End-Call autolock screen? - HTC Desire S

Hi everybody!
I am a happy user of a desire S, but i have a question/ problem, that seriously annoys me. and I mean, I am useing the headset.... and here is my problem, when i answer a call from the headset, the screen locks!! very good, but when I ended the call, me or the person that called me the screen gets unlocked and I have to lock it manually and that is seriously annoying!!
Do someone knows if is a apk or settings to autolock screen after end call?
thanks a lot to everyone!!
Thanks very much to proxuser, lowveld, and everybody else who provide us very good custom rom!!
i have this issue with every rom i used, the original from htc, and custosm like runny sense 3.5, etc
sorry for my bad english

That's a problem I've encountered on a few custom ROMs. It is a bug. You need to contact the dev of the particular ROM it is happening on, or ask in the relevant ROM thread.

Is there anyway to disable touch screen while phone rings on incoming call

My phone keeps answering calls while in my pocket or while getting it out from my pocket wether it alone or in its case
so please if anyone have a solution for this problem i would be really thankfull.
Hi adool75,
Here are a few topics worth reading that should help you:
- Help: Touch Pro answers calls in pocket!
- Get the phone out of the case + Answering a call = Impossible?
- Best screen/button lock program
Personally I use PocketShield.
xzibitB
I had same problem, solved it with SensorLock (there are many options to disable Touch Screen)
but now I have Slide To Answer - (it's dialer like Touch HD has, not S2U2 app) ..it can be installed separately (look at Diamond forum) or it's part of ROMeOS2 1.60.2 ROM
TouchLockPro is doing the job for me.
AnswerKeysDisabler is a program which will do the job too
herg just posted the slide to answer dialer ported from touch hd in the raph software forum.. solves the problem and looks good also..

I use PocketShield too. It's not free but it's a lot more reliable than other lock apps I've tried - haven't tried Slide to Answer though, which seems to be pretty good as well.
Useful stuff I was wondering the same thing...thx

Looking for lock screen App when Receving and Making call (touchscreen too sensitive)

HI,
just looking for some *.cab or tips to lock the HTC HD2 screen when i receve or make a call...
U know, several times the call ending because just touching the screen with my hear... so, i've tried some tips like cab to render the screen less sensitive, but is not working nice.
My last experience was good with Inesoft Phone v.6.05.cab, this suite can manage many thinks and for me the nice one was this one (can lock the screen when receve a phone call) Because most of the functions aren't useful for me i have uninstaled, also drain% LOW my battery very fast...
Well, anyway, i just wana know first if some ppl get same problem about this like me, after folded many threads here, i never see somone talking about...
Yes i've see about screen sensitive problem report but not when making call or answering...
Thank you for ur opinion ur suggest and may ur solutions...

ugh i have the same problem dude. the lockscreen doesnt lock during calls for some reason. well it locks then unlocks randomly. people suggest using s2u2 but it looks like sth from iphone and i dont like it. theres also pocketprotector but its paid and i cant be bothered paying 15$
I've got the same problem and searching for a .cab.
Incoming calls often ending when I pull the phone out of my pocket
Pocketshield should work for you. You can lock the screen and protect the hard press keys as well when recieving calls. It has many other features I have found handy as well. Their is a free demo you can download from their site. I love the proximity sensor...I leave it locked and when I pull it out of my pocket it automatically unlocks.

Isn't there a proximity sensor in HD2 already? The purpose of the sensor is to disable the screen when approaching to your ear, so it cannot end the conversation accidentally.
I have the same problem and it has been discussed on here before.
Seems to be an issue with light entering the proximity sensor. I cut people off and the keypad starts dialling when I go outside or enter bright sunlight and my head isn't covering the sensor properly (at least that's what seems to happen).
afaik the proximity sensor has nothing to do with light... the fact that the screen turns on i think it's a bug... for me it never turns on when speaking if i have my phone by the ear... instead sometimes the screen turns on when making a call and it starts ringing in the earpiece and again when the other part answers...

you really need to RTFM... what has to do the proximity senzor with quiet mode (volumes drop when you pick up the phone from a table or somthg)?.... that is triggered by the g-sensor...

[Q] HELP!! Problem with my Touchscreen blacking out during calls..

First off.. THE kudos.. I want to say THANK YOU to all of the developers and for their countless hours..patience..insight and ingenuity. Their creativity is unmatched and is very much appreciated!
NOW MY PROBLEM...
I recently installed TEAM ACID'S icbinb 2.3.7_v2 UPDATED 2/25/12
It's an Amazing piece of work.
However, I have one little hiccup.. when I'm making a call or receiving one..my screen unexplainedly blacks out.. I can still hear and talk.. but I lose all functionality of the touchscreen.. I can't terminate thecall.. or use ANY of the buttons on the phone.. until the caller or call is terminated from the OTHER end.. then my screen comes back.
ANY and ALL help or advice in trying to resolve this matter will be greatly APPRECIATED!
Thank You in advance.

HTC HD2 black screen during a call

Hi guys, I've a problem with my HTC HD2.
When I make or receive a call the screen turn off and I can't do anything, I can't use the speakerphone or keypad, nothing at all.
If I want to close the call I must unlock the phone and hang up by navbar.
I've searched on web and I found many thread in relation to my problem; I've tried many solutions to resolve it but failed.
I've also disabled the light and proximity sensor but it didn't work. The problem still remain.
I've forgot to say that I changed the main flex and the display of my HD2 because the originals was damaged. Until now I never had any problem, it all started with the new pieces.
I tought that if the sensors were damaged the screen shouldn't become black when I answer or when I start a call, am I wrong?
Another thing, I've just inserted headphones in the phone and made the call from another device: the screen remains on and I can use all the commands without any problems. What could be the problem?
I hope someone can help me to find and resolve it.
Ps: I apologize if there are mistakes in my english but it isn't my mother tongue.
