Yes, read the Pimp my ROM topic: "Pimp my Rom can be used to Pimp ANY kind of Rom, on ANY device !". Good luck.

I've been using PmP ever since it was released.. Have tried it on almost all ROMs available for our explorer.. And it works great on all ROMs.. No issues at all..

Just don't enable the Wi-Fi tweak(faster connects and disconnects) in build.prop tweaks, it backfires causing Wi-Fi connection to take up to 5 minutes to establish.

Impossible its works for me. Did you use this version (PIMP_MY_ROM-v2.0-by-Androguide.fr-MDPI)

I mean it works but touch screen not working in installer need to use buttons

pimp my Rom works flawlessly for me my net speed has increased a lot the Rom(cm 10 ) now is more smoother than before

don't know what wrong are u doing
do a clean install of whatever Rom u r flashing and remember to replace the "update binary" script( don't know exact name see the pimp Rom thread) in the pimp Rom zip with the one from your Rom before installing

Yea I know you are talking about touch screen I didn't face any problem in touch screen dunno how to fix it search in pimp my ROM they said that if touch screen not working there is calibration option

And touch screen worked for me .
Can any1 tell me what what to enable
There were lots of options and got confused and ticked only which I could understand.
Am using nextgen 1.3

[Q] how to fix game lags??

I have been playing games like dead trigger, fl commando but it lags. Tried on a couple of roms like cm9 and jaggyrom but all in vain
Heard a lot about chainfire3d but in descrip. its clearly written for 1ghz+ phones!! What to do?
Any type of help would be appreciated!

Well try PIMP My Rom. If it doesn't work, try Entropy app. Both of those put an end to the lag in games in my Explorer:beer:

Anyone tested shadow gun it has multi touch issues it works much batter than android 2.3 but not playable because of the multi touch issues BTW I tested it with latest game from the store and on cm and cm 10 same results I thinks its because of the kernel I saw a video on YouTube with the same prob in HTC sensation it got fixed after flashing kernel 3.0

try to use chainfire 3d app with plugins.
but do take care that it need root (I guess so)
it will just reduce quality of games but increase performance ..

I mentioned above that chainfire 3d is for 1ghz+ phones only....

Lol man. Take a deep breath, relax and select every tweak which mentions that it improves performance. You can ignore network tweaks and fair sleeper tweaks. Also walkman, beats audio and Sony album are optional.

Flash zip bro.. App doesn't contain all the tweaks! Build.prop and init.d tweaks are significant.

I don't think so because it runs on the galaxy y which has a 800 MHz processor and runs some of the games... u can always give it a try

hey guys would someone explain me how to overclock my htc pico (explore) to 1.3ghz ?
I tried to flash the kernal but it crapped my gingerbread rom
Would someone explain me how to overclock it by not using any custom roms?

Custom kernels doesn't work on stock Rom finally ull end with brick. So if u want overlock then flash jaggy3.2.1 then flash cranium kernel. Then install apps like nofill, r set CPU. Then ull get overlock. That's it.

there's no real stable overclock for our pico. Devs fried there nand for that.. cranium kernel gives you fake overclock. So take a chill-pill for time being :beer:

Now look on derefas sense 4 thread. "Gautzzy" have posted the kernel. Overclocked CPU+GPU.
I think CPU is overclocked to 800 and GPU to 307MHz.

How do I turn the damn thing off for good, I thought I turned it off but keeps coming on at 14% and I'm running Elemental kernel with profiles and SetCPU so it's getting ANNOYING!!?

As much as i tried, i can get a max. of 3550 points on antutu benchmark with a few pimp my rom tweeks miuiv4 and adrenalin engine, wtf?
What rom, kernel, tweeks do you use on your pico to get the cr*p of it? :laugh:

Clock to 800, with kernel 3, thats the one effect, another one is burnt nands so.............

No tweaks req. Use cm 10.1 use CPU gpu overclock kernel by Sakindia .antutu will fly to 4200 without any tweaks.
