes back to being lit up
Probably has something to do with the Cm7 notification settings

It's the LED notifications. Disable them and it will work.

Well, the default lockscreen wallpaper is the purple default SGS4G wallpaper. You just have to set it back to that.
I figured it out. I was st work and didn't pay attention. Smh

i have my security pattern set up on my phone and i want to put a wallpaper on the lockscreen that is different than my normal wallpaper. i try to set it, but it never shows up. I also take the pattern off and use the normal lockscreen, but its still a no go. using bionix frost. any ideas on how to get the lockscreen wallpaper to be different than my normal wallpaper?

I go into the gallery pick a wallpaper select set as then set as lockscreen wallpaper, resize it and that's it.

thats because its something that actually doesnt work lol
seems they never fixed the bug with it. IF you google it seems no device is truly capable of doing it..

I am running VB with AntonX 1.1 kernel. I have been messing with my profiles and everything is running amazingly smooth and battery life is great.. For some reason BLN does not work for text messages. What am I doing wrong?

Hey m0bster, I was using go sms pro but deleted it since it was conflicting with avast anti theft system. So I deleted it and my mms apk is working but bln isn't. Also my screen off profile is set to 100-400mhz for screen off setting. If that matters.

Yes bln is enabled and when I get a text, the notifications comes on. But when screen turns off bln does not give me any notification. Also now I can't send messages.

Fixed it by downloading go sms again and disabled screen turn on when receiving a text..

On the versions of android prior to ICS, I was able to swipe the status bar to dim or brighten the screen. This worked on stock rom or one made from a developer. It worked on my Captivate my Vibrant and my skyrocket. I installed Seans's SKYICS on my skyrocket and no longer have the feature. Is this something Samsung dropped in ICS or something I should ask the developer about? This was a really convenient feature for me.
