Hey all,
I found out how to make all related HTC phones and tablets stuffs (skins....)
Here's how:
1.If you don't have SDK and Eclipse and JDK, here's the link for installing them: http://www.htcdev.com/devcenter/opensense-sdk/quick-guide
2.You must a member in htcdev.com for the download
Go to http://www.htcdev.com/devcenter/opensense-sdk/download-instructions to downlaod and install OpenSense SDK which is necessary
3.Finally you have the OpenSense SDK Overview wich is all you need for developping skins and stuff.
That's all
Don't forget to press "Thanks" if this was a useful thread

HI guys i have my x10 running sweet now
I have created an app that uses the adp command to install apk android apps
i have found it very usefull and thought i would try and give something back to the people who have helped me in the forums!
Simply drang n drop onto the andriod and the apk files will install on your device it supports multiple drop as well!
i would like feedback ? and if you find it usefull you can donate to the email address via paypal.. (which i will use to contribute towards further dev of other android programs )
here is the link:
ok i wont let me post it
but it is
www dot mediafire dot com forward slash
?zxnyjimyktm
it is a .net app to run on windows so if it doesnt run check you have latest framework!
Same link but easier:
http://www.mediafire.com/?zxnyjimyktm
Anyway. It requires even .NET V4. So lemme go grab that first.
thank you
thanks for putting the link up:
has anyone found it usefull?

totally NOT WORKING.
I am currently following a tutorial to try and install a custom rom (for the first time) on my X10 mini pro, I got the hold of the old flash-tool, but since I am a noob I want the GUI to make sure I make no mistakes. Anyway, this link is broken: www-stud.uni-due.de/~sfanmakr...0Flash-2.1.zip
Could anyone be an angel and upload this zip or link me to a working mirror?
Thanks!
yes no...
i think the right answer, is the answer of the fail answer... bla bla !
This forum is such an incredible source of information, tutorials, how-tos and customised apps/roms etc. and finding the flashtool through google is impossible since every hit is a link to this forum, and this forums only (it seems) link to the tool is down.
That's a pity

Yes you can!
CyanogenMod 7.1 & MIUI ROM.
Search in Google: "android for jet"
(I can't post direct links thanks to XDA < 10 posts limit)
Your first hit should be from code dot google dot com, that's the one you're looking for.
It has plenty of videos explaining what it does and how to flash it.
Thanks Buddy for the quick reply. I'll look into it.
I saw a You Tube vid by AdamOutler and he said to get Eclipse classic or something. But when I go to Google Developers they give me the latest version of Eclipse do I use classic or the one provided by Google?

You can use anything.
The one which is provided by Google is a complete package, where you don't have to setup the build environment like setting up ADT plugin etc. The IDE would be ready for application development I guess.
When you download Eclipse Classic (Latest version is 4.2.2 I guess) from their website (eclipse.org), you need to download the ADT plugin additionally within the IDE and download the developer tools and then have to connect it with Android SDK. The complete steps to install are there in the developer website, so its pretty much easy the either way.

I don't really understand the vocabulary you used. (Sorry, I'm new to Android development) Is there a place where I can learn all these terms and what they do? I understand SDK though.

You just start by reading from here, and you are good to go:
http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
If you already have downloaded SDK, go to this website and download the Eclipse 4.2.2 Classic IDE. And go to Youtube and search videos for "How to connect eclipse with android sdk". There should be a couple.
If you don't have anything, download the SDK+ADT Bundle for Windows displayed in Android developer website (The link which I gave you first) and read the instructions and you'll be good.
It's really not matter. I think the only different is the latest version in Google Dev that you can find is well packaged and you don't need to set up most of the environment stuff.

Yes, that's right.
It comes with Eclipse + Android SDK + ADT Plugin (Developer Tools) + Latest Android Platform (4.2.2 maybe) + System Image for Emulator
So you don't have to download the Android Platform and build tools additionally after getting the SDK, as everything would come in a single package.
