Hi mates,
I have only a question about the jack audio: while I'm listening a song with my headset or also my home theatre I have some little cut of silent of the music. They are just about 0.1 second but is very annoying. Sometimes I don't have them but in other occasions there are and I don't know what they are releated to.
Thanks

I have had those with all my android phones, for me it seems to occur when my signal is lost as if the losing and then re acquiring of the network signal interrupts the music.

I compare my Optimus 3D with an Htc hd Mini with Android on it, and while listening the same song, the O3D has had only one little stop and anything else. But it happen.
However, the htc never stop. Never.

What devices are people using that permits listening to music, etc.?
I have an older type that only works for calls.
I drive for three and a half hours twice a week and would like to listen to music and audio books and other mp3s.
Thanks for any suggestions.

For music the regular google music app works fine, though services like this one work well too -

Thanks for the tips.
I'm really interested in what bluetooth devices people are using with this phone. I need to get a better one as mine does not support music, just phone calls.

There are a million apps that read your incoming sms over the phones speaker while you are driving and just add many that will play over blue tooth ONLY if you are streaming music from the phone to car speakers from blue tooth....
I'm looking for a blue tooth sms reader that will over ride whatever is playing on the radio the same way a phone call over rides everything. Any suggestions?

I know what you mean, when i got my lumia 820 it conected to my citreon Ds3 and read my txt over the radio cutting out whatever was playing at the time. Since reverting back to Android i have yet to find anything that does the same. If anyone knows of any apps please let me and others know. Thanks
Hey guys, I bought a Pioneer 2400bt double din for my car. I love it. Bluetooth streaming has me hooked. But I have a few issues I want to see about fixing.
When ever I change to the next song, my screen on my phone turns on. Which I hate, my phone will be in my pocket or backpack and it drains the battery because it stays on. Is there a way to change that? Thats problem one.
Problem two: When I stream bluetooth music, it doesn't display the song name or artist. I've tried doubletwist and Google music and neither show it. Is there a setting to change? If this can't be done without the use of a cable. I dont want it. I want cable free!
Thanks guys, maybe someone will know!

Does anybody know of an app that can record sound from the phone? NOT FROM THE MIC. For example, when i listen to iHeart Radio, there are songs i want to record off the app. Is there any application that will allow me to do this?
Oh you mean like openly pirate the songs? Lol.
Not going to find that here buddy.

Only certain songs with a particular frequency of mid bass cause just my right channel to have a "bwop" sound on the beat for that particular frequency instead of completely clean sound like I get on the left channel.
I have no dsp settings enabled. This happens in Pandora and PlayerPro, with headphones and through the headphone jack to my car stereo aux. The problem exists at any volume.
I'm running a stable release of cm9 meant for my att skyrocket.
** this even used to happen on my old captivate w/cm7!!** (but on both channels)
I know this sounds like nitpicking but I play all my music through my car stereo and this "bwop" sound makes it sound like I'm blowing a speaker and I'm an audiophile and it kills me to hear something like this when I know there should be something I can do to fix it.
I often listen to electro genre and it happens to use this frequency a lot more often. An example today was Wolfgang Gartner - Montezuma.
I would love any help or ideas

I haven't noticed anything like you describe. What song is it?
See the reference, Wolfgang Gartner - Montezuma. However this happens in a lot of electro or house. I'm not really a Deadmau5 fan but almost all his songs create this issue too

I'm a pretty hardcore deadmau5 fan and can say I never hear anything like you describe. Dunno what else to say,
Strange, i wonder what's going on. Wish someone else with this issue would surface, i'd love to find a fix.

Wondering...
Has this issue always plagued you on cm9 on the skyrocket? Or after a certain update?
It would be strange to say it's ROM related because it happened to you on cm7 and cm9, AND on different devices.. But, have you tried a different ROM on your skyrocket? Same results?
Have you had your hearing checked lately? Lol jk jk..
Seems like an isolated issue. (that I've herd of)
Only other thing I could think of was the peripheral that is playing the sound. Is there other headphones, or another vehicle to test on?
It would bug me.. I have a blown speaker in my car (bad wiring) So I haven't listened to music in it for months.
It's always been on the only rom I've run on this. I'm going to try my girlfriends S3 and see what happens..
